We thought we knew how the process worked, but the meeting really gave us insight into a few things from and overall perspective as well as what it would be like working with him and his team. Lynn was amazing at communicating throughout the entire process. We were first time home buyers so our nerves were already on edge, but Lynn helped calm those by providing constant and timely updates. We never felt like we were in the dark on anything. Lynn always followed through and quickly. When we put in an offer he took the time to walk us through every detail and laid out all of our options and things we should consider. This was about an hour phone call at 9pm. We felt extremely comfortable about the offer after we finished that call. In our previous experiences with other realtors offer conversations happened over a few text messages with little to no guidance. We had our kitchen cabinets redone in our house and they came as a recommendation from a colleague…read more David did the measurements and did a computer measurement of the cabinetry that was to be installed. It fit perfect. When installing the cabinetry they miss-measured and had to take out a cabinet, making a large gap on each side of the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink is not centered to the window, the dishwasher now has 5 inch gaps on each side, plus the 4 inch gap between the corner cabinet and the sink that are on the same side of the wall. There is a shelf with no pegs to hold it up. One shelf is warped. There is a drawer that will not connect to the railing underneath. Lastly they put a 5 inch by 5 inch hole in our sub floor and we can see the basement through it. I am having to repair things myself. When asking them to fix the sub floor Dave just wanted to nail a board to the sub floor to cover the hole. We told him this would not work because we are putting in flooring soon and it will make a bump in the floor. We asked him to go in the basement and fix the hole so there would not be a bump and we just get the answer "that is not what we do".

I had a colored concrete patio poured in July 2017 by T&R. I arrived home after the patio had been…read morepoured and at first thought I had received a quality job. The concrete was level with a nice broom finish. Over the next several days as the concrete cured white spots formed on the surface, the color faded drastically and surface shrinkage cracks formed to the point it looks like alligator skin. I had Terry come out to check it out and he assured me when the slab fully cured all the defects would diappear. I tried contacting him again with no response. We now will consider seeing if we can paint, stain,or figure some other method to cover the slab. Alot of money spent on a patio that looks 20 years old. I do not recommend T&R CONCRETE

I had a patio poured by T&R Concrete two years ago. While I am happy with the way the project…read moreturned out, my husband had to take multiple days off of work to babysit the workers who did not know English. The project would have been screwed up had my husband not been there. Ted promised me that he would seal patios every two years for customers who did big projects with him and that it would be about $200. It's been two years since my project was done, so eleven weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and seal it. Robin made the appointment and said she would send over the bid. She never did. A week before my appointment, she called and said the workers were behind and made a new appointment for three weeks later. Again, she said she would send over the bid but never did. A week and a half before the appointment, she called asking if the job could be done the next day and asked me to send over the bid because she couldn't find it. I called her back saying I had never received it. She said she would send the bid later that night, but she didn't. I emailed Ted the next day asking him for the bid. I even calculated the area of the patio that would need to be sealed. He said he would email the bid later that afternoon but didn't. The next day, I sent an email saying I still hadn't received the bid. No response. Yesterday was supposed to be my second rescheduled appointment. No one showed up. The night before, I called and left a message asking if they were still going to come and to send over the bid. No response. This is terrible customer service. I am so disappointed. The sad thing is I recommended this company to a friend of mine. Plus, I was going to hire them to have a French drain redone and parts of my sidewalk fixed. That's definitely not going to happened after I have been treated so poorly these past 11 weeks. I guess I am not worth their time, so I will hire someone else to do all of that work.

I was referred to this business by a friend for my new house with ~20 windows I wanted to put…read morecoverings. I knew I wanted white plantation shutters with a hidden tilt bar but didn't know much more than that I got multiple quotes from different vendors: the budget option, the big company option, and this was a local small company option. To my surprise, the company with 'budget' in their name quoted the highest price for the same job; by almost double what Wasatch Shutters quoted. I also liked this company because the product in manufactured & built locally here in UT an hour away from my house. Plus: the consultation went quite well. It was scheduled quickly, and all my questions were answered. In addition: this company quoted a turnaround time that was half that of the next fastest business, so I legitimately saw no downsides. Again: this quote was about 75% the cost of the 2nd lowest quote I got, and 2x as fast as a turnaround time. The installation went quite well; it took a few guys a few hours, and I am very happy with the result. The shutters look of high quality, and they look very nice, you can't tell the vinyl from the wood. Plus the installation guys cleaned up really well afterwards which is nice & you don't see very often on these kinds of jobs. Would recommend this business for plantation shutters over others in the area
