This is the WORSE McDonalds around. The workers are filthy and wear what ever they want. They make you wrap around the building waiting for your order for at least 15 minutes. Then when you get to the window, they ask you to pull forward and wait even more. When you ask for a refund they say they can't and talk smack with you. I just had enough and left without my order as it was not worth putting up with any more waiting for food where the frieds are soggy and limp! I have been and even worked a lot of jacked up McDonalds but this one took the cake. We came here Saturday night after checking into the howard johnson across the parking lot. While we are waiting in the drive through the car in front of us kept trying to give there order while they are verifying the order at the 2nd box with us. We kept trying to tell them they were speaking to the wrong car but after the 5th time the car in front of us just pulled up to the window. We placed our order using our mobile app and pulled around to the window. The Asian lady in the first window and taking orders just seemed completely overwhelmed. To top it off she was having problems with the cash register (which is completely old and outdated). She asked for help from the manager (a white lady) and she comes over and is immediately scolding and blaming her for the register issues in 1 a very unprofessional way and 2 definitely should not have taken place in front of a customer. Our mouths dropped we couldn't believe how nasty she was to her. Anyway we get down to the second window and there was just more attitude and rudeness involved that would ruin anyones day stopping at this location. I visited this McDonald's again today and again everything was excellent. I got the dressed quarter pounder with cheese fries and a drink. All were hot and hamburger was quite flavorful. And the person waiting on me was pleasant. Literally the only downside was that the menu listed multiple versions of the quarter pounder with more or less ingredients but they all had the exact same price. When I asked the lady at the drive-thru she said that the prices were actually different; they had just not updated the sign. The good thing was that two of the three Burger options were actually cheaper than what the sign showed. None of them were higher, unlike your typical pricing error at walmart which always mysteriously seems to be in the company's favor. In any event another positive experience with this McDonald's, which with the chains diminishing consistency was an unexpected pleasure. read more

The owner needs to get in here fast and turn this place around. You go and the line is wrapped around the building while several workers are outside smoking. Orders never turn out correct, and just had our order forgotten about! We waited 20 minutes for the food. The inside tables do not get cleaned after people leave. It's a mess. I tried this place a few times and the food is always lousy. They charge a fortune and serve you slop. I feel bad for the people who work there as they are probably overworked and underpaid. Seemed pretty average for a McDonalds to me. Service was slow but it seemed clean including the bathrooms. All of the tables inside are taped off due to COVID. Only one of the doors was unlocked for use, which seemed unusual. We ended up also going through the drive through for an extra item and that was a little faster. And, I go on to pick up my order, they give me ONE ice cream in a cup with an empty cone together. Sierra & Friends I drove through the drive-thru, expecting the worst like many other drive-thru's in my area, but I was met with the #1 Customer Service girl herself: Sierra (if that's spelled right, also she has a #1 pin so its official). She greeted up with the best attitude, and was completely patient with us as we took a second to look at the menu. She even made sure our orders were correct, sauces and all, working cooperatively with her co-workers. I hope she either becomes the manager (if not already) or finds a job where she can really be tipped, because damn she deserves it. This is truly the worst McDonald's that I have ever been a customer of in my life. The staff are incredibly rude over the drive-thru intercom. About four out of five of our orders have been wrong and that is just pathetic for a restaurant in this area. Currently I'm doing dry January and living alone sometimes all ya want is a small something to up your day. I went through the drive thru to get a Coke Zero and a small mcflurry to make my Saturday. They were "out" of both things. The coke machine was broken but they magically had Diet Coke? And I clearly saw the ice cream machine and it looked fine. Just seemed lazy. The management are actually garbage people, based on my experience earlier this evening. I made a mobile order tonight, and when I received wrong items, I was told that mobile ordering was down and I get what I got. She (african american manager with bad attutide) was extremely rude and spoke with lack of respect towards customers. She was disgusting in attitude, refused to share her name, and told my mother and I to get out of her line. When I immediately called to complain, she answered the phone and continued to disparage me and refused to share her name even still. She passed the phone to a male associate who claims to be management. He also refused his name, though asked repeatedly and actually intentionally hung up on me. I will be speaking to owners, corporate, and whatever management is there over the next several days. Noone with a personal disposition like that should be working in a facility where they are intended to be of service to others. I used to manage a McDonalds in Bealeton, Va so I know the regulations and how a McDonald's is supposed to be run. I worked at this one only for a month because it was unbearable to work there. I was afraid someone would sew and I would get fined because the condition and health Hazards of this place. 1st the store manager picked up fries from the floor and was going to cook and serve them to guest. The shake machine is supposed to be cleaned 1 time a week, during the month I was there it didn't even get touched, leaving a cross mildew and growing layer of gunk on the inside where the shake mix is poured into. I pointed the problem out to the Owners (who are both there almost everyday) and they didn't care nor was anything done about it. Proper cleaning of other equipment was never done either. Expired items were still being used. Not only was the safety and cleanliness a problem but the store manager didn't know how to train or even work as a team with his employees, he ignored policies about the registers (leaving him with big money issues) blah blah blah I could literally go on and on about why you should NOT eat here. read more

McDonalds food is McDonalds food but we had to review this one based on the overall experience. It was right next to our hotel so the 1am craving for fast food and sweet tea led us next door. We are from northern VA so we were pleasantly surprised when the order taker actually spoke English and understood what we ordered. Up here if you dont speak Spanish or Arabic you dont get food. Anyway they took the order very fast, understood everything about it, even offered us sauces which is unusual as we typically have to beg. Order came out fresh, fast and 100% correct. Ah McDonald's, no matter how low my expectations, you manage to disappoint. I am NOT a McDonald's regular. Every now and then I will indulge my 7 year old and go. Today's order; a grilled chicken salad and a kids meal. They didn't give me any drinks or my receipt. I had to go back and ask for those after my order was called. I open the salad, which I've surprisingly enjoyed at other locations, and it was fried not grilled. I took it back and got the grilled one. As I dug into it I immediately noticed that at least half the lettuce was mush and rotting. My son opened his happy meal and had apple slices instead of yogurt as ordered and his cheeseburger (ordered as cheese and meat and nothing else on it) was dripping with mustard, ketchup and onions. I took both back and eventually got the right stuff as the two employees had an indepth discussion as to who pushed the wrong button on whichever McDonald's employee-proof machine they were operating. And as we left out of the front door, we walked through a cloud of cigarette smoke graciously provided by the very same employee who screwed up nearly every part of my order.
