1 Star: MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD - Raw Meat Served Avoid this location for your own safety. The current operation here is serving dangerous, undercooked food. * Serving Raw Beef: I just received a Quarter Pounder that was entirely rare/raw in the center. This is a massive food safety violation. * Deliberate Negligence: McDonald's grills operate on automated, precision timers for a reason. For beef to come out this raw, staff must be deliberately overriding the safety mechanism and pulling meat off the grill before the cycle completes just to speed up service. * Dangerous Practices: This is not a slight cooking error; it is a total failure in food safety protocols. Prioritizing speed over ensuring meat is actually cooked is how people get severely ill. If they are willing to serve raw ground beef, do not trust anything else coming out of that kitchen. Look at the photos and judge for yourself. read more

I don't usually review fast food venues, but seriously good service needs to be acknowledged and appreciated. I walked into this particular McDonalds, past the self serve kiosks and up to the counter. What I see is an incredibly busy kitchen, employees hustling and an extremely clean kitchen area at that. Even the lobby and tables were very clean. Having worked fast food in my teen years I get how difficult it can be. Suddenly one of the staff comes around the corner and gives me a great smile and asks what he can do for me. I can see how busy they are, but this guy is gracious and smooth. Almost feels like meeting up with a pal. My order comes out in just a few minutes, these folk were hustling. The lady that brought my order out also had a genuine smile and a very clear and cheerful "have a good day". The level of positive service during an extreme rush hour was phenomenal and just needs to be mentioned. It was a pleasant stop for me on a long road trip. read more

Terrible, I mean f'ing absolutely terrible customer service. Messing up orders continuously, forgetting shit, etc. you have one job.

I had door dashed some McDonalds for me and my colleagues to enjoy, but for when I opened the bag. To my surprise I see mistakes all over the order. First there was no Tangy BBQ sauce for my light order of 20 McNuggets. Remember this was for me and my colleagues. After a long magnified inspection on the order my colleague brings to my attention that there is no straws whatsoever for the 6 drinks that I ordered. Remember it's not just me, I have colleagues that I needed to impress. This overall darkened the mood at my function. Will never trust this McDonalds to get my McOrder McCorrect. No Tangy BBQ sauce, nor the 6 straws for the drinks. Never EVER trust this location with your McOrders. read more

Very clean and modern McDonald's. The kiosk menu was easy to navigate and order your food. There was no front counter person and it seemed dead. The food took awhile to received because they were taking care of the drive thru orders instead of walking. This place was serving McRibs and I finally had one. Not bad! read more

One of the few Mickey D's that still has a play place for the kids. It's a slide and playground toys but it is still a place for the children and for the child at heart. Since most MickeyD's are renovating to look like a dentist office, this is great. Food great as always and service was top tier. Keep up the great work. read more

Service gets worse & worse. You try to get their attention, saying "excuse me" 5 times, then nearly yelling and they just still ignore you. Won't be coming back to this one! Would have given them zero stars if I could have.... read more

Since I gave this place a horrible review in May, I thought I should update my experience. I eat here way too often and for the most part the food is good, quality is good, and service is excellent. I like the breakfast menu, especially the sausage burrito. The breakfast sandwiches are good but the burrito is excellent and it only takes one to make a breakfast. Couple that with a reasonably priced of good coffee and the meal is complete. read more

Makes me have gas! Not real food! It's McDonald's. Does it really need a review? Go anywhere else.

