The service was well below par. I don't have high expectations these days but this place takes the icing. It's clearly McDonald's standard of no service at all model. These people are the reason everyone is being replaced by robots. Slow cause they can be. No manners no consideration. If you asked for anything they were inconvenienced. Just wow. After 40 mins for two meals and a happy meal you would think they would at least apologize for the wait or be nice when I pointed out I was missing some drinks. No they were rude and rolled their eyes!!! To top things off the bathroom was disgusting and dining room smelled like a bathroom after sitting in it for 45 mins. Wish I could have just got my money back but good luck trying to talk to these people they clearly can't even read a ticket. I just visited this McDonald's for 2 reasons. #1. I've been traveling since 3:30 this morning and it's now 7:16am. I had to use the restroom urgently. I admit, it was being cleaned, but this was URGENT t I was told by the cleaning person to " Get the F--k Out! I tried begging him and his exact answer was, " To F--kin Bad, Go somewhere else. Terrible. You can add cheese to the hamburger kids meal and when a burger says it includes mustard and ketchup you assume it comes with it. Another one of the burgers seemed to have a double dose of ketchup. Table service means nothing and they yell at you to come or the counter to get your food. Bathrooms are dirty, list goes on and on. I know McDonald's isn't known for great customer service but this place is an absolute dump and disaster. First off why have a worker at the counter if they can't take an order. The girl at the counter was telling everyone that walked to the counter to use the self serve kiosk. Secondly my sister in law went in to use the bathroom....big mistake. This location in the located right off of the interstate I-95 at exit 33. Since it's recent remodel it really looks sleek and modern. The addition of touchscreens gives you the option to bypass the line at the counter and order and pay for your food there. I haven't had any issues with customer service, the employees have always been polite and my food has gotten to me in a timely manner. There's a gas station located directly next to it, so when you're traveling, it's kind like a one stop shop for gas and food. read more

What an amazing, clean, pleasantly staffed, well run McDonalds! My FOOD was AMAZING. But that wasn't even the best part. The STAFF was so professional and PLEASANT even though they were in their last 10 minutes of operation. I can't believe how kind they were, even going out of their way to get me change for the toll roads I was expecting later in my trip. I stopped in here for a soda, an ice cream and a bathroom break. Although this location is on the smaller side, everything was new and clean. The servers were friendly and worked quickly to get the line moving. There was alot of action but still plenty of parking so it was just as easy to pop in as it was to wait on the drive thru line. The soda area was a bit small so it became clogged and crowded quickly, but in such a small location, I am not sure how they could improve this. read more

I rolled through here on 7-23-2019 for breakfast. When I pulled in to the parking lot there was an employee who was powerwashing the driveway. I was pleased. People cleaning the outside of the restaurant. :) I asked if breakfast was still being served and he indicated that it was. So, I pull up to the speaker only to be greeted by a very friendly voice. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, hashbrowns and a large sweet tea (also known as the breakfast of ex-champions). I get my total and pull around only to be greeted in person by a very friendly cashier. She accepted my payment, making polite small talk. I pulled to the next window and picked up my order. It was correct!! The McMuffin was nice and hot. The hashbrowns were hot too. The tea was sweet, just like I like it. Thanks for making my trip better with a nice and hot breakfast. read more

Stopped in for a quick break on a recent road trip. Fairly easy to get to off I-95, and attached to a decent gas station, so this makes a nice stop if you're on the road. While walking into Mickey D's, was greeted by a young man fixing chairs on the outside patio cursing into a cell phone. Thankfully the employees inside were nicer, and the restaurant was clean, however the restrooms were pretty bad. Food was typical McDonald's, although I just grabbed some juice and coffee. Not the nicest McDonald's ever, but not the worst I've been to. Like I said, this place offers a nice break on the road if you need some gas, quick food, and a bathroom break. Stopped in here on our way to Florida -- never again. After parking and seeing the line out the door, we should have returned to our car. What was to be a 5-10 minute stop for coffee and egg mcmuffins turned into over an HOUR. The cashier just took order after order but the kitchen couldn't keep up -- we were standing shoulder to shoulder with our receipts in hand, just waiting for our food. They were giving away free coffee -- but if you wanted cream and sugar you had to ask at the counter. When I did, the lady put a handful of creams and sugars in a bag and handed it to me! I could never use so much. A better solution would be to place the bins on the counter and let people take only as much as they need. Bathrooms were atrocious. The drink/condiment area looked like a tornado had hit and the dining area was a mess. read more
