I am impressed with this McDonald's. The staff are always friendly and professional and have a great comraderie amongst each other. They get along so well, I almost want to work here. The food is consistent and you know what you are getting. There are people from all walks of life getting their meals here. This place is clean, there is never a long wait, the long line of customers moves along fast. read more

Absolutely consistently the worst for delivery. More often than not they get I totally wrong. They take your name when you call and promise to give you a free meal but seem to have no record of it when you go in to the store. Todays $35 Uber order - asked for extra salsa with burritos, got none, asked for pepper, got none. Ordered black coffee, got cream and sugar in it. Ordered egg McMuffin no meat - had ham. Really?! Don't waste your $. Consistently a terrible experience read more

The worst delivery. Billion dollar company keeps forgetting to give condiments. Offers me 6 free nuggets to compensate but I have to go in.... I already paid delivery fees and courier fees, and I still have to go in to get my original order? Are you kidding me? Uber reimburses $2 for the mishap, except 4 sweet and sour solaces coats 1.60... I ordered 40 nuggets, so that's 8 sweet and sour sauces... not even enough to pay for the sauces... AND I would have to pay for delivery fees again or go into the restaurant to pick it up. This isn't the first time McDonald's messed up my order. read more

This is one of the better McDonald's I have been to. Eventhough the place is small but there are enough staff to ensure you won't wait too long for your order. Yes eating inside may be a problem with the limited number of seatings. If you are thinking of collecting Happy meal toys then this place might not help you get the whole set. This McDonald is super busy during weekday at lunch. Staff are ok and have good memory. Sometimes I think some of them are full-time employee. I happen to see 3 or 4 staff there all the time. Well they are a bit cheap on the sauce. So there are times, I got a burger and there are hardly any sauce in it. I thought they use a measured squirter. But their burger are hot which is a good thing. At least it makes me feel they are fresh. I come here often and every experience has been OK to good. So nothing to complain. read more

For a McDanks this is a goody, it feels more like a cafe vibe with the plentiful seating and booths. The service is always really fast and the food always warm/hot. Fries are nicely salted and my chicken mcnugs after a night of some drinks were much needed. This mcDs does close earlier than most so you gotta feed your craving before it's too late. I also do love popping in for a cheap coffee if I'm not wanting to spend over 5$ at Starbucks. read more

McDonald's - Medium fry with bbq sauce - Fast Food Near Me - Vancouver, British Columbia

One of the smaller locations that seems to be placed in the right area, but they really need to work on how to update this location compared to the other ones who seem to be more prepped to go to this new digital fast age. It is odd to say but this one doesn't have the self serve features of ones all around the city, no, there is not any big touch screen terminals so you have to talk to someone to get your food, get over it, if you have a fear of people and actually having someone in your personal airspace, and you want McD's something... this location is not for you. Also if you don't like a place cramped during peak hours where you may bump shoulders with someone.. stay away.... This spot is perfectly located right off Broadway in front of a bus stop, not just any bus stop, but the B-Line 99! It is hilarious what I read on some of the other reviews, no parking, calling this place a nickname I am not willing to repeat, wi-fi not working, place is cramped, almost makes it sound like you are all searching for some fine dining restaurant and not knowing what you are stepping into. Let us clear the air, this is Granville and Broadway, I would love to see a drive-thru, really.. but then you might as well belittle all the ones in downtown for not having it, cause this area, real-estate wise.. is practically downtown... this also leads to the size of this place, the building it is in... is..... wait for it..... OLD, so what they are getting is prime real-estate, prime location, and they make with what is due. Where this place really needs a fixer is what they have, maybe one of those self self serve terminals, but to re-organize the seating in here, cause most of this a waste of space of how McDonald's use to be. Other than the above, this place seems to be able to deal with the rush-hour crowds quite well, and the workers here get it done with what they have in this, sometimes frantic, location. Parking... yeah, it's non existent in the front, and if you know the area you are parking away from this place and it is only good if you are on foot, just got off the bus, or planning to sneak your food on the public transit. No surprises here, ba da da da da.... read more

Complete chaos, long wait... Every time the same problem..... Looks like the pickup thing takes priority...staff issues too maybe?

