One to install a 75" TV on a mount and hiding the wires behind the wall and to mount my 2 Sonos speakers in corners of our house. He came back a few days later to install a Sonos sound bar. Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. Given the holiday weekend the technician didn't know if he could get to make a service call. He in turn called Alert Alarm Systems Owner Victor who made the service call today and between himself and his technician Rob who directed him via phone, they resolved the problem and ran tests to make sure the system worked properly. He was here 15 minutes and said he reprogrammed the system. It worked for a couple of days and was dead again. No lights or alarm. This was before Christmas.
