I've had multiple visits where the "ice cream" was so runny it could've been served with a straw. If your scoop requires a soup ladle instead of an ice cream scooper, something's off. Pro tip: ask if the ice cream is actually set before ordering. Apparently, the concept of a set freezer is more of a suggestion here than a requirement.
