Had a major craving for a McFlurry! Swung by their extremely inconvenient drive thru; ordered an Oreo McFlurry and a mcChicken. 1 my McChicken was disgustingly cold, 2nd my McFlurry was a cup of vanilla ice cream flocked in cookie crumbs...worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's...THATS WITHOUT MENTIONING THEIR "customer service"...never again. read more

Well, this McDonald's is decent. It has a restroom which isn't usually dirty. Shocking I know and one thing that you should know is that the McDonald's was redone and it has a nice modern vibe to it. One problem is the wait time. Theirs always taking long time in something being cash register or the food making. Overall it's better than most of the McDonald's I've been to. read more

Worst drive through design after a remodel at this McDonald's. They skip you too often in drive through. Messing up rotation putting other customers before you. Than get pushed aside because their looking for more eggs to complete your order. read more

Went at 1130pm and service was slow, the food was cold after waiting in drive thru for 20 mins. Customer service was horrible, i asked for condiments and got no reply just shut window. Will stick to jack in the box for late night snack. read more

after 4 hours of driving with another 4 more to go, we made a pit stop at wasco to fill up on gas and to grab a bite to eat. the moment we walked in we noticed an enticing sign for the McRib..mMM YUM!! so we ordered that, a 20 pcs chicken nuggets :) and an carmel ice coffee to go. First of all, the cashier did not understand my coffee order. She kept asking me if I wanted a caramel frappe. I politely said no, i would like a caramel ice coffee and even pointed to the picture on the board. Then she asked if i wanted a hot mocha. :( after 5 more times of her asking if i wanted a hot mocha and me saying no.. the manager came and got my order right. The mc rib was the total opposite of the delicious mouth watering sign they had up on the menu. Instead of being juicy and delicious. It was dry, cardboard tasting and just flat out gross. Now I understand why the mc rib is only available at certain locations :( The location is definitely convenient and the rest of the food wasn't bad. But if you do come, stay away from the McRib or else you'll be doing the McRibbles the entire way home. read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon on my way back to the Bay Area. I have never seen so many flies in a restaurant. As i was ordering my food, all I could see were the flies buzzing behind the cashier and around the workers in the back. I know it's hot outside but they should at least do something about the flies. The bathrooms were no better- the diaper changing table was 'out of service' and the toilets lacked water pressure to flush completely. So there was this strong stench in the restroom. Bleh! The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the staff were really friendly. They let my kids exchange their happy meal toys with a smile on their faces. read more

I wish Wasco would open a second McDonald's so I wouldn't have to go to this one. The food most of the time is fine, except for the bitter coffees they make, but the employees ruin this place! Today sealed the deal for me, and I'm not sure I'll return. The man at the drive thru kept asking me what I wanted and then as soon as I would talk asked me to hold on. Then when I pulled up to the second window to get my food the girl with the biggest attitude SWUNG my bag out of the window like a pendulum so hard I thought the food was going to fly over my car. Then when I asked for ketchup she flung her arm out of the window with it, never even made eye-contact with me much less said thank you, and shut the window. I called the manager and he didn't seem to care just said maybe she was in a hurry. I'll take my business somewhere else. To the girl with the attitude, you don't deserve a job much less deserve to make the $15 an hour fast food workers claim they should get. read more

So I went to buy some sweet tea for my wife and I to have at lunchtime. My wife informed me later in the day that there was a Band-Aid in her sweet tea once she took the lid off to eat the ice. Needless to say it almost made her sick to her stomach to the point where she was about to throw up. We are not the type to complain about anything when it comes to restaurant service but I cannot keep quiet on this. So disgusting and unsanitary! I used to enjoy coming to this McDonald's but ever since they got rid of the old crew they went down the hill . Me and my friend came at 12 to get food and the fries where old . They tasted stale and old. The mcchickens were burnt and the lettuce was old. My McChicken was also folded in half which I don't know why it could even fold in the first place . Seriously McDonald's instead of being better with your renovation y'all are getting worse . Rude servers....waited 15 minutes and when our number was told they said they were out of the item...as another employee was telling the front to stop taking qtr pounder orders, " we're out!" Both soda machines....you can have any flavor as long as it's coke! They had notes saying what they out of like they were saving us the trouble, save yourselves and skip this place! read more

I had a very bad experience there once I got my order taken wrong I ask for the order for here and it was given to me in a bag for five boxes for. Grease inside them when I told the manager about it to please correct my order she started yelling and screaming that the order was right then I mention the soggy fries with the grease all over the box she said that she had called out the order and no one came -that was a lie so then I got angry and asked for my money backI didn't want this person yelling at her employees and then raising her voice at me so I get put her in her place I also called and made a complaint on the complaint line the person was totally unconcerned this was a manager ! Yes I do go to Wasco all the time meaning the McDonald's it's only one there right but I will tell you something ever since the staff from Shafter started working there for service has been so much better and I don't know who Armando is but you know what thumbs up !!!!The service is great when he is there!!!!!The food is good and even the coffee! read more

I ordered 3 mcchickens and I got them 15 minutes later. Keep in mind it was me and one other person inside and that other person was already eating. After I got my food the veggies in the burgers did not look fresh at all it looked like they were left out. And to top it off I had to wave off flys after and before every bite. The service was horrible. They did t even apologize for how long it took to make 3 mcchickens and the tables were dirty. They should really look into new managers. read more

So I pulled up to the drive through and ordered a Big Mac because I was hungry and high. Although I was faded and semi-out-of-consciousness, I clearly noticed that after I ordered, the drive though chick forgot to turn off her mic and I overheard her telling her co-worker to reheat the Big Mac that they had prepared for a customer who had bailed on them earlier. I was considering driving off and going somewhere else, but ultimately I decided to give it a shot anyway because, as aforementioned, I was hungry and high. I decided to eat the Big Mac on my drive home because I was too fat and hungry to wait, and, how do I put this, I felt like I was bitting into a big piece of donkey shit--literally, it was gross. These bastards managed to make a meal that not even I, in a completely stoned state, would dare to convert into a bolus. My dog enjoyed it, though. As for me, I devoured a countless number of Lucky Charm bowls. Ugh, and I almost forgot to mention that the fries there are rarely fresh: they are usually old as hell and over-salted. read more
