Five stars for Hawthorne Painting! I was driving near my neighborhood when I spotted a sign for…read morethis company, and I pulled it up on Yelp as soon as I got home. I sent a request a quote message and ended up chatting with John, the owner, the same day. He stopped by to see my project, sent me a quote, and within days he and his crew were at my house! We needed our front railing, front door, and roof deck railings to be sanded down and re-painted. Our house is only four years old but, as we've discovered, new construction doesn't always equal the best quality. John and his crew showed up bright and early around 8:30am, and worked tirelessly in the sun until the project was finished around 4pm. John explained the differences in the types of paint he needed to use for the railings and door. Everyone in the crew was friendly and careful about their work space - by the time they left, you wouldn't have known they were even here, aside from their gorgeous handiwork! My husband and I think the railings and door look even better now than they did when we bought our house. My only regret? Not taking before and after photos! These guys made a world of difference and I'm so happy every time I look at my front door. I highly recommend Hawthorne Painting and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another project.

He also insulated/installed new drywall and installed an epoxy floor in the garage. What I can easily say is the work is top-tier quality - his team's attention to detail and thoroughness is beyond anything I've seen in other painters I've hired in the past. The house looks like it has brand new drywall after they meticulously addressed every drywall imperfection such as nail pops, corner bead cracking, etc. After they finished the painting, Steve walked through the entire house and examined every wall to make sure everything was flawless and completed any touch-ups that were necessary. The end result was fantastic. Furthermore, Steve is very easy to work with and kept me completely in the loop the entire project regarding timeline and budget. For the quality of the work, Old English is a very reasonable price. I have already referred my friends to him and would definitely recommend hiring him to anyone looking to update their house.

The exterior of my house has been peeling and in need of a paint job since I purchased the property…read more2 1/2 years ago. I've attached photos to this review. After multiple quotes and trying to decide the correct time/people to perform the work, I decided to go with Morges Painting for a number of reasons. When Mike first came to my home for an estimate, he immediately took notice of the poor paint job done by the previous owners. I have aluminum beams on the front of my house, and Mike said that there was no primer under the paint, which was causing the paint to peel. He stated that a proper job would be to remove the paint to the metal, prime the surface appropriately, and then apply the paint. Some other estimates I received did not indicate that primer was needed. Also, some painters told me that the paint was peeling simply because it was too old. It was clear from the outset that Mike not only knew what he was talking about but that he wanted to perform the job properly. He and Shawn did an absolutely terrific job transforming my home at a very fair price. I cannot express how patient, kind, accommodating, reliable and trustworthy they were during the whole process. Even though the job took a bit longer than expected due to some rainy days, not once did they cut any corners or try to speed along to rush to another job. They thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly, and properly prepped the exterior of the home prior to painting it in order to ensure that the job would hold well over the coming years. They were timely, professional, and so incredible through the whole process. And to top things off, without prompting, they even replaced my house numbers to match the paint colors I chose because the old numbers were rusted. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Just look at the pictures to see what an amazing job Morges Painting did to transform my home. Thank you both again! Before and after pictures are below.

Craig, the owner, was patient and listened with the intent to make sure I was happy. I've had so many experiences where I voice my request for improvements to a contractor and get told how it's impossible to fix (or other excuses). There are no excuses with Craig. He is a stand up guy committed to doing a nice job for his customers and gets that at the end of the day, the customer needs to be happy with the work. Craig answered my many questions, had me point out areas to improve after he primed, and quickly completed minor touch-ups at completion. The owner did the work himself along with one other hard worker. It feels great knowing the money I paid went directly into the pockets of the two people who painted the room (unlike the franchised paint companies). Even more so with how focused they were to get the job completed in the two days originally quoted. We will hire Craig again.

Hello and a huge thank you to Premier Painting!…read more I had Chris, John, and Matt out to my home a few weeks ago and long story short they were nothing less than exceptional. I had intended to make this quick but after seeing some of the other reviews I can't help but feel they are either misleading or outright dishonest. My wife and I had wanted to paint our home for a while, but we had constant disagreements about color choice and scheduling. Christopher was extremely patient in dealing with our indecisiveness even when my wife's anxiety was enough to drive me nuts. Chris remained calm, cool, and professional throughout keeping us updated and in the loop the entire time during the project. One key point to keep in mind is while some of these reviews are negative if you truly want an accurate picture of Chris's character and workmanship don't trust some nut on the internet, CALL HIS REFERENCES. They all say the same thing: great person and great quality workmanship. In addition the recurring theme we noticed when speaking with his references that we found to be true ourselves: Premier Painting becomes like family and by the time they are done you don't want them to leave. We have two small children who like to run through the home when we have company. Despite our best attempts to keep them out of the way they still managed to interrupt and pepper Chris and his crew with questions and distractions. I have worked with a lot of contractors in my life. Most contractors are skilled tradesmen, but very few have the warm personalities that you'd want to invite into your home. Chris and his entire crew are the exception to rule and not only were great with us but they were fantastic with our children. In the end our home looked like something out of a Better Home and Garden Magazine. Overall our experience with Premier Painting was 5 Stars, 10/10, and we would feel comfortable referring Christopher to our Grandmother if she ever needs a painter. Thank You Chris and Premier Painting! We will be having you back for our next painting project soon.

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, we settled on December 3rd as the first day of work. Jose and his crew arrived on time. They were polite and transparent about the entire process. Jose asked to see the room so he could assess exactly what needed to be done. They were here for a solid 8 hours, and told us they'd return on Monday. We had some complications arise with our schedules, so I requested to have the work pushed back. Michelle and Jose were notified and were extremely accommodating.
