We called Lockhart because of the glowing Yelp reviews. They were right! When our Kwikset code lock on a condo we rent in Stoneybrook jammed due to a low battery, my wife phoned Lockhart. They said they would be at the condo in 45 minutes- and were. He quickly opened the door and provided us with 4 keys as well. Our renters were very relieved that they were not locked out any longer. My mailbox lock was super sticky so I ordered a replacement on Amazon. That's about as far as I got. I couldn't get the old lock out. Larkhart was the first to respond AND offered the most reasonable rate. The replacement was easy for Mr Lockhart. I'm a restaurant owner. My manager called early this morning informing me that the front door lock broke and couldn't be opened. My partner called several different locksmiths, unfortunately none of them could get to us before 5pm or the next day. This was catastrophic to us as we'd have lost several thousand dollars if we had to close for the day. I went online and found Darrels Locksmith. I informed him of the situation, he asked the address. I gave him the address then asked him what's the earliest he could get to it. He said, "I'm on my way, I should be there in 4 minutes". I had to rush to get there before him. He showed up on time, had my door opened in about 10 minutes, then came back about 30 mins later with a new commercial lock assembly, installed that in several minutes, and gave me a bill for about $150 LESS than what I was expecting. I got locked out of my house when I accidentally closed my auto-locking patio sliding doors behind me. Luckily for me, I had my phone in my pocket. I got locked out in the evening and didn't even have shoes on, so I was expecting to have to wait for a long time and pay a lot to get back in. I made a few calls and eventually another out of area locksmith forwarded my info to Lockhart. Keith called me a couple minutes later and was at my house shortly after. Using his tools, he was able to get me back in my house in little time without damaging any locks or doors and without damaging my wallet either! Had an intruder around midnight a couple of days ago as our lock on the front gate was frozen, useless. Called Lockhart. Keith answered the phone, scheduled a same day appointment to check out our gate. He showed up on time and I told him what kind of a lock I wanted for the gate. Keith's installation charge was reasonable but the lock I wanted cost a lot. When I informed keith it costs too much, he suggested a solid lock that I could put on myself that costs much less and would work just the same. Following his recommendation, I purchased a lock and put it on myself. There was no charge for his visit to our house or his recommendation.