I just came to this location with my family. It was one of the cleanest Mc Donald's I have ever been to. A few things that stood out to me was how positive and encouraging the staff was. Every time there was a food rush you could hear the manager yelling words of encouragement to her staff. There was a lovely young lady who checked up on us several times and to the customers around us as well. The play place was very clean as the rest rooms as well. Fast service, great staff. Can't recommend enough. They even had a welcome mat at the front! Love it read more

I have the give props to this location for a rare quality experience at McDonalds. Just stopped off the freeway at busy lunch time. Had to order on the app as our vehicle is too tall for the drive thru. Friendly service and everything came out as ordered, fresh, and SUPER fast...the food was the hottest I've probably ever been served at a McDonald's. Would've been a 5 star fast food stop if only my large fries had been completely full. It's nice to have a really good McDonald's experience! Good job. read more

The last few times I've been here to pick up DoorDash orders at night the staff is VERYY rude. There's this one girl that always looks like she is high. Her eyes are red and glossy the last few times I've been there. She's given me wrong orders, Gaven me orders that were not for DoorDash. Whoever their manager is there should really do a better job at training their employees. Can't even get a simple order right without them messing it up cause they are high. Never go to this location at night unless you want the worker who is high out of their mind to serve your food. read more

Had just installed app on phone. QR code for free (w/min. order) big Mac would not scan at counter. This was greeted with a shug, "Don't know nothin' 'bout that" (counter person late teens, early 20s). Took a moment to expand, as politely as possible, my query. Was not sure whether device on counter was what was used for QR scan. The shrug & "don't know. . ." Was repeated. A McDs stop was impulse as much to test app as anything else. Left. Decided a Dutch Bros pit stop would be sufficient. Don't think of hindividuals working DBs were my best friends but, 'feel" (vibe) of service was so completely different that it triggered this yelp. (Didn't need coffee either but, needed a break & impulse was to accompany it with something) u read more

I just placed an order on the McDonald's app for some reason it sent it to the Woodburn location. I am in Wilsonville. I called the Woodburn location and one was amazing at helping me get everything transferred over here to this McDonald's in Wilsonville. Outstanding customer service thank you, Juan. read more

No. No. No. long story short....dine in. Got order. Not what I ordered. Went to counter to complain. Resubmitted order. Still not correct. Hmmm....do I waste time resubmit order again...or just slap a burger together and be good? I'm pretty PO'd. so, I figured I could do the courtesy of living a poor review and leave it at that. read more

waited too long and they gave me my food aggressively. I felt very disrespected as a customer.

They couldn't give me a refund after I accidentally ordered to the wrong address. Woman said she couldn't do anything about it even though the app states that you can contact the store and locate a refund which she insisted she couldn't do nothing and hung up on me twice. Horrible customer service. Had to repeat my order 4 times because the employee in the drive thru was not understanding it at all, and she was also taking around 30 seconds to reply. Still got my order wrong after all these repeats and spending 5 correcting her. read more

This really deserved no star at all! yesterday my husband and I took our grandsons to the McDonald's on newberg highway in woodburn. it was such a terrible I felt like I was being discriminated against because I am white. I went to order at the register and there were only couple of customers seated eating their meals. about 5-6 employees were standing in the front area and there was a older female screaming in Spanish. they were all standing around laughing to where I couldn't even hear myself when ordering. The girl at the register looked like she was asleep and didn't say anything to me, no smile, or welcome, nothing to make you feel welcome. I ordered and went to the play area where my husband and grandsons were. it was empty. so we waited and waiTed for about 20 min. no food. then a customer from another table knocked on the glass by us and motioned that our order was ready. I got up and walked back to the front and picked up my order. no one had the decency to bring out my order. after that we noticed that several hispanic families were coming in and sitting down around us and each time the sleepy girl up front would bring out their orders within 5 min or so. This McDonald's has really gone downhill since I used to bring my kids here. all those teenage kids that worked here years ago had pleasant demeanors, politeness and welcoming smiles. Now we have terrible workers that can stand and scream and laugh while getting your order wrong cause they don't understand the language or are too lazy. no smiles just dirty looks and horrible service because I'm not Hispanic. please woodburn bring back the workers that don't care what color you are and that can understand an order. bring back decent customer service and people with smiles not faces that look like they just woke up. no thank you no nothing. sad this is what our grandchildren will grow up with. these people need customer service classes before entering the workforce. very unhappy customer but I know nothing will be done about it. read more

