(New house of furniture) I assume they want your business but they massively fail at follow up. For more than six months I have been trying to get this business to help with a damaged item, they say they will have their service gal (now no longer employed there) and most recently a new guy (that has taken over their warranty and or service. It has been so long with zero help I assume when I finally show up in person YET again they will say out of warranty! I wish I had bought my house of furniture somewhere else that doesn't sale sale sale and no f/u after the sale! Poor business practice

In that first visit what really stood out was the pictures. They are a step above any one else's in the area. I fell in love with a particular one with oyster shells. The colors were amazing. Sadly I didn't buy it right than and there as I never saw another one like it on all my visits that followed. Now a month ago already in the new house we were shopping here and saw a dining room table we liked. Unfortunately the chairs that were displayed with it didn't really go. So we proceeded to look all over the store for possible choices. The two salespersons working there did little to nothing to assist us. In fact on that particular day there was not one other customer in the store. Needless to say we ended up leaving and eventually buying the perfect dining room set for us elsewhere. So why go back? Because we like their pictures and we aren't going to let two individuals stop us from shopping. On our return it was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and they were having a 20% off sale on the pictures. We luckily spotted an octopus picture that would be perfect in our family room with an octopus bowl as well. Also in metal in a seafoam green color we got a school a fish. Lastly a sea turtle just love it don't know exactly where it will be hung yet a definite keeper. Guess what happened a whole store full of sales associates that actually helped us take the items down from where they were hanging, brought them to the register for us and even assisted us in getting them Into our car. Moral of this review if you see something you like in a store don't let someone else's poor attitude and performance not allow you to get what you want.

I had neighbors that loved this place and said your vehicle won't be big enough. Well they were correct especially since I found four wall art pieces that were very large. The lady at the register says would you like to open a charge. Well I must have been asked this hundreds of times over the years but today it made sense. So I opened an account and I got an instant 10% off my purchases that day. My only regret was I didn't get it sooner as I have literally spent thousands here and you earn reward dollars on all purchases. That helps me justify all my shopping lol. This location sadly since opening isn't as great as it once was. Prefer the Savannah location instead as I always find something there.
