The best he will offer is to redo the fillings and "will probably lead to root canal and crown." I had four fillings done by Nishit and all four failed the following month. I told him when he finished the fillings that when he used the floss it cut the floss. He said it was nothing to worry about and that he would make any touch ups for free when I come in a month later for cleaning. I said ok and brought it up again first thing when I came back for my cleaning a month later. The AI scan of my teeth confirmed the new fillings had all failed. I'm afraid to go back Richardson family dentistry as my teeth or so damaged I'm afraid to smile or take pictures anymore. My insurance was maxed out so I have to wait a full year to find a new dentist that can help me fix the mistakes. If you need any dental work beyond a cleaning. Please beware. I really hope no one has to be put through what I have been put through. The staff is nice and very polite including Nishit. He is just inexperienced with fillings.

His knowledge and passion for dentistry really shows though his work. Hygienist - Marney has been the best I've ever encountered. She gives great tips on how to keep your teeth looking beautiful and healthy. She is very detailed. She tells me where I'm lacking care and how to improve it. It has helped me alot. Coming back with less issues is always a plus. I use to dread going to the dentist but these two make the trip enjoyable. I never leave without a smile. Having said that I feel compelled to call out a couple obviously false Yelper's reviews. I have been to see Dr McCormick probably a dozen times, from those visits the following was my personal experience. I got my teeth cleaned on an initial visit, was never kept waiting more than 5-10 minutes, was never left waiting in a chair, was seen without an appointment for an emergency. I was recommended a "Bruxor" (sp ?) crown due to my crazy teeth grinding in my sleep. I go thru mouth guards like chewing gum & the resulting need of crowns was becoming astronomical. The specialty crown had a lifetime warranty & was more costly. Dr McCormick could have done, as other dentists had, just slapped in the least expensive crown AGAIN.... he worked with me on the cost & allowed me pay in 2 payments. I did need the warranty of this specialty crown & it was sent to Dr McCormick's office FedEx overnight & installed the same day at no charge. One has to wonder the true validity of a "lifetime" warranty. Well I am able to verify, it does exist at this dental facility. To the Yelper who stated Dr McCormick raised his voice & yelled at her, I call all out BS. I have been present when a situation presented that most of the world would have hollered & witnessed Dr McCormick remain very calm & professional in his tone & demeanor. Any and all who know Dr McCormick or are his patients, would agree with me, that you obviously have never been around him or spoken to him. Perhaps you are a competitor or someone disgruntled because you weren't hired or maybe a relative of someone who had to be terminated. But you should is pick a dentist that you have actually profiled their personality before you start saying, in a public forum, things that are obviously not true. Line up 100 people who have encountered Dr McCormick & listen to them laugh when you say he yelled or treated anyone unfairly or in any way lesser than the best of professional care. I highly recommend Comfort Dental, both this location & the one in Mesquite. My experience with both has been nothing less than excellent. By far superior to any other dental facility I have encountered. I am a legitimate Yelper. Of my 190 Yelps, this is the 2nd time I have felt the need to call out, what I felt was, slanderous & vicious untruth. Read my Yelps, they're from all over the country, all true opinion or experience. I have no association with Comfort Dental, I just can't stand people lying for a dollar or retaliating for what was probably very fair & just. I deeply regret not taking better care of my teeth when I was younger, but I came to this office because I was in pain and needed professional help--not ridicule or judgment. Instead of treating me with empathy, Dr. Mark made condescending remarks about the condition of my teeth, heightened my anxiety, and did not resolve the pain that brought me there. I already suffered from severe dental anxiety, and this experience reinforced the very fear that a compassionate dental professional should help a patient overcome. Whatever his intention may have been, his manner made me feel ashamed and unwelcome. It remains the dental visit I regret most. I would strongly discourage anyone with dental anxiety--or anyone embarrassed about the condition of their teeth--from visiting this practice. Patients deserve respectful, judgment-free care regardless of their dental history or financial circumstances. Dr. Gary in Frisco has been well worth the drive and has provided a far more compassionate experience.

I booked an urgent appointment specifically to see a certain doctor, and even canceled another appointment at a different clinic just to be here. They asked me to arrive early, made me wait over 45 minutes, only to casually reveal that the doctor I booked with WASN'T EVEN IN THE BUILDING. Pure bait-and-switch tactics. Because of their uncoordinated scheduling, I lost my other appointment and was left in pain with zero treatment. Management (Devon) acknowledged their massive failure and promised a corporate gift card to compensate for the wasted time and lost appointment. Over a month and a half later, and after multiple ignored emails, they have completely ghosted me. Empty promises, zero accountability, and deceptive scheduling.
