I do not know why this place received such horrible reviews. I came here late at night on a Wednesday and got pretty good service. You order on some self serve kiosks and pay at the terminal. It took a while for me to get my order but I assumed that it was only one person working at the time. Imagine my surprise when I got my food and it was the perfect temperature and you could tell they just cooked the food. I would love to come here again. read more

Very slow ordering service. They are trying their best to keep it clean here just so busy. The ladies are trying to be nice as they can with being so busy. But the food is so greasy and just nasty . The coffee machine is down and so is the ice cream read more

I went for just a cheeseburger, fries , and drink. Didn't have the drink i wanted , they put mustard on my burger when i asked for none, the fries are cold , burnt, old , and tasteless. Employees attitudes were terrible , someone had a cigarette lit inside and the whole place smelled of it. read more

Was kinda shocked that they charge for ice and water. Very European of this small Mississippi town.

long day after work , I decided to stop by this McDonald's. For some reason my mobile app code wasn't working so I had to spend about $3 more than I wanted. I pulled up at the window regretting that I got a Sweet Tea cause some people don't serve it fresh but this McDonalds was on point. My fries were fresh & salted, my DBC was hot, juicy and seasoned. lastly my sweet tea was perfect. if I had some extra money I'd definitely tip the workers tonight, great job. read more

"Closed" for business. Lazy! Door locked in the front. Trash can and chairs blocking the entrance from inside the Pilot station. If they were closed they'd have the metal door down. They don't. Just lazy!!! She said... "oh, I gave you the wrong fries.... took the bag back and brought us cold ones." Not surprised. read more

McDonald's - When the employees don't won't to work, they just block the entrance with chairs and trash cans. Wow! Unbelievable. TERRIBLE! Avoid! - Burgers Near Me - Tupelo, Mississippi

4 kiosks, only 1 working. No one at register to take orders. If you are going to replace workers with kiosks you should at least make sure they work. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal. Almost $7.00. Basically received 2 one dollar burgers, cold fries, and a watered down drink. Come on people, we can do better than this. Also emailed owner, no response. read more

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Mess in drive-through that took a long time. Told us to wait at an already-filled slot. Waited for 20 min. Finally brought food out asking which car had what and gave us wrong food and attitude (lady in car next to us said that employee is always like that). Back and forth and never gave us all of what we ordered so finally went inside for a refund. Asked for manager and it was the lady who was the problem the whole time, lol! She was complaining about having to do refunds because she does too many (gee, I wonder why). ATTENTION OWNER: YOU NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. read more

Worst worst worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Nasty nasty attitude from what looks to be someone in charge. Complete cluster.

The absolute worse location I've ever visited. To begin with I got charged .50 for a water cup that is extremely small, to no ice cream, no pies, and NO KETCHUP but if you want a sauce you are gonna get charged for it. The customer service is poor, the service is slow (every time I looked up the guy who was suppose to be behind the counter was busy trying to talk to the girl on who was on break), and I asked for a sweet tea, handed a cup and then went to search for it. After not being able to locate it, I asked the lady where the sweet tea was in which she stuck out her hand to take my cup. I asked about the water and was told that they would fix it for me. My McChicken has just as much mayo as it does chicken. Wish I hadn't stopped here & hope I don't regret this as I push down the road. read more

McDonald's - .50 for a cup of ice water. - Burgers Near Me - Tupelo, Mississippi

The absolute WORST location I've ever been to. No customer service, not a single care in the world for any of the employees to do their job. Arrived around 730AM and ordered two sandwiches. After multiple orders had been filled before mine that had arrived AFTER me, I was told that they had to cook the meat for the sandwiches and it would be a few minutes. Fine. Should've mentioned that when I ordered or I would've ordered something else. Finally at 750 I received my order, which was not even warm for "freshly cooked" by the way! Bag tossed in my face and then a back turned on me. Will NEVER be back. read more

Can't go by the menu because everything I asked for is apparently OUT or they don't carry it anymore but they haven't removed it from the menu. Horrible read more

Only giving this place a one star because I've got to rate it in order to review it. This McDonald's sucks. Like worse than most McDonald's. And you're guaranteed to be met with an attitude at the window and longer than usual wait times. I am stunned that management and the owners of the truck stop condone employees such as we've encountered. Ignorance is never bliss when it comes to working customer service. If you hop off the highway to try this Love's McDonald's, BEWARE and turn back before it's too late. read more

They must have a blind person cooking because anybody with eyes could tell that burger was completely raw,i never knew McDonald's gave u a option on how to cook your burger and i know for a fact i didnt asked for raw meat, might as well gave me some bread and told me go bite a live cow,Then the lady didnt say well give u a refund are nun instead she found the right moment to make a joke about i hope this one aint raw..... read more

