The food was phenomenal! The service was fantastic! They were constantly updating us with how long we had to wait! (Which wasn't very long) the atmosphere was very pleasing and fun. So we ordered $44 worth of pizza on a Sunday Bernard's is not open on Sunday yet. It took my payment and placed a order for when they opened up on Tuesday. I did not realize this until Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. so I called Bernard's. I talked with a male employee and he puts me through to the general manager. I explained the situation to her and she tells me that the only option she has is for me to come and get an hour-old Pizza. When I'm explaining to her that there was no indication that the charge went through. I asked her her name. She says she's a minor. I asked for an adult. There's no adults over these children and they're running a company and she's very rude I have been getting pizza from here for 6 plus years I asked her if we could compromise if she would give me a credit of $44 and she proceeded to be rude at that time. So I will not be going back to Bernards and they will be getting a one-star and I will be canceling that payment through my bank. So I highly recommend you go elsewhere even though they have great pizza. The service obviously does not match the food quality and to the general manager. I realize that you're a minor, but if you're going to be in that position, you need to grow up and not hang up the phone on people and say you don't feel comfortable giving your name. You are running a business. So I'll give the owner an opportunity to make this right. Update so the owner calls me and says if I try to dispute it with my card company she's going to show them proof. I received nothing and as a United States Marine I have integrity and I'm sorry if you have a bunch of kids that work for your company that are crying little liberals.
