Barely warm at the start of the meal and cold and stale by the end of it, the shoestring fries were as edible as an actual shoe. Nothing remarkable about the steamed broccoli no seasoning to be found but at least it was in fact, real steamed broccoli, even though it didn't come out until we were halfway through our dinner. 3/4 into the meal a manager named Jasmine came to ask how things were and pleaded for honesty. She was absolutely fantastic and provided top tier customer service as she listened to me and did everything she could to make it right, including treating my son and I to very tasty milkshakes. This woman deserves a raise, I could tell she was sincere and cares about customers and the food. For starters, I got fresh hot food in a matter of minutes, and my order was accurate. That's not exceptional in the fast food business, but many sit down restaurants seem to struggle with getting their house served, particularly when they get busy. As I selected a table to enjoy my regular Whopper, I noticed a fellow diner finishing up lunch with his two young girls wearing a T-shirt for a vegan store restaurant, and mentioned that it was an interesting choice of clothing for a trip to BK. But the guy's been vegan for 30 years, and the impossible Whopper has turned him and his family into repeat customers. I haven't tried on yet, but heard a really interesting sales pitch from a very unlikely source. Also, there was an employee there named Kearon who I told that I would mention by name in a Yelp! review. She was wiping down tables, and spoke to every customer. There was a transient/homeless woman in a nearby booth, and I was moved by the grace that Kearon showed to her. I have reservations about mentioning that she also gave her a fiver, because I'm pretty sure that she wasn't supposed to do that. During my convo with my new vegan friend, we briefly discussed our mutual distaste for a freakishly popular fast food chain that serves chicken sandwiches seasoned with homophobia. I consider it a public nuisance because of their policies and the traffic problems that they create. In their defense, they do seem to have an uncanny skill to wotk the drive thru line, and during the handful of times that I have actually eaten there, the employees have smiled, made eye contact, and seemed to have some people skills, I haven't eaten here enough to fully evaluate this location, but I want the record to reflect that Kearon is a major asset. 06/11/26  I do not know what happened here.  2 times in the last 2 weeks I have had to walk out…read morebecause the service went to crap.  This was one of my favorite quick food joints.  Now after standing in line for 20++ minutes and watching pick up orders get messed up one after the other, others inline walking out hangry,  I walked out.  The manager and employees are wandering around with the deer in the headlight look, no one seems to know how do anything.  They can't get orders right, speed and efficiency have long left the building.  Do Better Panda
