I walk in to this mcdonalds, expectations high, vibing out, feeling on top of the world. immediately i hear this degrading voice. this woman is already upset with me. "SIR, MOVE ALONG IN THE LINE" lady i just walked in!!! and i order a water cup because that made me loose my appitite. this woman does not give me a cup. she thinks im too broke to afford soda so im using the water cup to steal. damn read more

The staff were relatively friendly and even checked in on us after our order to make sure we were taken care of. We were, though part of my order (the "new" McChicken strips" were really bad. Hard and chewy in places, with a soft coating that fell off, they likely had been sitting around while. That was disappointing. Otherwise, a decent meal and normal for McDonalds. read more

There are some wonderful people working here but there's one man who has finally cemented our decision to never return. Outside of the fact he's never been welcoming, he's always made it difficult when paying. Worse, he has accused me of being unpleasant to him. It is possible but he reaps what he sows. This morning was the last straw. We pulled in at 10:29 and breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. He asked me to wait. I watched the clock turn from 10:29 AM to 10:30 AM before he came back to take my order. When I began my order, he cut me off and told me, "It is now lunch." I told him I pulled up to the speaker at 10:29 AM. He defiantly rebuked me and said no; then repeated it was lunch. I have gone through this drive-through often enough that he recognizes my voice. This was personal but it won't happen again. We are done here. There's a Dunkin' Donuts half a mile away and it will be our future drive-thru choice. If we have to have McDonald's, we'll drive another 10 minutes to the always fabulous McD.'s in West Lebanon, NH. read more

I Ran here all the way from the queece inn to get some delicious hash brown only to find out that they did not have any in stock. I was heavily dissapointed and demanded I receive compensation for my emotional and physical troubles. They claimed that it was because it was dinner time and they were no longer serving them. Always a bad experience. Yesterday, for example, I drove there and went in. Of the four kiosks, only one was working. The wait was long. My order was wrong (even in wrong wrappers) so I didn't learn about it until I was miles away. Also the place was looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I have eaten at many McDonalds around the country, this is one of the worst. Practically throw my change at me. Didn't let me know which window to pull up to. No Courtesy, given or spoken at all. I think if they were inspected by Animal Welfare Department they would be closed down. Men's room alone would be a good reason. After telling the manager on duty of the problem I had a cup of coffee instead of breakfast. 20 minutes later went back in to the men's room and there was no change. Stopped at the McDs when heading up to a Montreal. Although someone had spilled a shake in the parking spot I pulled into, the restaurant itself was super New and fresh and clean. It also has free wifi. Employee has super nice and friendly and good was good and hot. They also had a tv showing the news. Overall, it was good. I'd stop in here again. Yup, that girl with a bad attitude people talked about is still here. However she was quite friendly with me though, although I can tell that she really doesn't like the job and every second behind the counter seems like torture for her. I guess she was really having a bad day the other time. Staff were friendly but the tables were not. I had to walk around to find a table that does not look sticky with stains on it, but there was a staff constantly cleaning so I guess everything would be okay. Wow this girl walked in at 7:55pm as her coworker begged her to clock in 5 min early to help the line out the door as he was the only one working as well as the drive thru was completely backed up. She told him "NO" I'll clock in at 8pm threw her purse on the table next to all the customers and said NO! Went on her cell phone while the poor person tried to handle the line out the door and the drive thru. She is now behind the counter slamming doors and throwing things. We are all in shock. I was in here a couple of nights ago. The service was good. The food was fine and I had no problems. However what really caught my attention was an incident that occurred after I had been there for a while. A man came in to complain. He was being extremely rude and aggressive. I was impressed with the young lady assisting him. Even when he lost his temper and swore at her, she remained completely calm and handled it like a real professional. Most of the staff is extremely rude (including the manager). My friends and I go here often and we're always rushed to finish up our orders and we always get an attitude from staff. We just went there a few nights ago and we we're told and I quote "you need to hurry up there's a line behind you and you're holding it up". A costumer should NEVER be talked to like this. I understand that they have a time bored and try to get things done quickly, but that is NEVER a good reason to speak to customers the way my friends and I were spoken to.
