Tried those new chicken strips and included a medium fry. Horrible meal. Chicken strips were terrible. Breading had black char marks and chicken was extremely dry and rubbery as if the strips had been sitting in a warming bin for several minutes (at least 15). I could hardly choke them down. Seems like I always get the "bottom of the bag" fries. You know, the little bits of fries that find their way to the bottom. Didn't have a fry longer than an inch. I always enjoy putting my fingers into ketchup each time I want to marry the fries and the ketchup but can't avoid it because the fries are so small. Whoever processed my order doesn't care a lick about their job. The substandard food was in plain sight. The extra star rating is for decent service. read more

During my experience at this McDonald's today, I had gotten a cup for water along with my meal, and the manager yelled at me for drinking it without using my arm just as a sidenote, one of my arms is not working currently, and my other arm was holding my burger so I was drinking my cup as I normally would, and she came over and yelled to kick me out as a person with a disability this experience was not pleasant. I feel as if they are discriminating against teenagers specifically because the other day I also saw a man fent leaning in the lobby and they did not say anything to him but yet threatened to kick me out for drinking my water oddly. read more

We waited 10 minutes just to order, the person told us to wait multiple times while taking everyone else's orders, a person behind us had to leave because they were saying the same thing. The line hasn't moved for 20 minutes. read more

Service - take your pick, wait in line at the drive thru, or inside ... and wait.... And wait The ONLY bright spot was the blonde girl working the register; happy & upbeat - and apologizing for the delay (I waited 35 minutes for two sandwiches & two fries). The feckless ineffective manager did zero to motivate beevis & butthead working the grill. I'll get to those two in a second. Ambiance ? In one word dirty chaos. Trash on the floor, full trash bins, dirty tables. The food ? Cold & not prepared to mcDonalds standards. Neither of the two "cooks" in the back looked as if they were motivated to work at faster than 1st gear. App is a failure in my opinion. I downloaded app, ordered, and paid for 24 breakfast biscuits for a group of hungry volunteers. When I arrived at McD 35 min later, the Manager then put my order into production. Emailed corp stating this defeats the purpose of the app. Reply: standard operating procedure. Food sucks, the people are rude as hell, they don't know when it's time to change the oil in the fryers.

Not impressed with this location. The speed of service at this location is very slow in the drive thru and inside. The drink fountains always taste off. They always taste like they aren't using enough syrup. I normally order Coke or Dr. Pepper. They both always taste bad. Every time I get a burger here, the buns always taste a little hard and stale. Haven't had any bad experiences with the fries yet. The staff inside taking orders can be more friendly. read more

It's a McDonald's, so not much to review. Service is very fast during the day and week, slower in the evening, and crawls like a snail on weekends when trainees are working. Go during the week at lunch and the service is excellent. read more
