FAMILY FOOD ADVENTURE!!! Quick late night bite!!! Dad and the girls out late!!! Stopped at this Arby's as "THEY GOT THE MEATS!!!" Girls got chicken wraps, sliders and fries. Let's face it we all Loved the Curly Fries!!! Major point for going here in the first place. Fries were fresh and yummy!!! Side note: I still don't know why they got regular fires as an option. Probably trying to gain more appeal to the masses, but seriously Curly is the only option for us at Arby's. The 4 stars is for the wait time. Breakdown: There was no one in the drive thru. Our food took almost 20 mins. We got a #2 Roast beef sandwich meal - 1/2 pound, 2 value menu chicken wraps, 4 RB sliders, fries and drinks. What we ordered should have really been much faster. No cheese, changes or extras. This is based in comparison to other Arby's, that we normally go to, in neighboring towns that usually take 10 mins or less to get our food out with other customers. The WH store definitely took a longer time than their neighbors for the same foods we normally order with no other customers. Other than the time of wait. Everything was Arby's. Good meats with great Curly Fries & Arby's sauce. Food to Value ratio: Honestly fast food all around is getting more costly. We have practically stopped eating fast food as with current pricing you're better off ordering a ToGo pick up order from a real food restaurant for the same price 10-15$ a meal. Or you can get healthier food at the same pricing whereas healthier food use to be allot more expensive. Sure Fast food still has deals that are 5$ or less, but the quality of the food has gone down with those price points as well. Just my 2 cents, eat better food for comparable pricing!!! We would revisit the WH Arby's if we were in the area late night again, but we will most likely continue going to the Davenport/Auburndale Arby's as we do now when... WE WANT THE MEATS!!!! This is a disgrace honestly. The Italian beef sandwich was so bad I don't even have words to express it. It's bland, doesn't have flavor, and overall the food just tastes bad. There are better fast foods around than this Arby's specifically. I'd say service was not that bad, there are ways they could improve but it's not that bad, we just had to wait a long time which I hate. Ambiance is peaceful. Im gonna give it a three stars only because they gentlemen at the drive thru was super nice and definitely went out of his way to make sure our order was correct. But the quality of the roast beef was mush and very unpleasant texture than it regularly is. We got the new spicy sandwich and it was awful but very spicy and just mushy. Worst staff and restaurant around. On Sunday 12:30 drive up requested Orange. Shake (very delicious). Clerk said they did not sell them any longer. Sign is still up for Orange Shake, so I stopped by on Wednesday evening 6:15 pm. This time they said the shake machine was down. When I drove up to the window, a rather large white lady, who identified herself as a shift manager said the machine was down due to the hurricane, You know the one that did not effect Polk County.We never loss power but that was her story. When I asked for the corporate number I was told by same manager she did not know it. When I asked for her name she said it wasn't necessary and would not give it. Customer service means a lot to me and my family. For example, I'd pay much more to eat somewhere that I know I'm getting the quality and treatment that's deserved. Today, we decided to use the Arby's drive-thru. It needs a major renovation on the inside, so I'd rather just not go in. The girl taking our order was literally rushing us over the speaker that we missed a part of our order in frustration. When we got to the window we asked to add something to our order and she couldn't be more annoyed. There was no one inside at all, and when she closed the window, the entire staff was laughing. It was awkward. When our food finally came out, she practically threw it out the window. The window closed so fast, and she disappeared before I could ask for Arby sauce. I would expect this from many fast food joints, but from Arby's, it was very juvenile and just flat out uncomfortable. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the food. Lisa Treated us like Family! We are in the area for a basketball tournament and we're starving after our early morning game. We noticed that there were no cars in the parking lot and there was only the GM there and unfortunately other employees didn't show so she did it all on her own. Let me tell you, LISA is amazing and made us feel so comfortable. She cooked for my family and I cannot be more grateful. Ok, this particular Arby's has had some difficulties. That said...maybe they are working out the kinks. I've gone twice in the last few weeks and both times were very good! I ordered the Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich meal both times, and it was made very well. My only complaint was the bread was toasted a little too much and had a burnt taste. So, on the second visit, I opted for an untoasted sandwich. Problem solved! The employees were friendly and the wait time was short. Keep up the good work, I enjoy me some Arby's! read more

It's sad when as a kid growing Arby's was the go to for a good sandwich other than a hamburger. My husband wanted to eat there tonight and I agreed to. I, the mystery diner, take great sorrow in relating that Arby's, just can't get it right. The Arby's of old produced a tasty, satisfying roast beef sandwich, enjoyed by the entire family. Unfortunately, what they are offering now, Fall 2019, is a tasteless mess of meats, curdled cheese sauce on some sort of unidentifiable bun.
