This is the most local to me location of McDonald's and due to that the one my wife and I have been to the most. Almost all of visits have been drive thru. Firstly I want to say that for a long time now McDonald's prices have been increasing like most things in the world. That certainly makes it less appealing to stop here. But you know sometimes you have a craving for those famous fries, a Big Mac or something else from here. If you come to this particular one and you plan on going drive thru and there is a line expect a long wait. They certainly don't always live up to being fast food. Also we constantly are asked to pull up or park in a mobile spot waiting for our order. Seems like a way for them to attempt to keep their drive thru times artificially low. Also make sure you double check you actually have everything you ordered once you get your order. This location is also not consistent on if your food will be warm or cold. Not that it is much praise but I will say this is not the worst McDonald's I have been to but would also say it's not close to the best either hence the two stars. If you find yourself in the area and want fast food there are better spots nearby! read more

The manager is very kind and fixed my order and the food was good but the drive thru with your average line took 40 minutes to get threw and the kid taking the orders didn't understand English and messed up my order and from the looks of it messed up a lot of other people's read more

I would give a zero but we can only put 1 star to post. 1 star is too much credit for this poor customer service. Don't go there on the weekend!!! Years ago I worked at that restaurant McDonald's on main Street in Westbrook Maine I was cooking burgers there there was a young guy that was working there he still works there by the way he has a tattoo on his arm of a spider web I was cooking burgers and he soaked every single one of my burgers with a sanitizer solution that was soaked in a rag I screamed at him about it I got harassed by other workers for calling him out on it made me quit my job I don't recommend going to that McDonald's because he is a manager there and he should not have a job at any McDonald's or any food establishment God is my witness read more

Every time I order here something is wrong. It's always a minor thing but it adds up and it's laughable at this point. A few examples: I ordered a spicy snack wrap but got regular. I ordered a coke but got Diet Coke. I order a cheeseburger with just ketchup but it is never just ketchup (usually it's everything). Their ice cream machine is always down (I have never been able to successfully order a McFlurry). The other day, after the initial order was placed at the speaker, I did not exchange a single word with anyone after that (the woman at the first window just stared at me until I gave her my card, didn't say a single thing, and the guy at the second window just handed me my food- no "thank you" or anything). I usually always say thank you or something but this time I just wanted to see what would happen if I said nothing...and turns out, they said nothing. It's just really odd human behavior if you work in food/customer service. There's nothing unusual (good or bad about the food). I am impressed by the customer service. We usually drive through at night and each time the drive through staff is professional from order taking to payment and pick up at the window. We have never has taken more than 10 minutes from the time we enter the drive thru line to when we are exiting the parking lot. There are a few fast food places in this area, I would say this is the location to go if you are open to choices, solely because of the quality of service. read more

I was overwhelmed by how clean the property was! We stopped for a quick bit of food and to use the restrooms, while on our way to the coast. I like this a lot. Friendly people for the most part. Parking is decent and getting in and out is about average. Any size soda is a dollar which is a handy tip indeed. They don't have the over pricing like the other one. There is a play area for kids. read more

The food is the same as any mcdonald's nothing to different but the main reason for a 2 star review is the customer service is horrible especially the blonde heavy girl who just sits in the corner of the cashiers and watches everyone else work really sets a good impression and when i had a issue with the kiosk a manager had helped her get my order on the cashier but she still insisted on fixing the kiosk instead of just simply letting me pay up front. I have not been to a McDonalds in a while because of restriction on COVID 19. All people fully vaccinated such as myself are no longer forced to wear masks or socially distance in restaurants. The manager literally and rudely told me to leave because they were not allowing you to sit and eat until July. But when upset customers are trying to be assisted by employees and the management is NO help..not good. Just came through Drive Thru and ordered a larg French fries, large sprite and a crispy chicken. Instead of getting a regular crispy chicken I got the regular bun with the chicken from the classic chicken sandwich. It was old and literally HARD, most disgusting thing I've ever had. And the sprite tasted like the flavor was running very low. The man in the drive thru was rude, he had a very nasty attitude. I was going to bring it back and get a refund but the restaurant closed after driving 20 mins home. Having worked here in the past I always took pride in fixing errors with orders, and tending to customer feedback. I am appalled at the way this store has since started handling things. There have been multiple times I have gone here and have had things wrong with my food, fries are cold and soggy, sandwich made wrong, one time I got FROZEN griddle cakes, and my bacon hadn't even touched a grill. There are allot of times that I didn't even say anything because I KNOW what it's like to be on the other side of the counter. And I KNOW how easy it is for mistakes to be made, it happens. But the times I have complained I have been respectful and patient. This past Saturday, I went into this location through drive through and the cashier was CLEARLY under the influence of something. Swaying back and forth, could hardly keep her eyes open, etc. when we finally got up to the second window, I went inside and spoke with the manager on duty, calmly. Told her what I saw in drive thru and that was that. My fiancé then proceeded to message the store manager on FB. Her initial response was very nice and said she would take care of it. A little while later she messaged us back saying we were banned from the store for "complaining too much" and if we returned the police will be called. The whole two years I worked there we had REGULARS multiple times a day that could come in and "complain" and not be so nice about it. They were never once banned or threatened with police. And of course we didn't notice until we got home. We're not going to go all the way back!
