This is a typical McDonald's. I'm not a huge fan of fast food but sometimes it's convenient. This one can get extremely busy in the morning, and the line moves really slow. I like to get ice tea since it's only a buck so I usually go inside because it's so much faster! They have two ordering stations and the one thing I hate is they always seem to take the other side's order before me even if I have been sitting there for a few minutes. I think it's only three stars because they get my order wrong a lot. I always order unsweet tea and more times then not get sweet. I know it seems minuscule but it's not what I ordered. I really only go to this one because it's the only one near my house. I do have to say I am impressed that they have jumped on the healthy eating bandwagon and now offer healthier options for adults and kids. read more

The first time I went here they messed up my order. The second time I went here they were closed even though the app and I everywhere online says it's 24hrs... it was 9:30pm. They also leave there lights and sign on so everyone thinks it's open and people circle this place all the time wondering if it's open. I've been here multiple times. It will often take over 20 minutes to get a drive through order. It took my son 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a dine in meal. If it doesn't take long then your food will be dry and look like it has been under the heat lamps for hours. He let his team know of all the available jobs in the area and how much much more they paid than McDonalds. I've given this location more than enough chances and each time I'm disappointed in some fashion. There have been times my order was messed up because they seem to pay no attention to customizations. My fiancé can't eat onions but he likes the burgers. Every time I ask for no onions, they're still on the burger. Don't go here if you're expecting to grab a quick meal, because it seems regardless of time of day, it takes around 20-30 minutes just to order and receive your bag. But the worst offense is the employees and their attitudes. I don't think I've ever encountered a nice person at this location. Every employee I've seen here ignores the windows and will stand off to the side talking to their coworkers instead of checking in with you to see what you ordered or if you need anything else. I actually had to knock on the second window to get someone's attention after they forgot my sauces. I waited for a full five minutes after receiving my food before I even had to do that. I used to work a drive-thru where it was required for us to check in the with the customer as soon as they got to the window, then give them their order, then ask if they need anything else.
