Horrible service. It takes too long to get your food by the time you get it the nuggets taste like Alpo. They don't have enough people there to make the shift work properly. read more

McDonald's - a woman wearing a blue and white hat - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Vilonia, Arkansas

Absolutely the worst McDonalds ever. Food is old, breads are stale, service is slow. I gave them benefit of the doubt and went back but it was even worse. How do they stay open? read more

Last two orders were wrong and so I've been cheated out of a few dollars and also the biscuits were hard and couldn't even eat them. Twice now I don't think I'll come back. That's why there was no line.to get my food read more

It's not the best but it is fast food. It depends on what time of the day you go as well. Breakfast is better than lunch.

On My recent order, we were missing a medium fry that came with the meal. The large fry we received was burnt and all the fries were hard.

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Like the previous comments, they routinely mess the orders up and don't really seem to care. And don't get me started on the ice cream machine, it has been broke during my visits more times that it has been in service. read more

According to McDonald's in Vilonia, this is a double bacon burger with no cheese and double lettuce... I drove away before checking the order. Silly rabbit... read more

McDonald's - Bacon Mc double no cheese extra lettuce... poorly executed team. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Vilonia, Arkansas

Consistently the slowest McDonald's in the state of Arkansas. They somehow manage to get something wrong every single time I come here. The food is only edible 1/10 visits. The inside is always dirty and covered in flies. The drive thru has a horrible pothole. The employees are clueless and rude. If there were an option for 0 stars I would've picked 0. read more

This is the place to go if you want unfriendly, slow service without a smile! We patiently waited half a decade to order our food in this deserted slow food resturant. Young guy gave me my receipt and no cups...I mean, he JUST took our order, lest we forget. We took a place to sit at what table we could find that had chairs. All the other tables had half benches & no chairs. (I think the chairs were tired of waiting , too.) We patiently waited the other half of the decade for our number to be called, but to no avail. Finally, one of us got up to check on the status of our order and to our surprise, there sat a bag of food on the counter to which the young guy just merely pointed at and grunted. Way to go for POINTING out our order! Both quarter pounders were so cold that the cheese was shivering and the buns were so stale that I think they were in hibernation from the cold burger. McDonald's fries are the most epic fries! Fresh out of the fryer and salted! Just not here. The fries here were mildly warm and tasted like the were fried in the old grease from the car garage down the road. I think next time if I'm coming to Vilonia to grab a quick bite to eat that I'll get some gas station chicken. read more

This is for the one in Vilonia, AR. They have yet to figure out the syrup to carbonation combo for a good soft drink. Orders are constantly wrong. Biscuits are like they are 3 days old. Ordered something 3 days in a week.. all three days it was wrong. No supervision or managing read more

Quite literally the worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. Every single time I get food from there it's a bad experience. Order is wrong almost every time, if it's not wrong it's cold and tastes like it was made yesterday, and most of the time you have to wait unreasonably long periods of time for your incorrect, cold order. Seriously, you're better off just driving to Conway. This place is awful. read more

If I could give it a zero I would but being as there is one person there that I can say actually does his job thank you Matt everybody else there I can't say anything about them especially the manager the restaurant is filthy she acts like you're bothering her if you ask a question and I was fired for missing too many days because of health problems so that's not legal but there's nothing I can do about it because I don't have the money for an attorney. read more

They would easily have 5 stars if they didn't cheat on the fries. Ask them about it, I've gotten 5 different answers (1 we weigh them, 2 Corporate makes us only fill half way, 3 that's a full fry, 4 you must have eaten some and my favorite 5 I don't know why I have to do that but the people who own the franchise are cheap as hell) Guess which one I believe. It's a problem, the main corporate office needs to be contacted and people need to question. read more

you R useful sacks of crap and i can't get a stinking nugget that doesn't taste like dog food alpo would prob be better. maybe I should ask the manager she would probably know. And when you put your restaurant and public forum you're open to freedom of speech in case you didn't know that so any of you who are attorneys that work there I just thought you might want to know that thank you yes I'm Rollin and I can keep on going all day long thank you very much now y'all have a good day and when I say extra caramel I don't mean a dribble scooped out with a spoon that's been licked off of or used to pick up something off the parking lot. Oh my mistake. that was the tongs!! and he is still there. whoops. love ya tho. read more

This used to be a good McDonalds up until a few months ago. The orders were correct, the food was hot, the people were pleasant. What happened!? The fries are cold, chewy, and not salted (except the last time when they were like salt-lick), the buns are stale, there's no condiments on the hamburgers, and the regular coke tastes diet. No one cares. So sad. I'll go to Conway on Oak. And don't blame it on covid. read more

What happened to you, Vilonia Sonic?? Can't get simple orders right. Can't get drinks right. Let our ice cream sit and melt while an employee asks us 3 times what we ordered. THEN we go through tonight and get 2 drinks, paid for them and then were asked if we wanted our change. Well, yeah. Then we had to ask for straws...(BTW, we waited for the change and never got it, gave up and left. It wasn't much but that not the point....) read more

It's McDonald's! You know what you are getting when you go there. Everyone has treated me very well, and my order has never been wrong or my food cold. The staff tends to be very hospitable. This is one I don't ever mind going too. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Would not let my handicapped grandmother sit down while I ordered. Blamed the boss. Talked over me while I was trying to communicate my complaint. No sign on the exterior of the restaurant indicating the dining room is closed for eat in. THAT IS HAZARDOUS TO HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED SENIORS! If the Staff isn't intelligent enough to use their own judgement with regards to the immediate needs of their customers they clearly do not have good management and the boss doesn't care about seniors, handicapped, disabled, or elderly people who should not have to waste energy coming into the restaurant to sit down and eat if they are going to be run out of the dining area. NOT TO MENTION THE FOOD HAS SUCKED THE LAST THREE TIMES WE GOT DRIVE THRU! I AM FULLY EMBRACING THE FULL KAREN I'M AT RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THE DISTRESS MY GRANDMOTHER WENT THROUGH FOR WANTING SOME SAUSAGE AND PANCAKES AND TO SIT AND HAVE A MEAL TOGETHER WITH HER GRANDDAUGHTER. read more
