When my mom began to answer the woman came back on and stated very rudely "ma'am I said give me a minute" she said it rudely and condescendlying. she's the one that asked us a question and then hatefully talked to my mother. I then went to call the Arby's on the phone and nobody answered for the next hour. I'm never going back to this Arby's where the staff is unprofessional and hateful to their customers . wanting us to wait is understandable but being hateful to my mother is unnecessary.

I'm a HUGE coffee lover/starbucks lover. I get an iced Carmel macchiato every single day from…read moreStarbucks, sometimes 2x a day. This was my first time buying one from this location and tbh, I'm completely disappointed. For starters I told the cashier(super young, rainbow colored hair) i wanted 2 shots instead of 3 and she tells me it only comes with 2. Which was wrong so that lets me know every order she gets, it's a shot of espresso short. I explained her the different though so no biggie. Now the barista that made my iced Carmel macchiato . (Also a very young white lady(dirty blonde hair). She was very respectful , all the workers were but if you're going to be a barista please know how to make the drinks. She completely screwed up my drink. The cold foam was way too runny to where the Carmel fell right through it as well as my drink looked like an iced latte. Everything was blended even tho it wasn't suppose to be. I asked her did she shake or mix my drink and she says "oh it didn't stay separated because there wasn't enough ice holding it up" then I asked her "did you slowly pour the coffee in? At an angle? She didn't answer, just looked at me like a deer in the head lights.... THAT lets me know that she isn't well trained as a barista. The goal isn't how fast you make the drinks, but HOW you make them. I won't go into the science of the macchiato but do know that the ice is NOT what keeps everything separated and point of this review is. I just want the younger workers to get extra training. I get everybody needs and wants a job, but please consider the job you apply for‼ It's the same as if you're a bar tender who doesn't know how to make a Bloody Mary or any of the common drinks. ‍ Well that was a waste of an 8$ drink... I won't be coming back. P.s if yall want perfect drinks, come checkout the new starbucks on geyer springs road!! They are absolutely Amazing!!

Their internet constantly seems to be down and I can't order through the app. The ladies aren't very pleasant either. They seem to only be there to get paid and get people out. I waited for 15 minutes before being addressed as a customer the last time I went and was only asked what I was waiting for. Told them I had a mobile order and got told the internet was down AGAIN. She tried to charge me for it again too! I had to show her my mobile receipt to prove that I had actually sent it to the correct restaurant. And when she gave me my order, she didn't say anything to me, just continued to talk around me to another person like I hadn't been waiting for almost 30 minutes at that point. I will not be back to this location. It's not worth the wait or the money.
