Place was relatively slow, ordered at the counter with no waiting, pushed some smaller tables together and waited for a few before our food was served. I enjoyed the salad which had a generous amount of chicken and toppings. The beverage machine didn't have everything, but there were plenty of options to choose from. Amazing their boneless wings are really good their sauces are pretty good in my personal favorite is the ranch and it's pretty good but they also have a really spicy sauce called nuclear sauce and it's a little spicy but it's just has really good flavor they have good boneless wings they have good chicken tenders the employees are really nice and well think pretty much every joke you make is funny and the ambiance is quiet so I really recommend this place except the only reason I'm writing it four stars is because all of their diet drinks don't have any flavor and I think they're out of syrup for the drinks but everything that's not diet taste good and has flavor and they service is really good because they get the food out in like 2 minutes. Terrible location, negative experiences every single time. Today I waited at the speaker for 4 minutes before being greeted, and was informed that they had no Dr. Pepper. After placing my order, I came to the window and waited for the food. When my food was ready, the waitress literally opened the window, and slang a bag at me that was overstuffed with my various containers of food sideways and upside down. She slammed the window shut before I could even say "thank you". Upon eating the food, the whole family noted that the fries and chicken smelled of cigarette smoke. The loaded fries were not loaded at all... there was hardly any ranch on them and there was no bacon except 2 small burnt pieces... also there wasn't enough fries to even be considered a large order of fries. Not to mention, I opened the food immediately after pulling off to find that the fries were freezing cold... the shredded cheese couldn't even melt that's how cold the fries were. Food was nasty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Not exactly a good use of my $50.. Do better zaxbys Cabot. Oh yeah! Just a few miles away from me, this is my Go-To spot for wings. Never been disappointed with the food or service here. I always get their white cheddar cheese bites which are fantastic. I have yet to try their Zalads which I hear from so many people how great they are, but all of their sandwiches are great as well. read more

I went to Zaxby's on Saturday 2/22/2020 for the first time. I signed up online and installed the App on my phone and then ordered online. I placed the order as I was leaving the Walmart parking lot about 3-4 minutes away. The App said my order would be ready at 1:09 PM. I went inside (the app said to pick up at the counter, apparently you cannot pickup from the drive thru if you use the app), I checked in in and waited, and waited. People came in and left or started their meal while I was still waiting. Several cars were serviced in the drive-thru arriving after I went inside. Finally at 1:21 PM, I was called to the counter. I drove home (10 minutes). The bun was already soggy from whatever they drenched the grill chicken patty in. Definitely will not waste my time and money at this place again. read more

I placed an online order, and was given a 9 minute time till food pickup. When I arrived at the location 3 minutes prior to the established pickup time, I parked in a designated order pick up spot and called the phone number posted on the sign in the parking lot. I let the phone ring until it wouldn't ring anymore, and called 4 times. I also went to the front door, and tried to wave down an employee(doors were locked). This process took nearly 10 minutes, after all attempts failed, I had to go through the drive-thru, which was busy. I had to wait again, Then let them know I was picking up an online order, and finally when I got to the pick up window, I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. This is after nearly 25 minutes had already gone by. This service is unacceptable. If I wanted to go through the drive through I wouldn't have placed an online order, instead of saving time, it wasted even more. And to not answer your phone when the process you created says to call is even worse. This is the worst restaurant experience I have had since all the covid fuss started. No excuse for this behavior this late in the game. read more

Good chicken! This is my kids favorite place to eat when they come to Arkansas. They don't have one in Topeka, Kansas

When you are in a hurry and want something quick, but not too unhealthy this is where you go. I always get the Grilled Chicken sandwich, and fries. It's the exact same every time, never over/under cooked. There is a sign in there that describes this place perfectly, " We suggest chicken, chicken, or chicken, and for desert, chicken." If you haven't guessed by now this place serves mostly chicken they do have salads with no chicken, but that's about it. Don't go there looking for steak, you won't find it. read more
