There's something about getting a fresh haircut before vacation that puts you in the mood for a good burger, and before heading out on our Disney cruise, Wendy's was exactly what we were craving. This location, conveniently located near the VS Barbershop I visit, delivered exactly what I wanted: a Baconator. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast-food burger spots because they keep it simple. Their burgers are consistently juicy, the bacon is plentiful, and the Baconator remains one of the best fast-food bacon cheeseburgers around. My wife ordered the Son of Baconator, which was the perfect size for her, and we grabbed a Kids Meal for our son. One thing I appreciated was that the Kids Meal came with a cute book, which was a nice surprise and a welcome change from the usual toy. I know some reviews mention issues with the drive-thru experience, but honestly, that's never been a deciding factor for me. When I go to Wendy's, I know exactly what I'm getting: good burgers, great Frostys, and plenty of menu variety whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late-night craving. With several locations close to home, Wendy's remains one of our go-to fast-food options when we're in the mood for a juicy burger loaded with bacon. This location constantly has issues with giving you what you actually order. I ordered a chicken Asiago no lettuce, no tomatoes spicy and I received a bun with chicken, a tiny bit of mayo and pickles (which don't even come on the sandwich), no cheese or bacon or the ranch! I paid $14 for that?!? I'm done with this location! I stop by here after work on occasion and drive 20 minutes home, to discover this monstrosity. Date 3/7/26 at 1030pm I stopped at drive through to pick up a Door Dash order. There was one car in line and nobody inside. The worthless guy at the drive through said "pull ahead I got you" so I wait and pull up he says "go park come inside" and closes the window. REALLY?! Your lazy a** couldn't hand me a simple bag through the window instead you opt to be rude. So I park go inside to the empty restaurant shocker all employees are hiding and the bag is sitting on the counter. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in not only Orlando, in general. I'd be embarrassed as hell to be associated with that joke of a location. Every time it is some kinda stupid issue with that place and its employees. The one working the drive through shouldn't even be employed the way he acted. Such a sue show circus that place is. It's honestly mind boggling how bad it really is. Curbside takeout works well here. This is a review of the new chicken sandwich. Since the world has been overtaken by a craze for crunchy spicy chicken sandwiches, I felt it was my duty to try them all and report back. Here are my results: Wendys now has a Spicy Jalapeño Popper Sandwich, and its ingredients are promising. Unlike the others, it contains real slices of jalapeños, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese. In fact, all the ingredients were excellent except the chicken. My piece was extraordinarily tough and chewy. I would give it another try, but the bun and the chicken coating weren't all that exciting. 600 calories. McDonald's is the newest entrant in the spicy crispy chicken sandwich war, with their appropriately named Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. This turned out to be quite a bit better than I was expecting. They actually went for the spicy, with an attention-getting pepper sauce. The chicken was very tender, if not exactly crispy in a deep fried chicken way, and the pickles were good. Unfortunately the choice of a potato roll that turns to mush as you eat the sandwich was a low point. This sandwich has the lowest calories of all that I tried, at 530. KFC: You'd think the original chicken take-out place would have chicken down pat, but this is not one of the better choices. KFC seems to keep changing their sandwich offerings, but they have yet to get it quite right. The Crispy Colonel was a flop, and the replacement I tried was just plain boring. On the bright side, it's probably lower in calories because it is small. Popeyes: The original line-around-the-block chicken sandwich is still the best. The buttermilk coating is crispier than the competitors, as are the pickles, and the spicy mayonnaise has a real kick to it. Also, the toasted brioche bun is sturdy enough that it doesn't disintegrate as you eat it. 690 calories. The winner: Popeyes, because it's actually crunchy and spicy, and on the best bun. read more

