The guy at the pay window is super rude every-time I come here and most the time he gets my order wrong

Pulled up to the drive-through and the guy taking my order already had an attitude. I asked him for a second waiting for my code to load, and he snapped at me. Was so rude to me. Didn't even tell me my total when I got to the window. He told me I couldn't get a certain coffee with my points, but I have before never coming here again. fire this man. read more

This location has improved significantly over the last year or so. The hotcakes are fantastic and the coffee never disappoints. I used the app, ordered ahead, and did table delivery. It worked flawlessly, my food was on the table within minutes of sitting down. The table was spacious for me to do some work while I ate. Great experience. I am 6'1". read more

Hands down the worst McDonald's in the area, from the dirty horribly designed parking lot/drive-through that's an accident waiting to happen the broken menu board and speaker you can barely hear to the extremely long wait in line and then normally pulling forward or to a parking spot to eventually get your food that is if they have it in stock that is way overpriced and consistently wrong, stale and cold if it sounds like I'm being harsh, I promise you I'm way under selling this, the only thing I can say is the people at the window are always generally very nice and you can tell they've been going through it with all of these problems in no way is this their fault. Inconsistent sums up this McDonald's. This store has some if the nicest assistant managers, leaders, coordinators and staff. However, insufficient time is devoted to cleaning the lobby, tables and bathroom. Almost every time I come in, the tables are unclean, the trash is overflowing and food is scattered on the floor. This McDonald's is located near the local school and the school kids are frequently dry messy not even attempting to pick up after themselves. Although slightly cleaner, the cleanliness issue remains on weekends too, showing that the staff is not devoting sufficient time on weekends either. Orders are frequently incorrect in the drive thru, even when one specifies a medical issue such as being diabetic or an allergy. I frequently get sugared tea instead of unsweet and ketchup on burgers even though I have requested no ketchup because I am allergic to tomato. I have tolerated all the inconvenience and inconsistency because the food was reasonably priced. Today, almost every meal deal is $9.00 and some are over $10. They make great tea and are convenient but are disappointing because they no longer offering value given the issues and pricing. read more

The shift manager locked the door as I was walking up at 8pm. Hours for lobby clearly state 11pm on the door. The manager of the store was such a pos I saw him force one of the kids working for him ask a group of at least 10 people already in the lobby to leave. He had to unlock the door for them to leave. On June 16th 8:15 p.m. went in to McDonald's in Umatilla Florida standing at the cash register for over 5 minutes being completely ignored by the manager I asked if somebody work here he just turned around and said no turn back around to what he was doing I asked if they were closed he told me yes to you I said I can't order any food he told me no told me to leave and if I wanted something could try the drive-thru extremely rude no customer service needs to find a different job or retrain I suggest to anybody do not go around that place older guys are working on it it was the old white guy routine I will never patronize. Stay away!!! Manager just yelled and cussed at me!!!! I cannot believe what just happened. The cashier was on her phone while she was taking my Apple Pay, then she hands me my food and says let me get your drink and hops back on her phone and I sit there and wait for her and then I finally ask her NICELY if she can please put down her phone and hand me my drink. The manager is standing there and rolls his eyes and breathes heavily and I told him that wasn't necessary. He then proceeds to yell at me that he was FU****G talking to her referring to the employee. That is not true because when she was taking my Apple Pay she was on her phone and he was right there watching her. Might I add I had my eight-year-old daughter sitting in the front seat while he cussed and then started yelling at me. Until this point I was very calm and did not deserve to be talked to like this. I am blown away that a person who talks to others is allowed to work there. I have lived in Umatilla off and in for over 20 years and demand for something to be done about this. The manager was not wearing a name tag and wouldn't give me his name. Even though this McDonald's is within walking distance for me I will not patronize nor would I recommend this McDonald's to anyone. The first time I ordered at this McDonald's, I got a fish sandwich and a side salad. The fish was dried out and had been sitting under a warming lamp for hours it was terrible and there was a hair in my salad. It was the most disgusting and gross meal I have ever eaten! I ordered it at the drive-through so I cannot comment on the cleanliness of this establishment inside. All I want is an epic breakfast experience. Y'all kill it with the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the moist butter bread.....when you dont screw up my order which is 30% of the time. However, y'all can screw up the potatoes. I asked for 4 hashbrowns cooked to order, I was told I may have to wait 3 minutes. I'm good with that. Sunday morning.. No lines and,no wait..and the manager hands me,the bag and says "here are 4 hashbrowns, extra hot" .. I accepted but this is not what I want. I don't want old hashbrowns dipped in a hot car of vegetable oil to reheat. I have a microwave for that. Bro.....youre killing me here. I don't normally eat fast food and I was reminded why this morning. Stopped in with my husband for breakfast and the egg mcmuffin that my husband ordered was burnt. There's no excuse for serving a burnt English Muffin! And the caramel coffee frappe had so much caramel flavoring in it, neither of us could finish it. I know its the morning after the 4th so maybe people are a little tired but because of the experience, I won't be back anytime soon. read more

I've been going to this McDonald's since it opened, about 30 years ago, and can honestly say, I've never encountered a cranky employee. Over the years I've gotten home more than once with missing items so check your bag before you leave. You might want to check to make sure your fries are hot, and the container full. Just sayin'. My only real complaint, is about the buttermilk chicken fingers. I really like them, but it's hard to time it so that you get them when they have just been cooked, and not left under the lights for an hour or two. Too often my chicken has been left under the lights until the texture is like red bricks, and the taste is like Cinderella's cinders. So I would advise you to get anything else, unless it's lunch or dinnertime. One other thing, is that everything is always neat and clean. read more

I just pulled up to the Umatilla McDonald's at 10:30pm and I'm very offended that I walked in and they told me it was closed without even saying hi because they "didn't have enough employees" when they actually had more than 4 people inside working. Like how many people does it take to make chicken nuggets. I'm pretty sure McDonalds is open 24/7. The drive through was also "closed". This place is horrible. They mess up on orders all of the time. The old lady worker/manager yelled at us for "climbing on the furniture" when my sister walked behind me on the seat to get to her seat. She said she would kick us out, but we bought food.
