I was in a hurry as my Uber was waiting outside. The guy helping me, Nick, told me to wait at the register while he went to the back of the store for my club soda. Brought me two different brands of club soda to choose from showing me how the sodium amount was different on each. He was really nice and helpful. Great prices too! Thanks Nick!

3.5... Ok so this place reminds me of Bev Mo in CA. Smaller than what I'm accustomed to. My friends were buying wine and spirits for their Tuscan party and they had a section dedicated to Tuscan wines. Needless to say, they spent over $2 bills and were happy with their purchase. I, on the other hand, found a small section of my wines. (I'm more into the Moscato D'Asti wines.) I did find the wine I was looking for. I had great wine at Bravo and asked for the name so that I could bring a bottle home with me. I did find it for about $20. I did find the wine a bit more costly than in SD. For instance, my fav Michele Chiarlo wine cost several dollars more than what I normally pay. I understand that they have a wine bar for tasting, but wasn't able to experience it. I believe they have designated hours for wine tastings here. As I pay, the employee carded me (their policy). He gave me an awesome compliment by saying that I looked 10 yrs younger than indicated on my license. YES! He mentioned that I was only a couple yrs younger than him and I looked great for my age. A plus is that there's lots of parking and they open late - 11p on weeknights and 12a on weekends.

I had my very first automobile accident back in 2019 right in front of this establishment and had to pull over into the parking lot. As myself and the other victim were discussing the sequence of events with the police officer, we had an unpleasant visit with an employee of the liquor store. Instead of making sure that everyone was okay, he started yelling at us because having a police officer in front of the building was "bad for his business". He came out multiple times and tried to force us to move into another parking lot. This to me is not customer service that I would like to give my business to. I will never step foot in this liquor store nor would I recommend it to anyone who I associate with.

I am my grandmother's only family left and I watch over her like a hawk. She is the life of the…read moreparty and has already been kicked out of 2 senior living homes so I am fully in charge of her. I love it!  I have trouble keeping up with her sometimes. The humidity here in Arkansas is so different from where we live. We instantly start to sweat. My grandmother told me something super weird that I had never heard her say befor. She said that her armpits started to smell like bacon. She worked in a military M.A.S.H. unit so she knows a little something. She said when the bacteria breaks down the sweat they form products called thioalcohols, which have scents comparable to sulfur, onions or meat.  She told me the only cure for that is to drink alcohol. So we went in to Little Rock to purchase a couple bottles of wine.  If they had her brand of tequila I would have purchased a bottle of that too. Party on. I found one of the best liquor stores that would rival anything we have in Las Vegas. The staff is super friendly, the people working behind the counter are unbelievably knowledgeable and they all acted like board firemen ready to help you with anything.  I hate when I find great locations like this so far from where I live because now I pass judgment on the liquor stores by our house. This liquor store, Sullivant's, has a great selection of different wines from International winery's. My grandmother will primarily drink red wine from Portugal and tequila from Jalisco.  I found a red wine that was very acceptable to my grandmother.  My grandmother definitely got her pre party on and I had to remotely drive her wheelchair because I do not think she could have stayed on the sidewalk. Is my grandmother an alcoholic? I don't care at her age what difference does it make. She is consuming life and enjoying every moment of it. She talks about not wanting to be in a senior citizen center playing bingo and arguing with Dorothy about blankets. She wants to be out in the world eating, drinking and watching the sunset from some remote location.  Sullivan's liquor store was the perfect place to pick up several bottles of wine for my grandmother. I wish I would have more time to go through there because the photos I took looks like they have a wonderful selection. I didn't even have a chance to get over to their huge refrigerator of beer's. Solivant's liquor store if you had a location in Las Vegas you would definitely rival the competition. Your customer service was on point and I could have stayed talking longer if I had only left the air conditioner on in the car. Keep up the great work and glad you guys are providing a wonderful service to the community and my grandmother.

This store is one of the newer ones in town, and does have a place in the local scene. The wife in particular is a regular here, because it's the only place she's been able to find "The Franc," one of her favorite wines :) Decent beer selection in both volume and variety, and surprisingly convenient to drive in-out of, even on the ever-busy Cantrell road.

Shocked, I say! **I had to ding a star - while I love this place and every positive thing I and every other reviewer has said is absolutely true, I've been in two or three times now and they didn't have the beers I was looking for. Still a great place, but it is simply too small to keep a true variety of offerings regularly stocked. It's a teeny, tiny place smack in the middle(ish) of Hillcrest, and it's one of the single most popular stores in the area, especially on a hot day. I personally love their beer fridge, because it's refreshing on a hot day, a shocker on a cold one, and it is full to the brim of delicious, scrumptious, well-traveled, filling, refreshing, beautiful beer. They have stacks of Diamond Bear and Lost Fourty, as well as a wide variety of brews from our neighbors across state lines, in all directions. I've found everything from local favorites on my to-try list, to obscure familiar bottles from my past lives in Portland (i.e. Rogue "Dead Guy"), San Francisco (i.e. Anchor Lager), and in between. They strike the same balance of local love, neighborly sharing, and reasonable selection in their wine and liquor shelves too - something that's all the more shocking because this shop is *tiny* I go here to get my wife's favorite wines, my favorite beers, and something or other to have under my arm to impress any host from a dinner party connoisseur to an indiscriminate guzzler. The location is a really nice perk on First Thursday (the first Thursday of every month) where you can walk up and down Hillcrest and be greeted with complimentary gifts from businesses, but also because it's a rare occasion where you can have a beer on a public street. I've also had consistently great experiences heckling and/or chatting with the staff here, although I don't think I've ever seen the same people twice!
