It's not the best but it is fast food. It depends on what time of the day you go as well. Breakfast is better than lunch.

On My recent order, we were missing a medium fry that came with the meal. The large fry we received was burnt and all the fries were hard.

Consistently the slowest McDonald's in the state of Arkansas. They somehow manage to get something wrong every single time I come here. The food is only edible 1/10 visits. The inside is always dirty and covered in flies. The drive thru has a horrible pothole. The employees are clueless and rude. If there were an option for 0 stars I would've picked 0. read more

This is the place to go if you want unfriendly, slow service without a smile! We patiently waited half a decade to order our food in this deserted slow food resturant. Young guy gave me my receipt and no cups...I mean, he JUST took our order, lest we forget. We took a place to sit at what table we could find that had chairs. All the other tables had half benches & no chairs. (I think the chairs were tired of waiting , too.) We patiently waited the other half of the decade for our number to be called, but to no avail. Finally, one of us got up to check on the status of our order and to our surprise, there sat a bag of food on the counter to which the young guy just merely pointed at and grunted. Way to go for POINTING out our order! Both quarter pounders were so cold that the cheese was shivering and the buns were so stale that I think they were in hibernation from the cold burger. McDonald's fries are the most epic fries! Fresh out of the fryer and salted! Just not here. The fries here were mildly warm and tasted like the were fried in the old grease from the car garage down the road. I think next time if I'm coming to Vilonia to grab a quick bite to eat that I'll get some gas station chicken. read more

Quite literally the worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. Every single time I get food from there it's a bad experience. Order is wrong almost every time, if it's not wrong it's cold and tastes like it was made yesterday, and most of the time you have to wait unreasonably long periods of time for your incorrect, cold order. They would easily have 5 stars if they didn't cheat on the fries. Ask them about it, I've gotten 5 different answers (1 we weigh them, 2 Corporate makes us only fill half way, 3 that's a full fry, 4 you must have eaten some and my favorite 5 I don't know why I have to do that but the people who own the franchise are cheap as hell) Guess which one I believe. This used to be a good McDonalds up until a few months ago. The orders were correct, the food was hot, the people were pleasant. What happened!? The fries are cold, chewy, and not salted (except the last time when they were like salt-lick), the buns are stale, there's no condiments on the hamburgers, and the regular coke tastes diet. No one cares. So sad. I'll go to Conway on Oak. And don't blame it on covid. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Would not let my handicapped grandmother sit down while I ordered. Blamed the boss. Talked over me while I was trying to communicate my complaint. No sign on the exterior of the restaurant indicating the dining room is closed for eat in. THAT IS HAZARDOUS TO HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED SENIORS! If the Staff isn't intelligent enough to use their own judgement with regards to the immediate needs of their customers they clearly do not have good management and the boss doesn't care about seniors, handicapped, disabled, or elderly people who should not have to waste energy coming into the restaurant to sit down and eat if they are going to be run out of the dining area. NOT TO MENTION THE FOOD HAS SUCKED THE LAST THREE TIMES WE GOT DRIVE THRU!
