I bought a 2022 Silverado 1500 LT in Bradenton, FL and it only had an old fob and no spare. The dealership cost for a backup fob was $400-$600 and I had to make an appointment and leave the truck for at least 2 hours. The price and the attitude of the person setting this up was so bad I decided not to do it there. I found Non-Stop Locksmith on the internet and called them at about 10 am. By 3:00 pm the same day Non-Stop Locksmith Ivan Sotelo arrived at my home and completely took care of my problem. He programmed a new fob to work perfectly and clearly explained how to use it correctly. He also said that he would try to program the $10 fob that I got on line at no extra charge. Mr Sotelo my service tech was polite, very professional, and he absolutely knew what he was doing. Non-Stop Locksmith will completely back their service at no charge should anything go wrong and are available immediately. I feel extremely lucky that I chose them and would not hesitate to use Ivan/Non-stop lock in the future read more

Came to my home early Sunday evening and did the necessary programming of a previously purchased key fob for car. Danny did a fantastic job quickly and RIGHT, at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. read more

The technician came out and made me two new keys and key fob's for my truck. Seem like a great price for two keys. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't ever need them again. read more

Kind, friendly & helpful. I lost my house keys. I couldn't have Ivan at my house until after 6:30pm. He was able to come then, really appreciated his flexibility with the timing. I Aleppo much better after Ivan was able to rekey all of my locks. This isn't the first time I was able to use his service. He was very helpful with a friend needing her locks changed and he was available to change her locks too! I would recommend Non-Stop Locksmith to everyone. They are reliable, trustworthy, friendly & reasonably priced. read more

They came out and saved me, i just moved to Florida 2 weeks ago and i started walking on the beach 3 miles and i come back to my car attempting to turn it on and it wouldn't work. I problem solved with my dad on the phone, no luck! I called this company and he was there in 25min, he explained the problem and took my car apart in the middle of the parking lot at Lido Beach! I was so grateful for this man, he listened to me and was so kind! I'm eternally grateful and so are my parents! Must use in the future!! Mindy read more

My wife locked her keys in the car and was having a terrible day. She didn't have her credit card and this company went to unlock her car with the understanding that I would pay by credit card from NC. No other locksmith in the area would unlock her car without a credit card on-site. When I called to pay I realized I didn't have my wallet with me. They unlocked her car anyway trusting that I would pay them which I did by Venmo app on my phone. Good people to do business with. read more

Don't call this company for a smart lock installs. I called them to install a smart lock and the first thing that the technician told me is that "I think that I can do it". Once he arrived, he was in a extreme rush to get it done. Even though, it was a high end product, he didn't look for instructions. Once he got stock and noticed that it was not properly installed, he them began looking at the instructions. He told me that "it is installed". He noticed that it was not working properly, it was not opening or closing like it was supposed to. He immediately charged me $164 and ran, (literally ran) leaving behind the parts from the previous lock all over the floor, even outside the entryway. After calling the company, to request a follow up and explained my situation, they keep telling me that "a member of management will get in contact with me". That was three day ago and three called backs from my part trying to get a "management". The whole experience was a rip off. Now I have to call a real professional company that knows how to deal with high end smart locks to come and do the job. read more

Using Yelp I was able to get quotes from 3 different locksmiths in town. Non-Stop Locksmith was very competitive and responsive to what I needed done. Ray did the work professionally, efficiently, and gave me a few good tips too. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work done and would use them again. read more

Yes, the other reviewers are right: Ray at NonStop Locksmith is terrific! He is personable, arrives on time as promised, and knows his stuff. Other locksmiths I've dealt with seem to tinker around with the lock, taking extra time and trying to convince you to replace rather than repair a lock. Not Ray: he is completely honest and even used a little " hack " after he he already completed the job that would make using this particular key easier. In short, I would recommend NonStop Locksmith wholeheartedly and without reservation. read more

Just needed the locks changed on a roll top desk. Keith shows up unscheduled, has wrong parts and proceeds to tell me that "he'll make em work" because that's what a locksmith does. After an hour of cutting and bending and asking me if I had any extra screws ( lost one) he pronounced the job done and left. Neither lock worked. In an effort to get the drawer lock to work, he wrapped duct tape around the catch plate. I spent $110 for two locks that don't work and a desk that has been gouged and scratched worse than before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY! read more

Non-Stop Locksmith in Sarasota, FL is amazing, and they present themselves very well, while also being really nice and relatable. Their prices and service to rekey vehicles, even the dealer keys - makes me wonder why people would ever go to their dealer for such service. They are also excellent with lockouts on vehicles, housing - and businesses. If you need a locksmith, they do it all - and are the best in town. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I found these guys on Yelp and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They showed up on time to replace my lock. Ray was extremely thorough and did an excellent job. The lock plate on the door jam needed quite a bit of modification to make it fit the new lock. Ray had all the tools and bits he could possibly ever need and made everything fit perfectly. I LOVE my new lock!!! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for sure. read more

Took 2 hours to get a key that doesn't operate like it's supposed to and missing the logo on the back. I'd rather deal with having one key than to spend my money on this key. Don't ever plan on calling them for getting another one made for any of my other vehicles. read more

Ray at Non-stop is great! On time, knows his business and good guy to talk to. Did not try to convince us to replace the whole unit just the tumbler. Also has great deals! read more
