This location has disappointed me since day one. I haven't been able to go through the drive thru but once of the 5 times I've gone. Their internet constantly seems to be down and I can't order through the app. The ladies aren't very pleasant either. They seem to only be there to get paid and get people out. I waited for 15 minutes before being addressed as a customer the last time I went and was only asked what I was waiting for. Told them I had a mobile order and got told the internet was down AGAIN. She tried to charge me for it again too! I had to show her my mobile receipt to prove that I had actually sent it to the correct restaurant. And when she gave me my order, she didn't say anything to me, just continued to talk around me to another person like I hadn't been waiting for almost 30 minutes at that point. I wasn't really impressed with this location. They didn't have any of the ingredients needed to make a drink, then they didn't have them to make the granitas, and my iced macchiato wasn't made that well. The young lady who took my order at the drive thru was friendly, but the young lady at the window didn't seem too enthusiastic. read more

I came here at 6am every day for 2 weeks, and I always ordered through the app. I was consistently impressed by how quickly they my order, I picked it up exactly 5 minutes after ordering. My one complaint is that when I ordered a venti coffee with a "light" pour of half and half, they poured probably half a cup. My coffee was so milky it would give me a stomachache. Light means a splash! Next time I'll order plain coffee and add the cream myself. Also several times I ordered a bagel not toasted but they toasted it anyway, leaving me with a stale cold bagel by the time I got around to eating it an hour later. I love how fast they are but it would be better if they actually made the food & drink exactly as I ordered it. read more

This is my morning stop. I can always count on them for timely service. Another great thing is the consistency of their great drinks keeps me coming back. This place is great if your on the run or would like to relax. If you get a chance to stay and enjoy your coffee, the seating outside is aways nice. read more

My credit card wasn't working this morning and I'm not sure why but i didn't have another form of payment so the gentleman said don't worry about it, we got you this morning. This is a "drive-thru) location, which usually have a small interior. While it is small, there is ample tables. This location is very clean, as most are. What I like about this location is the outdoor seating. I was not sure about sitting out there, as it is close to Maumelle Blvd but I could not hear the traffic very much. Usually no one is sitting outside so if you want some quiet I would sit outside. Not sure how pleasant it would be during an AR summer. The speed of the service is highly variable. On this visit, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a quad expresso. I was surprised. Overall, not a bad location. I have been to much worse. read more

I'm constantly reviewing places that i don't think that much of but feel the need to express my consumer opinion on. I'm in Arkansas, not familiar with the terrain and finding my way around I see the starbucks the night Before i have to be somewhere. I know now where the starbucks is, I know it's on the way and I'm becoming an American consumer. Convenience is everything. I won't drink gas station coffee but Starbucks is ok in this situation. It's the McDonald's of coffee but I don't find their coffee bad, it's just not really memorable to me. I had a cafe au lait...and I may go again in the morning before work. read more

This has to be the worst Starbucks in existence. Staff seemed to have virtually no training in preparation of their product or customer service. And they are always OUT OF COFFEE!! It's a coffee shop. Why do I always have to wait for them to make coffee so I can get a quick cup on the way to somewhere? It's the only Starbucks near me. I have tried this location so many times and always end up disappointed. The only reason I stop by there now (which is rare) is to get a bag of the current specialty beans. And guess what. They never have any coffee ready. And 7 of the last 10 times I tried their drinks on the menu I tossed them in the trash on the way out the door. Even when they re-made them trying to fix them. They just don't seem to train them how to make their products, and the baristas have no ability to make a custom order. Isn't that why people go to Starbucks? read more
