We got to the window " pay window" and then she refused to take our order and said that she is not taking our order " You need to move because we are so busy" I thought IT WAS A PRANK but no. We get up to the box at midnight (they had a line but were most likely telling people they were closed). We are ignored I pull up to the window the lady yells we are closed I tell her we have a mobile order and she says you'll get a refund and turns around and walks away. Very rude and unprofessional.
