I'm writing as I'm blowing up my buddies toilet. I got a simple 10 nugget meal with M fries and M drink. waited 10min at the service box thing even though it was dead empty with customers outside and in. When finally took my order i paid and got the food quickly which was fine but after eating the food i've been none stop shitting my brains out. I didn't even finish my meal after eating 4 nuggets I had to pull to the nearest gas station and blow their toilet up. Even after I stopped eating it my stomach keeps hurting and I literally can't leave the toilet. I don't know if they put laxatives or if the food was just bad but I literally can't walk around without having to shit. Maybe it was just today it was bad but today was a brutal day to go read more

The food was ok. Lukewarm is better than cold, I suppose. However the service was less than mediocre. There was a young child running orders and he was not only rude to us as the customers, but we also heard him being rude to his coworkers. Im all for having job opportunities to younger people, however you should at least make sure they will be respectful to the people around them. read more

If I could give less than a 1 for this McDonald's, I most certainly would! I placed my order, was told it would be right up, looked over at the board and saw that I was only about 7 or 8 down the list. 28 minutes later, I asked for my money back; I only get a half hour lunch break. The cashier told the manager, who walked over with a shitty attitude, snatched my receipt from my hand, counted out the money, jammed it into my hand, and walked away without saying a word! I will never go back (even though it's an easy 2 minute walk from work), and I recommend no one go there! McDonald's corporation should think about pulling their franchise when they give horrible service with an even worse attitude. I waited in the drive through for about 10 minutes but it wasn't for nothing.. Thanks to Royal, he made the visit worth it. This man is working the drive thru, talking to customers, and also trying to make the visit worth they're while for everyone. You can tell he's passionate about his job and wants the best no matter what. I appreciated his hospitality even though McDonald's is a fast food joint. This guy deserves a raise! read more

If you want to find a fast food restaurant that doesn't care about it's customers, you've found the place. My wife ordered through dive-thru and when she checked the bag, found that two cheese burgers and all sauces (from two orders of chicken nuggets) were missing. She went inside to ask for the missing items and the worker walked away from her as she was speaking and yelled to the back that the whole order needed to be redone. Before my wife could correct her, a worker from the back loudly shouted, "YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!". At that point a manager walked over and my wife told her if they can't do their job without complaining, then not to bother with fixing the order and asked for a refund. This is just one of many occasions that the workers have forgotten my food. I do not recommend eating there. read more

I like McDonalds, but the Whitewater McDonalds is notorious for incorrect orders. Last week I ordered Sausage and Egg McMuffin and came home with Sausage Biscuit. Today, my large French Vanilla Latte became a large black coffee. The order was correct, so I can only surmise the employees just don't give a damn. Went here exactly one week ago and previously wrote this review: "I waited 25-30 minutes in the drive through line only to get the WRONG food, and I didn't realize it until I got to work. What a waste of my time and money. SO frustrating!" I went back TODAY, and here's my follow-up review: I went inside because I didn't want to chance getting stuck in the drive through again. Heard the manager repeatedly telling a new cashier trainee that the computers are slow and in need of repair. They got my sandwich right this time. However, I asked for no cheese, the label on my sandwich says no cheese, and they still put cheese on it. Not sure if they are under new management, or if the sky is just falling, but I've never come to expect such bad service at a place so consistently before. If it weren't for my enjoyment of certain items on the menu, and if there were another location nearby, I would never go back to this place. read more

Only because you can give zero or negative stars. Was treated very poorly. I ordered a large coffee 8&8 and a small 1&1 and was given two large one 8&8 and the other 1&1. First of all when we got there we pulled into one of the drive through lanes and were flat out ignored for a solid five minutes while the other lane passed cars through. We ordered with two separate orders, we asked for fries, the worker said he got it and we saw it on the screen and then the fries were not on the receipt and they told us we have to go back through the long line to get fries. We waited at the window for our food for at least 8 or 9 minutes while one of the female workers in a sweetie meal short with black hair pointed and laughed at us. Brief Notes - Very nice, modern, and clean restaurant. There is also a playground available for the kids. Besides that, I'm sure you're all aware of McDonald's. So I'm going to skip out on reviewing their food, pricing, all of that. What I wanted to say, and the reason I gave this particular McDonald's 4 stars, is due to the awesome girl who gave my roommate and I 6 apple pies (fresh, mind you...literally fresh from the oven) since they only had 1 available when we ordered. If I could give negative stars for this location, I surely would. Coming from someone who has experience in customer service, this place is terrible! They forgot sweet n sour in two of our orders, which wasn't much of a big deal. When we went to ask for the missing sauces, my friend said, "Can I please have sweet n sour sauce?" To which they replied, "Don't you mean 'May I have sweet n sour sauce?' Just a little more respect would be nice". The entitlement and attitude from the employees is despicable. Well for starters I couldn't give the review here because "the FREE wifi" does not work. Every time I come here it is a cluster. There is no one at the counter to take your order. When you finally place your order the cashier does not know how to make change. When you finally get your food it doesn't taste good and is obviously not fresh. Then when I went to the bathroom.... Ordered a 2 Cheeseburger value meal at the Drive Thru and drove out. Got 2 blocks away, turned around and went back when there were no meat patties in either bun. Went back to the drive thru was told to pull ahead to get this fixed and the 1st employee couldn't help, at the pick up window the employee acted like I was lying but would not take the bag and check. Interaction with the most rude, disrespectful "manager" that just came on shift was unbelievable. Asked for a new correct meal, seemed to inconvenience all of these employees. Waited for them to resolve the problem, after 15 minutes, asked for a refund. Next interaction with the manager went from bad to worse, did not get an apology for the mistake and when I asked for one, he said he didn't even know what was going on. Never have I been treated so poorly at ANY service establishment. The franchise owner of this store should be ashamed and embarassed of the employees and their behavior for an error that they made. I stopped in here on my way to get something to drink and I ordered a hot chocolate non fat milk got to work drank half of it got busy went to put in mi9crowave to reheat to finished and notice whit chunks floating shock it and more came up. Called the mcdonalds didn't get but I can get you another one next time you come. I was im not sure if I will be coming back ever. They didn't care not to mention the service is ridiculous. Sooooo not impressed with this location. The food is NOT very fresh, and their fries look and taste like they have been cooked in very old grease. The interior is nice, and they have a play place that looks like a lot of fun for kids, but they also seem to have NO problem letting kids literally run non-stop screaming all around the restaurant while the parents just sit there and ignore it. I have witnessed this twice in 5 days, once for almost an hour and a half. When I complained to the female manager on duty, she didn't seem at all interested and instead hurried up and went on break, then sat out in the lobby with her friend. Overall the staff is not at all interested in any customer complaints, and they completely blow them off. Just went to this McDonalds and got my dogs each 2 cheese burgers (4total) with no mustard and no pickle...and an egg McMuffin for myself. The egg McMuffin was crunchy like it had been made yesterday, the dogs ate 3 of the cheese burgers and when I opened the last cheese burger, I'd noticed mold on the bun. I returned to the McDonalds and asked for the owners name. They didn't give me the name but sent the manager to the window. I asked the manager who the inspector is? He said he didn't know. I said I owned a restaurant and I knew my inspectors name. I asked Walworth County? He said, yes. When I asked the manager for the owners name, he answered, "He isn't here." I told him if my dogs get sick, I'd be back and they'll be paying for the vet bill. Was so mad I didn't even get to how crunchy the egg McMuffin was! I went home and called the Walworth County Dept of Health and left a message for them about how bad it is that a 'fast food' place has mold on their buns. I mean this place moves food in and out constantly, so why or how could they have mold on the buns? read more
