McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Woodland, Washington

Probably my 100th or so McDonald's restaurant, I've been to two dozen countries and most of the states and I like checking out the spots in different countries for the other menu offerings. Today was a quick stop for a breakfast snack before hiking. As you can see in the picture my sausage McMuffin was hastily thrown together with a piece of cold, unmelted, cheese. Ya get what ya pay for. Perfect for a quick breakfast snack. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a sausage sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Woodland, Washington

Food is good, no concerns. Diet Coke never tastes like Diet Coke, it tastes like Seltzer so I no longer purchase. I tried several times over a year, so gave it a good try. Ice cream melts down the cone on a cold day. Often have had to put into a cup and eat with a spoon. Only one person works here that I have come across that appears to be happy to serve customers. Just no longer going there anymore read more

the food was amazing the service was horrible today there was this lady who works the first window every morning and it's a hit or miss experience with her but today was the worst encounter she had a very hard time understanding me when I pulled up to the drive-through and then was extremely rude when I got to the window and made me feel stupid coming here is better for lunch lunchtime instead of breakfast read more

It's overdramatic, I know, but I will never forgive this location for forgetting my four piece chicken nuggets, then refusing to refund me or give me the chicken nuggets after. Even when I submitted a complaint online and provided all the information they requested - reciept, time of order, name of the employee who handed it to me - McDonald's just said 'sorry you weren't satisfied with your service'. Not satisfied? Friend, the food was fine, I 'wasn't satisfied' because you didn't give me all my food. Come on now! read more

As usual, McD's delivers here. Friendly quick service at the drive thru. The two McChickens we ordered were fresh and hot, the large fries right out of the fryer and crunchy. Price was right, food as expected. Would return here again. McD's packaging for a long time has been earth friendly. A little disappointed in their new 'freeze' concoctions using plastic cups. Getting off/on the freeway here isnt the best, but not horrible. read more

Our fries were not hot, Dr Pepper drink was flat and my wife got sick from the fish sandwich. We are therefore requesting our money back, which was 25.66 or at least a portion. We have never had a good experience with this location. We had hoped, after not patronizing this establishment for about 3 years, it might have improved. Our mistake. We will not be back. read more

Flash update, ice spotted at Safeway, yet it's so far from my cup. Ronald please help this location gather ice for us simple plebs. 2 weeks no ice, seriously Costco has ice makers for the cheap. Do us proud. read more

29 minute wait after entering a 3 item order at kiosk. Not what people expect at McDonald's! People queued out the door, everybody upset. Nobody getting their order. Really bad. read more

Got my order correct (even though I put it into the kiosk almost every McDs messes it up!), timely, CLEAN inside, and friendly service. What more can you ask for?! :) read more

I am a McDonald person. I love MCD! Sadly the Woodland location is not putting out good quality products regularly. Cold fries, black sesame seeds on my quarter pounder bun, and burnt buns on my chicken sandwich. The food prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Asked to fix my order and got an eye roll. The remodel is nice, but the cleanliness need a lot of work. read more

Where to begin when we pulled up to give order code for mobile app I stated I'd like to order another Oreo pie on a separate order and was told no. Further more 35 mins waiting for a burger that should have been in the bag to begin with in a vehicle for that long with babies not kids screaming but babies for something that should have been made to begin with but nope had to wait for the orders taken after the issue was stated oh The great part is even after they left it off the order and it was reordered at the front register they sure made sure to smother that bad boy in all of the fixings that were stated in a food allergy concern. I totally forgot to mention they also told our 11 year old she had to wait for bathroom code but seriously 15 mins for a child to use a restroom y'all do better the food industry is hard but if you really don't care about putting in the effort and care with customer service you don't belong in a restaurant read more

The incompetence of the help is astounding. Order: 1 Egg McMuffin, 2 Sausage McMuffins, 1 Hash Brown. At window she says: you have 1 Egg McMuffin, 1 Sausage McMuffin, and 2 Hash Browns? I said no, and she made me repeat the order TWICE. Then she looked at me and said, "That's exactly what I said!" "Oh no you didn't," I replied. And then she graced me with an eye roll. Got the food and guess what? 2 Egg McMuffin, 1 Sausage McMuffin, 1 Hash Brown. I'd like to say this is abnormal. But after 8+ years' experience with this franchise, I can state with certainty that they RARELY get it right. read more

Needed a quick bite near Woodland. It wasn't bad for a McDonald's. Didn't get our discount code for some savings but what the hell. Goode enough for quick stop to keep traveling. read more

After driving all day, Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, paid $16 some. The sandwiches looked so pitiful. No mayo. Just a couple of pickles on it. This was a meal?! 2 meals actually? I know it's no high end restaurant, but damn. At least make it look like a $16 meal! Shit! read more

Drive thru lines are slow as hell. Snotty teenagers working there . It's close so I go there

