Stopped by for lunch and to stretch our legs on 14 hour long road trip because the I-5 billboard said there was a playplace next exit and I swear I remember years ago they used to have a real one! Unfortunately now the "playplace" is not much bigger than maybe 2 tables and looks like an attempt at an abstract art instilation. The food was standard McDonald's food, everything tasted as it should. But it was a hot mess. The trash bins were overflowing, the tables were dirty. The manager was trying to figure things out but it was the dinner rush and people were complaining orders were incorrect and missing items. And it was one of those locations where the drink dispenser was behind the counter so each time I asked for water or more water (it was over 100 degrees that day) I was met with an eye roll and a sigh like I was being unreasonable. 4 glasses of water total for 4 people who ordered food didn't seem like an unreasonable request to me. read more

We get up to the box at midnight (they had a line but were most likely telling people they were closed). We are ignored I pull up to the window the lady yells we are closed I tell her we have a mobile order and she says you'll get a refund and turns around and walks away. Very rude and unprofessional.
