Was told to stop at Palmer's for a burger when driving through Hibbing, so did exactly that! Definitely a local bar, exactly what I was picturing. Short menu, lots of different burgers, wings, and beers. I had a plain ol' cheeseburger and some onion rings. I also had an Arnie Palmer and it was a huge can. Tge food is good bar food and the drinks r cheap n strong and the fish blonde waitress we had was so nice but then her shift ended and an older (40-50yo brunette) waitress started serving us and kept coming by every 5-10 minutes asking if we wanted the check yet and we felt rushed and like she didn't want us here anymore every other time I've been there it's been amazing with amazing service even wen busy but this experience kinda soiled the rest of them I'll still come for the cheap drinks and food but the overall experience is kinda ruined read more

We LOVED our homemade burgers, wings, fried green beans (fresh!) cheese curds and local beer!!! But most of all we LOVED talking with the owner (75 years family run).. welcoming us!! I love the jalapeño burger. I have family that lives up here and we love to go here together. It's rustic, northern, and it's got that authentic family history that makes the place warm. It's connected to the local area and is better than your chain sports bar. Plus, the staff makes your experience personal and gives you that northern hospitality.