Went here to get breakfast for the family when I arrived home I found a good portion of the food I ordered and pay for not to be in the bag, this isn't the first time this has happened with this McDonald's. They weren't even busy this morning. So disappointing to pay for something and not get now the family is upset about it read more

I am the Varsity volleyball coach at Columbia Adventist Academy. We had a match against Wahkiakum HS in Cathlamet, and our match ran a little late. As our busload of athletes and coaches (about 25 of us) were looking for spots to stop and grab a bite to eat we elected to stop at this particular McDonalds. We checked the door, and it was locked and the only thing that was opened was the drive-thru. Well, unfortunately our bus is not allowed through the drive-thru. Luckily for us, one of the gals working there, had overheard one of our players mentioned they needed a bathroom, as she was emptying their trash receptacle outside of the restaurant. She was gracious enough to say that because we were hungry and cold, that we could come in and order our food. They were in the process of cleaning, but they accomodated us and filled our orders! That was such a classy move by them and we all appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service! If you need to stop at any McDonalds, stop here and show them some love because this simple act of kindness needs to be rewarded, so others can experience their excellent service! Thank you to the crew that worked on the evening of 10/22/24. You guys are real rock stars! Thank you again! read more

Google maps, Apple Maps, and the McDonald's website said they were open 24hrs. Even the sign In the parking lot. Made us back out of the drive through and chained it off. Just wanted some late night munchies man. False advertising is a total bummer read more

Terrible service. When I handed my cold fries back to the lady at the window she rolled her eyes at me. I ignored her and asked for hot fries. The manager was sitting in the office. So typical of McD. Not worth the money even if it's cheap. read more

My family and I enjoy coming to this McDonald's. It's clean and the employees always have good customer service. Great service overall!!

Would give a zero if I could. Don't even bother with this McDonald's Horrible customer service tried to call in multiple times. No answer and when I did get an answer I was lied to and hung up on by a worker named Michelle. Then finally got another answer and was screamed at by a worker that said she was a cook then was hung up on again after she refused to give me her name. Also insisted they were busy while my husband was there and there was no one in line read more

The grand irony is that they have a snotty sign directing their customers not to use a cell phone in the drive through lane (thanks mom). Then the cashier got my order wrong, the second window got my order wrong twice. So maybe you should worry less about the concentration of your customers and more on your own business.n'kay? read more

Horrible service, cold food and filthy restroom I will not revisit this location again

very pleased with this experience! food was accidentally handed to wrong car, but made sure to be respectful and take responsibility for mistake. read more

Wow! Did I really just say that for McDonald's? I don't even know where Woodland is! This is probably one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to; I stopped in on my way from Seattle to Portland. When you enter, there are brick walls, new tables, flatscreen TVs and free wireless internet. This was also one of the newer locations with a coffee bar where you can get cappuccinos, lattes and smoothies. In the end, when I got my breakfast sandwich I was reminded that McDonald's is McDonald's. Your standard greasy fair that feels like a lead balloon after you have eaten. Still, makes for a good rest stop location and a very quick bite to eat while you're on the road. Right next to a gas station and Safeway. read more

The staff here are friendly and my order is always accurate. The line moves quickly and within a matter of several minutes you have your food in hand and you are on your way. That is all we can expect from a drive through joint :) read more

Horrible employees. One of the lady managers was extremely rude and condescending. She has absolutely zero customer service skills and needs to be replaced ASAP. Why work there if she hates it and hates the customers? If I could give it negative stars I would, she absolutely deserves it. All I wanted was some quick food and I got nothing but rudeness and left extremely dissatisfied. Don't come here if you're looking for a McRib. read more

5 Stars for a McDonalds? Am I crazy? Perhaps.... This McDonalds serves as a perfect stopping point for travels home from Seattle to Portland. The location is located in a Safeway shopping center parking lot and has a very new and well kept feel to it. The prices at this McDonalds are on the lower end of the McDonalds pricing scale which is also a plus. The best part though is they have large screen tv's to enjoy, very clean restrooms, free wifi and an incredible amount of AC outlets to charge your electronics. It is very clear that the owner of this McDonalds cares about their store and designed it knowing who their target customer would be and excelled at this. Kudos to this McDonalds. The staff also did what was expected very well, they quickly greeted, served fresh food quickly and were polite and welcoming. Nothing incredible about the service, but for McDonalds no complaints at all. read more

Stopped here for breakfast items on our way into Seattle for Thanksgiving. Clean, nice staff and well, it's Mcdonald's.. pricing is the same, I suppose. It's located a little ways off the freeway even though the sign on the freeway makes it look like it's "right there"... not, keep driving. read more

We have been driving for a few hours. There were at least 3 employees cleaning when I walked in to use the restroom. Restrooms we're super clean, so was the rest of the place.
