Drove out from Watford to go to Wal Mart and figured I'd stop by McDonalds after. Ordered my food, which included the 10pc nugget meal, an additional 10pc and said I wanted another 10pc for the $1 advertising. I checked my order before leaving and they forgot a 10pc. I explained to them, and the inept employee (pictured) states that the $1 deal cannot be combined with the combo. I showed her my receipt that showed I ordered the 10pc meal and an ADDITIONAL 10pc, she still looked at me with this dumb look like she wasn't understanding. I asked if I owed $1 something to get the other nuggets and she said no I have to order another 10pc to get that special. I was frustrated and asked for the manager, the employee (pictured) then handed me nuggets and said "next time make sure you order correctly" I then ask for the manager again and she states she is too busy, I said I'd wait, the manager finally comes to the window and I explain to her and she understands the error, I then tell her what the employee said and asked for her name and she refused to tell me, that is why I got a photo. Word of advice to customers, check your order before leaving Word of advice for employees- Don't think you're above everyone else, the customers order food which is why you're employed. read more

If your lucky it's a decent McDonald's, sometimes busy during the evening but good service overall. One downside though, found a hair inside the chicken today that made me gag and lose my appetite. Went there today at about 10:40 am. Got to the pay window, the total was different from the screen. Ordered a regular hamburger, got one that was plain, not one condiment. The large fry was only half full, and the drink was wrong. It's like they don't even try. You order what you want and they'll gIve you what they want. 2/27/2020: Tried them again. Quarter Pounder bun was crunchy on the outside, mushy on the inside. Must have been sitting for who knows how long. Disgusting. Didn't have time to go back. Okay, first, it's a McDonalds, so accepting that, I'll write about this place. I've been here about 5-6 times over the past few weeks. It's clean, and well run from what I can tell. I've had breakfasts and lunches here, sometimes both on the same visit and the food is always good. The help at the cashier has been great. Never had a problem. The men and women bringing the food to your table- salt of the earth-the best! I've brought laundry here from the laundromat; sat down waiting for a ride, and used their WiFi for an hour- no problemo. They are very nice about it. Groups of 'old people ' visit here in the morning- It's wonderful. What's not to like about this place?!?!?!! read more

As a previous reviewer stated, you need to consider the location. This is Williston. The only people that are going to work at McDonalds in Williston are the ones who can't piss clean and couldn't hack it at WalMart, so slow and crappy service is to be expected. As for wait times, I haven't been in Williston in a while but come on, it's WILLISTON! Of course it's going to be crowded. The place was always standing room only whenever I went there when I was working in the oilfield and the drive thru line was always out to the curb. I never got sub-par food from this location and never had a bad experience with the staff when I would go there when I was working in the oilfield. read more

Ordering kiosk is great and keeps the ordering mistakes to a minimum. However, chances are the employees assembling the food will still make it incorrectly. Of the 6 times we have gone, all of them have had items missing or items not made as ordered. I'm not sure why we keep torturing ourselves by going back but the toddler demands it. The gentleman that runs food to the drive-thru is nice but most other employees ignore you or are hostile when approached. But it's still better than nothing so I give an extra star for that. read more

I've gone to a couple of mcdonalds & this is by far the worst. The staff is awful. They are rude & stare at you like If it's your fault that they are working in fast food. Their was a huge line of people waiting to get their food when I arrived. I was with my nephew & he wanted chocolate milk, the cashier said their wasn't any available even though I clearly was able to see the chocolate milk in the mini fridge. She gave us regular milk instead & the expiration date was marked for the current date it was, the burgers were less than average. I won't be wasting my time or money.
