Took care of all the tables around us, but skipped over us (and one other table near us) several times. Had to make a couple of trips to the bar for refills during the show. Ordered deep fried appetizers at 20 minutes to 7. At 7:30 (50 minutes later), after seeing ALL THE OTHER TABLES THAT ORDERED FOOD GET SERVED (including 2 that were OUTDOORS) I called of the waitstaff over and asked for our bill. Staff asked if we had gotten our food and I said no. Disappeared for a couple minutes and came back and said "I can have them drop the order now and you'll have it soon..." I said no. They served sandwiches, pizzas, burgers and other fried stuff to at least 7 other tables that ordered after us. Oh, and the owner was there not doing much of anything that we could tell. Strike 3. As an Asian American, and with this being a Vietnamese-centered restaurant, I almost always order the pho. The rare steak pho is my go-to, and it does not disappoint. The broth is rich, aromatic, and very authentic, and the soup comes with all the proper garnishments: Thai basil, cilantro, mung bean sprouts, lime, hoisin sauce, and sriracha. It's comforting in the way good pho should be. The fried dumplings are also worth ordering, with a generous portion and solid flavor. Service here is very good, especially considering how busy it can get during the weekend dinner rush. The staff stays attentive and efficient without making the experience feel rushed. There's no formal parking lot, but street parking nearby is plentiful and hasn't been an issue.