This Wendy's has the absolute worst staff. Every 6 months I try it again to see if they have better staff but they don't. They have messed up every order I've had there and are extremely rude when I let them know I'm missing a meal. Won't be stopping here again. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They never check to see if the food they put into the bag matches the delivery order. This is the second time the royally messed up my order. Thankfully the dinner room was open and I didn't have to wait in the drive through line. Last time I'm ordering from this location. I have to say that I am SO THANKFUL to Julian at this location for the amazing service he provided my sister. Our mom passed recently and she was very cheered up by the kind and meticulous service that Julian provided. It makes me SO grateful to know that a place near my sister's home has been SO cordial. (I live a ways from her, so we're not always together but we Zoom for dinner and she told me all about the lovely service she had, the meticulous packaging, cleanliness Julian maintained, etc.). In general, Wendy's food is not any better or any worse than other fast food choices, but they tend to sometimes think their prices can and should be higher than others. No more $1 menu, but if you want 4 for $4 there's always that. Never had any issues at this location, they do what they're supposed to: food, fast. read more

We pulled in and did our order on the app so it would be ready when we got to the window. We started the whole process at 10:50. It seemed like they were understaffed. Most days, they open at 6am and serve breakfast until noon. Don't pull up at 10:30 thinking you are getting lunch like other places. It seems like they are extending breakfast time so they can sell more. I guess that's good for when you still want breakfast and it's already 11. We sat in the parking lot until the order was placed and paid before we pulled up to the drive through. We told them we had ordered on the app and they told us to pull through. The first window had a sign that said to go to the next window. We pulled up to the next window and was behind the only car there. We sat there for ten minutes without anyone even coming to the window. Well, until someone walked next to the car parked in front of us to get a key to the building. 27 minutes after we placed our order, we finally got our food. Breakfast at Wendy's? Well. It was food. It was fresh and hot. Was it good? Well. It was food. After waiting 27 minutes and not eating all day, the maple bacon chicken croissant was decent. read more

I visit this location right before thanksgiving, I ordered a southwest salad , when I was paying for my order one of the employees was using the cell phone while working ! I ask to talk to a manager , he come to the window and when I told him what I saw it , he answer was she is not working with food ! I left a survey with Wendy's company and my phone number , and they never contact me ! I'm guessing no one cares about food safety! My point is if you work with food don't use personal staff , if you are working inside the counter , you should respect the guess who is paying for there food . Went in tonight. Ordered through drive through. Was instructed to pull forward into the first parking space as there would be a short wait on the chicken tenders. After waiting 10+ minutes, my boyfriend and I went inside. He had ordered 4 tenders with a medium fry and medium coke with bbq sauce and cheese sauce for fries. Once inside, we noticed the place had less than 10 people inside. It was not busy at all, nor were there more than two cars behind us in the drive through. We explained to (who I believe was) the manager what had happened, and not once did he apologize. He simply kept repeating that the girl was outside with our food right now. He gave us extra food to try to make up for it, but no apology was made and on top of that he was still missing the cheese sauce. Horrible service and rude! Consistently the same behaviors. Not a fast food person but it's next door. When everything is closed Wendy's could be okay. The service and attitude are absolutely deplorable. Makes you not want to go back. Lots of competition to have employees act the way they do. Especially in the neighborhood of Windermere. This isn't International Drive. People are not visiting and you never see them again. This is residential, as no matter where you are service should be consistent. The last time I was at this Wendy's drive through it took me 35 mins to get my son's burger. While waiting for a car ahead of me, I saw two male employees ignoring the window , hugging each-other and stuffing their faces with food as they served customers watching them eat but waiting for their own food themselves. Once I finally got my order, the fries were still cold and the burger was not properly wrapped. This has to be the worse Wendy's I ever been to. I will not recommend this location. Stay away from it. Went here last night and ordered a single cheese, mayo, ketchup lettuce and onions in the drive through. After a long wait I finally got my bag and went home to eat it. Opened it up and it was this miniscule piece of meat on a big bun with lettuce and tomato. After researching it on their menu, I realized this was a jr. bacon cheeseburger.
