if i could put 0 stars i would. two employees in the back doing absolutely nothing but walking around while i and multiple other customers were waiting for our order to be fixed we said excuse me multiple times just for one of the employees to look at us like we are stupid and just ignore us all. i have no idea why they would remodel this shit show of a location. get better employees who actually give a fuck. i am beyond pissed off!!!! please dont come here if your in a rush. read more

At the end of the day it's still fast food, but for what it is, this is pretty much as good as it gets. The place is clean, employees seem to be polite, and for what it's worth they never really get my order wrong even when substitutions are made. Super clean bathroom. Employees were great. Timely food delivery. No ghosts on the property.

There is one word for the employees here: exceptional. There's one thing I look for when I go out to eat at a restaurant and that's an establishment that cares for their patrons. I felt nurtured, cared for and appreciated here as if I was a tender child being cared for until I could face the cold world on my own. Unlike the location on Cypress Garden Blvd where i felt as if I had both of my legs broken and was told to climb Mount Everest. I was able to appreciate the taste of a Doritos locos taco here and therefore I was able to appreciate all the tastes that life had to offer. God bless this place read more

We have gone to this location for over 20 years. It has been kept up well. The staff seems to stay there. The manager was working the register and I asked about the enchritos and how I wished they were still available. Her answer was I can make those for you. How many would you like? I almost fell over, I swear. So she made us 7 of them and we were so happy. They are exactly like they used to be. She really made our day we stop in atleast 2-3xs a month and get our enchritos we tell everyone about this can do manager. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Ps tell upper managers to fix your outside lighting. Your store is lost during early evening. Sales across the street is bright and calls to your customers. It's an easy fix if you care. Everything is clean and good inside now let's clean up and light up the outside. I counted 7 lights on the building that were out. Come on you can do better. I almost want to come up and fix those bulbs. read more

This Taco Bell is horrible. They are so lazy not wanting to make orders correctly and sometimes not at all. The food is usually old or cold. These employees need to be replaced. I ordered two crunchwraps and two meals and got two items out of my entire order. Oh and the items had meat in them and I'm vegetarian so I ordered vegetarian so I know it was on purpose. The employee asked my name to check my order status and I told her I don't think it's ready yet since it said still in progress on my phone app (I showed her). She said there was a guy already waiting on his ahead of me so I set down. Approximately 10-15 min later she asked my name again after another girl brought up my order. I asked it's all in here (seemed like a small bag for the order)? She said open and check. So as I was tearing the stickers to get in the bag she was saying is that yours? At 1st I didn't realize she was talking to me since she just said to open it. I said yes it says "the name you asked me twice already". She said are you doordash? I reply no. She said are you a customer? Yes I said, to which she took offense to somehow "you ain't got to be rude" was her reply. I would have left then but naturally an item was forgotten so I had to wait on her giving another customer their order to get my other drink. While helping him she's still complaining about me. Very unprofessional! I asked how was I rude to which I got no reply. The cup was slammed on the table for me to fill my own drink. While doing that I can hear her telling the other employees her victim's story. I will never go back! All the employees looked so unhappy, slow, and had attitudes. I went inside and got takeout. The cashier was so so nice. I got the $5 nacho box and drink deal. I went through the plastic silverware and could not find a spork. I went to the counter and asked for one. A very rude and loud lady came back up to the counter and told me, that the sporks were out with all of the other condiments. I told her that I had gone through them and she repeated herself very rudely and loudly again. She went out were they were and went through them then asked me very rudely and loudly "how many do you want". I asked if I could have a bag for my food, she gave me a bag that was too small for my order. This lady should not be working for the public. read more

Last experience was horrible. I walked in to a no line wait, and approached the counter. Three ladies, one I believe was the manager; were standing behind the counter talking and laughing and asked for a moment before I ordered. I was okay with this, as I was still looking at the menu. When it came time to take my order, the lady at the register just looked at me until I began talking. After telling me they no longer have what I ordered, she turned away and began talking in the loud conversation behind the counter with the two other ladies. As I started to say my second order, she looked at me when I first started talking; then looked away while I was still talking. I immediately left unserviced and aggravated at the customer service. I sent a complain to the restaurant, and since one of the ladies behind the counter was I believe the manager, I have not been contacted about the incident. Do not recommend this franchise, go to the Auburndale Taco Bell or the one on Cypress Gardens Boulevard. read more

The staff are very nice, especially a woman who works the cash register who is always friendly and makes sure your order is right. The recently redesigned the inside and outside to give it a more modern look. I prefer the seating in this Taco Bell compared to the newer one a few miles away. One big issue for me however is that the drive thru is very slow at night. I have a tradition of getting Taco Bell on Friday nights after I get off of work. I usually pull up to the drive thru around 11pm and there is crazy long lines. I have seen lines wrapping around the parking lot and lines that go out onto the road blocking traffic. They need to hire more staff for their evening shifts. I was on my way to a late meeting this past week and thought I would stop by to get some quick tacos. Only 3 cars in front of me but it took 20 minutes to get my order and I had to cancel my meeting because I was blocked in. People seem to get agitated waiting in line and its unfair to the employees who work there and the customers who expect their food in a relatively quick manner. I can make tacos at home in less than 2 minutes and thats how long it should take when you have a staff of people making them. I blame this on on management trying to cut costs but if they hire more people I will change my review. read more
