I received a promo offer of BOGO ANY SANDWICH on a recent receipt. Liliana at the counter argued that the promotion couldn't be used on double quarter pounders, to which I countered that the promotion says any sandwich without fine print. She became visibly frustrated and said that's not what management told her. I asked who the manager was and she said "I'm the manager", then frustratedly said she would honor the coupon this time, aggressively handed me the receipt and walked away. I contacted corporate customer service, supplied them a copy of the receipt and the website terms, and they confirmed that the offer should be for ANY sandwich. This is not the first time I've seen employees at this location arguing with customers. I think the staff needs training on policies and customer service, and I hope the same problem doesn't happen again.

The worker taking our order was barely able to understand us and we were clear. he repeated our order at the end and it was correct then we were handed our bag and were missing half of our order. the worker at the window then looked at the receipt and half our order just wasn't there. if we didn't notice before driving away we would've just gotten home without half of our kids food. the woman at the window was also very rude about the situation as if it was our fault. we ordered a total of 2 meals and 6 hash browns. we got home and the hot cakes meal had a HAIR in it. never again and id just drive to northbrough next time and take the extra 5 minutes then go to westbro again.

The service was poorly done. The food is overpriced. Paying 5$ for a Fish-Filet sandwich, that doesn't even have a full slice of American Cheese. Either this restaurant is just cheap or selfish because no McDonalds I been to has done this.

Nicely adorned with almost a Starbucks look. Just enough power cords near the windows. Free wifi and decent service

Wrong order. Asked for no pickles on spicy chicken sandwiches, came with no sauce ,what is the point of having spicy sandwiches without a sauce. Always check your order specially at drive thru. Because they know that people are in hurry and will not come back.

This restaurant was extremely clean. Alternatively, you could use the drive through. They don't serve breakfast sausage biscuits after 11 a.m.. The breakfast menu they served all day has been limited. Their coffee tasted like the one at Dunkin' Donuts. It was conveniently located a short walk to a post office.

This was your typical average McDonalds. It's clean and well kept. Everything here was average as you would expect from a typical McDs.

Upon walking inside, you'll immediately feel like you've gone back in time. It gives off a very classic, old-fashioned diner feel, with booth seating and red stools along the counter. Important to note that this place is cash only. Lobster and other seafoods are advertised as their specialty both online and within the restaurant. I never had a lobster roll before, and unfortunately, this place made me think lobster rolls were mediocre and overrated (and then I had my life changed by lobster rolls from other places). FOOD: Lobster Roll (6 oz.) (2.75/5) - I opted for mine to be served warm with butter. It came with a side of slaw and very generous portion of onion rings and fries. The lobster roll itself was lukewarm and the melted butter came on the side in a small plastic cup. (I was expecting for the butter to be more incorporated.) The lobster sat on a small bed of cut lettuce. The lettuce wasn't of the freshest quality as some pieces tasted strangely bitter. The lobster was a tad rubbery, and everything was overall bland to me. I found myself reaching for the salt shaker more than would have wanted to. SERVICE: I believe a new hire was getting trained during my visit, so it was a bit clumsy. However, I found it rather charming. They are all very warm people, and you can tell that this is a family owned establishment, which is why I really wanted to like this place. TLDR// Unfortunately, did not have the greatest first lobster roll experience here. Hopefully, I went on an off day or I was better off ordering something else.

Rather than offering a large selection, the restaurant emphasizes consistency and freshly prepared food. We walked into a clean, well maintained space that was busy but organized, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line and a dining room that stayed comfortable even as it filled up. It is the kind of place to visit when you are craving crispy fried chicken without having to sort through an overwhelming menu. The chicken sandwich was the highlight of our visit. The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked to order with a crispy coating that stayed crunchy throughout the meal. The toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and Cane's Sauce complemented the chicken without overpowering it, making for a straightforward but satisfying sandwich. The signature Cane's Sauce is what really ties everything together, adding a tangy, peppery flavor that pairs well with both the sandwich and the fries. The sides are simple but solid. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly seasoned, the Texas toast is buttery and soft with a crisp exterior, and the coleslaw provides a refreshing contrast to the fried chicken. While the menu is limited, everything works well together and feels intentionally designed rather than offering unnecessary extras. Service was quick despite the restaurant being busy, and the food arrived fresh from the kitchen. The dining room was clean and well maintained, though this location can become crowded during peak meal hours. Even with the steady flow of customers, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, and the team handled the volume with a practiced rhythm that kept the experience smooth. Overall, Raising Cane's delivers exactly what it promises: fresh chicken, simple sides, and a signature sauce that has become a fan favorite. The chicken sandwich was an excellent choice, and the consistent quality makes it an easy option whenever we are looking for a reliable fast food meal.

They're crispy in the outside, tender and moist inside, and not greasy at all. The fries are great, and the Texas toast and Cole slaw are very tasty too. They have great team too- always glad to help and very friendly. What seals it for me is that they continue to have strong policies and support for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the face of fascist government messaging. I respect this IMMENSELY and would not eat here otherwise.
