I have been Driving by this food trailer, sitting in the AutoZone parking lot for a while before that. The large burgers on the trailer had me gauking as they looked so good! We finally had the chance to stop by and OMG these are some of the best Smash or non smash burgers all 5 of us have ever had!!! This is now our go to place for burgers as they have something you cannot get anywhere else... SNOOP'S SPECIAL SAUCE!!! What an elevation to any burger!!! The price point is definitely on point with the quality, plus you get a pile of fries (Plain or Parmesan) with that SPECIAL SNOOP SAUCE all for 16$. Let me ask a question: WOULD YOU RATHER? Have a basic burger from corporate stores for 12$-17$ and have a Good Burger & Fries Or... Have one of the best burgers of your life every time you go to snoops as consistency is key and SNOOPS has it!!! You can also get a burger, fries & 6 piece wing combo for 25$ - Saving you 7$ from the cost of a 6 piece wing, what a great deal!!! The wings are amazing and large in size to support the 6 pieces & then Parm Fries for the 16$ price point, but still the burger/fry/wing combo is definitely worth it!!! First Snoops got the soft/fresh bread, which we all know is key to the sandwich, the bread is filled with meet and cheese and I could not get enough the first time as I went back the next day to get another one. For me the 25$ Philly is so big you could share with another or eat it all yourself, like I do, cause it's so good & don't forget those Parm fries come with it to!!! The gentleman who took our order was kind and understanding of our ignorance to their menu! He was accommodating to our wants and needs & made our food himself! It was about a 10 minute wait for food (we were the only ones there), but it did not disappoint! Their burger had a very unique taste and was cooked perfectly! I loved the sweet potato fries! The owner, Evie, is a doll. I was so hungry that I neglected to take a pic, but the double burger with grilled onions, tomato, cheese, bacon, a fried egg and their special sauce was $15 including fries and a drink (and really yummy!). The Angus burger is so flavorful and was cooked to perfection! My friend's buffalo chicken salad was delicious and enough for three meals. Can't fault a single thing. My husband got his standard old-fashioned and enjoyed it. For food, I got the chimichurri steak, next time I should remember to get the chimichurri on the side just because my younger son didn't like the green stuff on the steak. The chimichurri is delicious. It was cooked perfectly at medium rare, I got their homemade chips as one of my sides because my kids wanted it. Their chips are so good that was definitely the way to go. I also got green beans which were amazing as well. My older son got the kids mac & cheese with a side of fries. I even loved his mac & cheese. It's definitely not the Kraft mac & cheese. My husband got the barbecue plate. He had mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes and loved all of it. My younger son ate off of all of our plates and we pretty much finished all our food. My younger son then got a dessert of vanilla ice cream with Oreos and he scarfed it down. We've never had a problem getting a seat here because it is a good size restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. If you're anywhere close to this restaurant, you should be eating here.

They go by cup on ice cream and not scoops. So a small cup they can give you 2 flavors if you want. I take advantage of this so I can try the array of favors that they do offer. The spcial flavors today was Key lime and Pistachio but they sold out. The other small cup was their homemade fruit sherbet which I chose watermelon and 1/2 coconut ice cream. So the ice creams were ok. The coconut stood out the most. The watermelon sherbet was refreshing but tad too sweet for me. I would probably go for the coconut again because it had shreds of coconut in it. Brothers Burger truck review from Family Food Adventures!!!…read more They were out of many things the night we went. So we did not get to try their empanadas that we were so excited to try. We ended up purchasing 5 meals. 3 tropical burgers, 1 slider meal and the most expensive burger on the menu the "House burger", all came with fries. Total cost for all 5 was about 60$, and let me tell you right up front the price is similar to most burger places where you can sit and get drinks so it's kind of expensive in comparison for food that we are taking home and supplying our own drinks. The tropical burgers came out 2 at the same time and sat on the counter not bagged while the 3rd tropical and house burger were finishing up. We ended up having to reheat the 2 tropical burgers as well. We were only 5 mins from home. Final thoughts: We will definitely go back to try their empanadas, but we would not return for the burgers b/c of price and effort to reheat.