It's a McDonald's. It serves about what you'd expect, the same McDonald's food you get everywhere...and an attractive salad/veggie area, and Tillamook ice cream, much to my surprise. The interior is lovely, much more interior-decorator-has-been-here than most McDonald's, comfortable and pleasant. There's a good-size play structure for the little ones, too. So with all that, the one thing I have to yank a star for is...the restroom. The lady's room was clean, but there were no seat papers. I'm not saying the dispensers were empty: there were no dispensers. How can you spend that much money on decoration and food above-and-beyond the norm, and not have the basic sanitary stuff in your restroom, people? read more

How long does it take to make a hamburger. I stopped in and was given the wrong order, told to pull forward and they would bring it to the window. After 10 minutes and multiple cars getting their orders I shouted through the window, did you forget me? They came and wanted to know what I ordered. I said hamburger and fries. They came back with a big bag of food and disappeared. I yelled in the window again, this is not my order. They came and said what did you order? I said hamburger and small fries. Finally got my order after sitting there for 10-15 minutes. It was correct now, but I was late for work. This is constant problem with you guys. I am usually patient but this was beyond reasonable. read more

I've grown up going to this McDonald's I've never had an issue with it & food has always been good!

Warning, wretching/puking by the French Froes, I walked into the Restaurant for some much anticipated breakfast and immediately hear a guy wretching, as in full on puking. I looked around and realized the guy was puking into the trash can in the immediate location of the french fry warmer. Absolutely disgusting, plain view of the customers and with in 2 feet of the food you are serving to your customers. Pretty sure it's a health violation, This just happened at 9am Thursday the 30th of Jan. I will NEVER BE BACK, what the actual F? read more

The night crew is honestly the worst. They put the food together poorly, and are a bit rude. Tonight the young lady at the window was talking poorly of someone at the drive thru, and the window was open so my boyfriend and I heard it all. I suggest more training on how to treat the customers. They may not like their job, but that doesn't mean they get to be rude and say mean things about the customers. That doesn't look good on the company. read more

Some kid with glasses is always rude and doesn't do my Mcflurry good i barely get any cookies on it. And i'm very unsatisfied.

I was in the drive thru for this restaurant last week. Their parking lot is very disorganized and so are the signs. While exiting the drive thru, I looked at signs which pointed to the road as an exit road. I drive on it to the main road, only to discover that the road was converted to a footpath with no signs/warning whatsoever. This led to my car getting tipped on that location and got stuck. Had to call the tow truck to get it out. Imagine my surprise when I talked to the manager. He was unapologetic and talked like it was my fault. On top of that he said that "You are not the first person to get the car stuck". ???? Are you serious !!!! Maybe someone needs to sue you for this...... If I am not the first person, why didn't you get it fixed or put some warning (Isn't that dumb)...... See the post by user "Shannon C." He did not even want to help me. Only one of their employees (With apparently better courtesy than the manager) gave me directions to a tow company and told me that they were really sorry. read more

Horrible customer service. It may be 6:30am but the first person I come in contact with in the morning shouldn't be someone who acts like they hate their job and cuts you off in the middle of ordering because they weren't paying attention and thought all you wanted to buy was a 25cent water. Then she never let us know to go to the second window, so we sat at the window where it says "pay" for 4 minutes before she even waved or anything. read more

Came here for the first time and ordered a large fry, a large iced coffee, and three straws through the drive through. Upon receiving the order I noticed I was given a large cherry soda instead of my desired coffee. I nonchalantly parked and took my order to the main entrance where I was greeted by a very kind employee and a man who I can only assume was the manager. They both immediately took action and retrieved me my iced coffee and an additional large fry because "we don't want your fries to get cold." In addition, I was given my extra straws and a coupon for a free combo-meal. Overall and excellent experience, in my opinion. read more