Went in for lunch and no one would take my order. I was told to use the kiosk. I walked out without ordering. If they want to charge high prices for crap food they can at least put someone on a register. They weren't busy at all. read more

Went in around 850 pm . No one greeted me . Or greeted other customers. I had to wait a few minutes before someone came and took my order. Everyone kept just looking at me. Then as I was making a comment to another customer a manager rudely interrupted. I was making a comment to a customer not her. She got rude and nasty with me. Yes she was a manager read more

If I could give minuses I certainly would I have never been so displeased with a company in my entire life the staff was absolutely horrible went out of the way to be unhelpful to us My husband is a professional driver do not stop here it's a total waste of time food horrible staff horrible cleanliness horrible very dirty unwashed tables everywhere food on the floor on top of everything else it took 45 minutes to get 2 breakfasts you have to use the kiosks will not help you will not take your order at their station read more

They never have our order right everytime the kids want to go yeah it's cheap but you don't ever get what your paid for.

This place is so slow! It's at a truck stop So fast service should be a priority. I came up with one person in front of me. I ordered three burgers, one cheese, one completely plain and one double with no cheese, filet of fish and chicken wrap. I also started to order three ice waters but they charge $1 each for small cup. It took 15mins to get my food. I walk out to the truck and two burgers were made wrong. So I went in and told the girl, went to the restroom, stood there and watched them make eight burgers before I said something to the manager. He went back there himself and made them. I was surprised that no free fries were thrown in for making me wait. I even explained that I went to bathroom and watched him make all those other burgers. My 13yr old stood there and waited while I went to the restroom too. Only good thing I can say is it was hot. read more

Fast good service even though they were really busy. Thank you ladies! We will stop here again!

Went yesterday after driving all day across the state. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I was second car in drive through and was told at the speaker "It will be a moment, please" 15 solid minutes later and I have still not given an order. I backed out of the drive, parked, and went inside. Absolute mayhem inside. 1 cashier, no ice, fries and chicken nuggets scattered all over the kitchen floor behind the counter. Zero smiles from staff and minimal interaction. The cashier looked like she wanted to cry and never looked me in the eye because she was ashamed of her workplace. This place desperately needs a manager. Been eating at McD's for over 45 years and this was my worst experience with service and cleanliness. My food was fine once I finally got it, but my appetite was poor after visiting so I threw most of it away. Never stopping here at this Loves/McDonald's again! read more

Every time we go to this location it's the same story, first we can't hear the speaker, and they can't hear us or so they say. Then we order, and then we sit behind the car in front of us for almost 5 minutes, and then we get to the window and pay, and then we sit another 5 minutes. Before we get our food. Ten minutes for FAST food drive-through is just stupid. Then come up tonight, after placing the order it was 7 minutes to the window, 4 minutes later, they gave us half of our order, 4 minutes later they say, "we just put the last of your meat on the grill", by now the first half was already cold, so we ask them to remake everything. The girl at the window says "wait a minute" then the manager comes over and gets an attitude because of her waste problem, I told her "it wasn't my fault it had taken so long and the food we had had gotten cold, I didn't care about her waste" she throws up her hands and rolls her eyes and grunts, then slams the window. The other girl asked us to pull over. Then another 6 minutes later we finally got our food. This is the most piss poor excuse of a restaurant I've ever seen. I've worked several fast food places, including McDonalds, and if we had ever had the problems this store has had someone would have gotten fired. But this isn't a normal store, this is inside of a Love's truck stop so they go by different rules. including $6 a piece for a Sausage & Egg McGriddle. I told them to keep those, and went to another McDonalds and paid what, $2 each. I will not go back until I know the store is under new management. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

Worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds. Place was busy but every employee acted as if it wasn't their job to take orders. They stuck some old lady taking orders and making her run out for the curbside dropping...while 5 employees pulled out the ice cream machine to see what was "wrong"....we all know it's never working!!! Quit killing time and take an order!!? read more

If I could give NO stars, I would! Terrible, SLOW service! We stopped here and it took over 30 min for a basic order!

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever frequented. The place is dirty and the staff are completely disinterested in attending to customers. Both times I have been there, today and back in October of 2018, the conditions were the same. The staff did not appear to care that there was a long line of customers. Several of the people in front of me were complaining their orders were incorrect. I finally just stepped out of line and left. I will never be back. read more

A parent called in a large order for 30 high school baseball team members leaving for state championship this morning and since the order taker didn't get a phone #- the manager told them not to make it.
