We were lucky that we chose to check out Namaste Cafe on a Tuesday because Falafeelsgood, a pop-up restaurant that serves excellent falafel, hummus bowls, and falafel pita sandwiches, comes to the cafe on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I don't feel super comfortable eating something that has been warmed and possibly plastic lined. At least put it on a paper plate? It was weird they served the sandwich in the same thing they microwaved it in. This is the kind of place where the staff knows the regulars.