Team Tastic arrived at McDonald's and we had the following: McLobster Sandwich ($7.49) Large French Fries (unsalted) ($3.29) The McLobster came in a hot dog-looking bun holding a small bed of shredded lettuce, sauce, and 3 globs of lobster. The weirdest thing about this sandwich was that the bun was toasted but the lobster was pretty cold. It's not heated and this turns the sandwich into a lukewarm experience. At $7.49 this is one of McDonald's more expensive sandwiches. I wish there was more lobster to go around. It tastes like lobster but it's more like a lobster mixed in with other ingredients as a kind of lobster slaw. I'm not a big fan of a cold sandwich so I don't think I'll be trying this again. On the opposite end of the temperature spectrum, we had the classic World Famous Fries. As always, these had a great crunch and saved the meal. I prefer asking for no-salt fries because this usually guarantees the back end making a new batch of fries for you. I've seen some McDonald's locations get away with serving fries older than 9 minutes (yeah, I worked there in high school so this number mattered to me). That's not the case with unsalted fries. You can add your own salt to your ketchup if you really miss the salt. read more

I feel like I have been ripped off too many times by this location of McDonald's. I am a hard-working Vancouverite and don't really like to throw money out the window for food that I'm not receiving. I have ordered through Uber eats from this McDonald's for the last three times. Every single time they get something wrong on the order, or they forget to put something in the bag. It's very simple with the burgers, as they had a clear label on top of the box stating what I requested, but couldn't find it in themselves to put the proper order into the box. I ordered a big Mac without meat with extra cheese. When that came to the door, there were two all beef byproduct patties stuffed into my burger. As a vegetarian, I clearly could not eat this, And had to throw it out even though I had paid for it. Secondly, the bagel that was ordered for my guest was ordered with cream cheese on the side and extra cream cheese was purchased as well. Neither of those were in the bag, just a dry bagel with one of the pieces broken in half. The large fries came as small fries, a very skimpy portion by the way. With ALL these errors, and the 3 times I have left feedback for this restaurant, not one single person has reached out to me to make this right. They have taken my money, sent me half orders, and have not communicated ONCE with me to even apologize for this horrendous service. Just because your food is leaving the restaurant, doesn't mean it shouldn't be as fresh and complete as if I had ordered at the restaurant. This city is getting worse and worse with customer service. I have been in customer service for over 35 years, and can't believe the lack of concern on the part of business owners anymore. I guess as long as you are getting your money, the customer doesn't matter anymore. That is just sad. I am off McDonald's. read more

this is a luxury experience, at the fanciest restaurant you will ever go to, they have the nice plastic trays that kinda smell of vomit, i would highly recommend taking someone here on a romantic date or the perfect place to propose, and it has the beautiful view of the dumpsters. 10 out of 10 experience. especially when you meet the employees who seem sooo excited to work there. read more

Why do I feel like I should give this place a 1 star just because it's McDonalds? Am I, are we, really that prejudiced? Should I ignore that their service has always been excellent? Should I ignore that the place has always been clean, had a friendly atmosphere, has intelligent things on the television like news, is never shot of supplies? Should I ignore that, admittedly due to a heaping portion of nostalgia, I actually like a lot of the food? I can't go quite so far as to give McDonalds a glowing five star review, but what I can do is fall into a familiar cliché and say "it's great for what it is" so if you're looking for fast food with a smile? Seriously, where else would you go? And besides, the Big Mac is fucking good and I don't care who knows it. read more

I am really disappointed in Macdonalds as well as I went there to get my order and the customer service was really lacking from the workers. There attitudes were very bad. They just threw the bag at me which had the food inside that I ordered and there mood was here you go and take it and leave after that experience I am sure to never return again to this spot of macdonalds read more

That was the last straw McDonald's. I've been going to the same location for two and a half years and you know me by name. When I order my two double cheese burger with extra cheese; that extra cheese better be on my fucking burgers. Your quality has gone to shit and your employees are lazy. Next time I'm going to Wendy's. Fuck you . Sincerely: pissed off long term customer that won't be ordering anything from you dumb fucks ever again. read more

One and a half extra stars. I took the risk in the morning on Sunday and what do you know, the breakfast was actually fine. I wouldn't feel right about not updating this to show that at times they can get it together. read more

Is there a point of having a Mcshits that is literally 2 blocks going west bound? In all fairness, their coffee is actually pretty decent. Not the best location for sitting and kicking it up a bit but for a grab and go not bad. read more

Free coffee week. Small location located on Broadway. This location can get busy when people are waiting for the bus. Food here is consistent with other location. But it was a bit dirty here as a lot of the tables weren't cleaned. Wanted to wash my hands after eating but someone must of been busy in there cause nobody could get in during my stay there. read more
