I'm reading the other reviews and they are so different from my experience today. It wasn't a perfect visit, but the positives were good enough that I felt like adding a good review. I walked into the store to order because I didn't know what I wanted and didn't want to sit in a drive-through trying to figure it out. The employees were super attentive and super helpful. Very nice. Going so far as to read the tiny writing on the sauce labels to check if there were milk in them (my son's allergic), and making suggestions. I ended up getting Biggie Bags and I felt like the price was really reasonable. I paid a lot less on dinner than I expected to and I didn't have to wait very long at all. The negative thing is that though I specified no cheese on the burgers and pointed out it was due to an allergy, whomever was making burgers in the back did put cheese on them, and with allergies, I can't exactly pull the cheese off and serve it to my kid anyway. This Wendy's is several miles from my house since I was finishing a job in Cabot before heading back to my home in a different town, so I couldn't exactly turn around and go back. It wasn't a total loss. Nobody else in the house is allergic to cheese, so his father got two burgers instead of one and I had to run out to a much closer restaurant to get a cheese-free burger for my youngest. It was inconvenient and annoying, but honestly, that happens to me at almost every restaurant now and then because people get so used to putting cheese on a burger, they don't pay attention that they're not supposed to. Or maybe the order was put in wrong. I don't know. So there were good things about this Wendy's and bad things about this trip to Wendy's. read more

I used to like going to Wendy's I really liked their Frosty's. Today I tried again after many years. I got their bacon pub burger with a pretzel bun, medium Coke two medium Frosty's and two patties for my dog. It was $34. I can't believe I paid $34 for what I got. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't that good either. Seems like it shouldn't cost that much. I put it into my AI Calculator and they said that it should've only been about $27 with AR tax. I don't know what that's about, but it still seems like a lot. So, if there had been two of us, we are talking $50 to $60 for a hamburger joint. Talk about affordability! - not! I have never not been asked to "pull forward" to wait for something. Doesn't matter the time of day or how busy they are, you will be waiting. If you're passing through Cabot are prioritizing speedy service, pick anywhere else. As for food and ambiance, it's a Wendy's. read more

Went inside to place an order. Waited nearly 10 minutes to place my order. The person in charge of the counter said they were short handed, so I figured I'd be patient. After placing my order, I was told they had several Door Dash orders and they would be prioritizing those before starting on mine. I guess Door Dash is more important than an in-person customer. I'll rethink visiting Wendy's again or at least ask how long I'll be waiting. 30 minutes or more is not reasonable. read more

If you plan on going through the drive through be prepared to be there for awhile. It is not humanly possible to go any slower than these employees do. Then after you receive your order I GUARANTEE you it will be wrong. Not any better if you go inside plus you'll see how unsanitary it is. The burgers and chicken sandwiches have shrunk to the point it doesn't even look like a sandwich. The fries are always cold and greasy. You will get NO condiments unless you beg for them. Im pretty new to Cabot and sadly this the dirtiest smelliest Wendy's Ive ever been to. No matter where Im at Wendy's is one of my favorite places to go. Walked in to get a mobile order waited for over 5 minutes to even be noticed. Manager stood on the outside of the counter on her phone completely ignoring me after trying to get her attention a few times.. several employees looking up and still ignoring me. Finally got someone's attention only to still have to wait another 10 minutes for my order to even be made after I ordered over 30minutes ago through the mobile app and checked in... very poor service and super slow.. you need to get ahold of your managers and make sure they know standing out front on their phones ignoring customers isn't the way you run a staff.... very sad Wendy's... read more

On 12/11/21 went to Wendy's in Cabot Arkansas. Went inside to eat lunch. Only two people in line ahead of me. The guy taking order would only take One person order then go pull there order. He stop every minute to talk with other coworkers instead filling order or waiting on other customers. It took 45 minutes to get my order and other 10 minutes to pull my order. when guy working counter put my fries on the tray he just dropped them all over tray. He said " here your order". He didn't say sorry or can I get you another order Of fries. I will never stop at Cabot store again. I will tell everyone I know about how I was treated at Wendy in Cabot Arkansas. read more

Popped in here in hopes of good food and good service. The service was quick and the order taker made sure to verify our selection and make suggestions that we had forgotten to mention. The order was very well packed to take out and they even reminded us about condiments. The food quality was great, and all tasted very good. We had ordered full size taco salads, chili, frosties and soft drinks. Our trip was significantly better than the past few reviews! read more

Terrible customer service like they don't check to make sure everything is in the bag before it goes through the window. I just spent $20 at this restaurant to get home in ward and NOTHING be correct. I called the manager and nothing was done. The sandwiches were messed up. The fries were old. No sauces for my THREE six piece nuggets. Just terrible. I know it's my responsibility to check my bags at the window and I usually do but today I was In a rush. This is a problem for this specific restaurant. I usually go at least twice a week but I won't go here anymore because this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand it's fast food but come on. I love wendys it's my favorite fast food restaurant. But I can not go to this location what so ever. I believe his name is Jacob but not for sure. This kid thinks everything is funny. My girl friend ordered spicy nuggets and he told us that they were almost out and they were his favorite. Literally I thought he was joking but he gave us regular nuggets. Went through the drive thru in the middle of dinner hour and first thing I notice looking through the drive in window is how disgusting the place looks.
