Can't say the same about the refrigerated food ex the sandwiches, pasta salads, and BBQ tofu. I really used to enjoy the BBQ tofu when it was from boontberry in willits. The tofu now is just bland with no salt. Most of the food in that case is like that. Vegetarian food doesn't have to be bland. You can use salt. Wish they would make some changes to the hot bar also. Make people want and enjoy vegetarian food not the opposite. Vegetarian food has come a long way the co op could do much better in that regard.

Tastebuds sounded like it would work for us and we were not disappointed! My friend got a rainbow bowl (I think that's what it was called) and she really enjoyed it and I got the 3 item lunch plate. I couldn't decide which items to chose because everything looked and smelled delicious so I let the host surprise me. Every item was fabulous and very flavorful but the one that really surprised me was the mouthful of yumminess that came from the humble squash dish! I totally want the recipe. The food was great and we each had a refreshing glass of lavender lemonade with our lunch. The servings were large enough to enjoy for dinner as well. The two gentlemen who ran the place were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed and right at home. We'll definitely enjoy another meal there if we're ever in the vicinity, well done guys!

You can always tell a great locals spot and this place was filled with them. We were happy to score a table so we could enjoy our breakfast. We ordered the Belgian Waffle which is the dish they are known for. In addition, we ordered the breakfast burrito, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a hot chocolate. We loved both of our dishes but the Belgian Waffle did steal the show. It was probably the best Belgian Waffle I have ever tasted. The burrito was also good. Loved the OJ as you just can't beat freshly squeezed. Service was helpful but not too over the top. The space is small but there are quite a few tables if you come early. This place is easy to locate in downtown Ft. Bragg and parking is on the street. I would definitely recommend and return here again.

We wanted to eat our pastries there (we don't like eating stick stuff in the car, so sue us) and be able to take our drink with us to finish later. We felt pretty uncomfortable doing this, but again, I didn't want to eat sticky stuff in my car. The pastries were pretty good, I would say my chai latte was not very good though. I am glad I asked for my drink in a to go cup because I got to finish it on the road, which I would not have been able to do if I was made to take it in a glass.
