He actually arrived 10 minutes early, and when I was running about 10 minutes late, he was extremely patient and waited for me to arrive at the property without any hassle. The property had some very difficult locks that needed to be replaced, and Chris handled them with ease. Beyond that, when I was at Home Depot picking out a new lock for the outdoor shed, I called him to make sure I was buying the correct one. It turned out he was actually shopping in the store at the exact same time and helped me pick out the right lock right then and there! He then installed it flawlessly at the property. To top it all off, he even noticed and cleaned out wasp nests on both the front and back porches--something he completely didn't have to do! I don't normally write reviews, but I don't want this company to take advantage of someone else. Thankfully I am not a single mom. This was a 200.00 key fob that turned into almost a 700.00 key fob because he left me with a deleted key fob and no running vehicle. After he had been at my house a few hours I had no working key fob and no running vehicle because he deleted the key fob and then could not get the new ones to connect. He stated he had been on the phone with support with no help. At 8:30pm on a Sunday night I went and told him that we had to get to work the next day. I would figure out how to get to work the next day, but could he please figure out how to get my now not working key fob and car running, at this point I just wanted my old key fob and my car running. He assured me would come back and figure it out Monday morning, he stated they had better support on Monday. He came to my house the next morning, I got no updates until 11:30. He then sent me a message that nothing had worked and that I should call another locksmith who could test my BCM on my vehicle and that was it. He wouldn't answer my husband texts or calls. I expressed to him that this was not good business at all. He declined to fix my car. I had to have it towed to Nissan at my expense and then pay another 547.00 to have a new Nissan key fob. They had no issues setting a new key fob to my vehicle. I reached out to Chris at Ninja lock to let him know my out-of-pocket cost and that I had paperwork from Nissan stated that someone had deleted my key fob. I got no response; I am in the process of filing a small claim against the company.

Darrell is amazing! I was in the middle of a mess with my short-term Airbnb rental I manage…read moreremotely. My 4 month old expensive Schlage Encode Lock broke when my renters were in the unit. Even the backup keys would not work in the lock. I called a 24-hour lock service off Google. They solved the immediate problem, but refused to put on a keyless lock, so I paid dearly for a temporary situation. The renters left and I had 48 hours to fix the situation correctly before the next renters came in. I needed to find a locksmith expert, my go to person to fix this situation. I found him!! I went to Yelp and, thank goodness, I found Darrell. I called him after normal hours and he picked up live and said, "Don't worry, we got this covered." He told me he loved Schlage Encode Locks and broken one is a real fluke. He wanted to see the original damaged one. Bottom line he was out there with a brand new Schlage Encode lock installed, ready to go within 48 hours and he knew exactly what was wrong with the old lock. He took a couple if pictures of the broken lock so I could return it to Schlage for a free replacement. I might add that he also repairs locks and he could have repaired it for a reasonable fee, but given the situation I'd already ordered a new one. He even noted that our kitchen window screen had been removed, left on the ground outside and bent where the renters had to crawl out a window to get out. Yeah this lock situation was bad! Darrell took a picture of the screen, bent it back into shape and put it back in the window for me. I might add that I am also so impressed with Schlage the manufacturer. They wanted the old lock back after Darrell's assessment due to the seriousness of the failure of the lock. They did send a brand new one out free of charge, too late for me, but it is now my backup. Bottom line Darrell is awesome! His follow-up, his expertise, timeliness and accessibility is 5 star. In addition, his prices are so reasonable; reasonable to the point that I told him to add more money to the bill! Thanks Darrell!

I ended having a new lock installed for an other $60 the next day by some else. I spoke to the manager on 11/3/23 Ray, I think it was his name. He said: "my door couldn't get opened because it had an antilock braking system." I had installed exactly the same lock which has not an antilock system (see photo attached). This was not a mission impossible task. In fact it is the cheapest lock you can find at any local hardware store and easy to maneuver to opened. LESSON: do not call a locksmith, just brake it, drill the lock and install a new one, way cheaper!
