Even for McDonalds standards this place is terrible. I would give minus 1 star if I could. You already have to lower your standards just to choose to eat at a McDonalds anyway...but we were leaving town on a road trip early and it was on the way. We ordered 2 breakfast meals. That's it. Nothing complicated. This is their business after all. We paid almost $13.00 and drove away. Once we opened our bag, we had only the two breakfast sandwiches, plus the OJ drinks, no hash browns. To add insult to injury, both our breakfast sandwiches were cold (Not even WARM), mine was so stale the bisque was more like a cracker, hard and crunchy. Total FAIL McDonalds. This McDonald's is near the Traceway Senior Living facility. I ate here for lunch on Friday and it was great because of it's free WiFi. I also enjoyed watching the children and their parents/grandchildren play and eat in the playground area. It was just a nice McDonald's for hanging out with family and friends and the Free WiFi was awesome! read more

This restaurant is absolutely pitiful... The young lady in drive thru had the worst possible attitude. She basically argued with my husband, when he told her his sauce wasn't in the bag. When Willie is in shift, I will always give 5 stars. This morning I was served by Denekque. She couldn't get my order correct because she kept interrupting me, and yelling back to her friends while I was trying to order. She gets 0 stars for my experience here this morning. Thankfully I know Willie is just on a day off and maybe his work ethic will rub off on this young lady. Most tables were dirty which is odd since at the time there were very few of us having out coffee inside. Lots of staff on but none available to clean tables apparently. Better pride in their work place would go a long way. Willie needs a raise and get him to train the rest of the staff on good customer service. Came in , employees talk to me like its my fault that they didn't have money at the register. Employees very vocal about saying negative stuff about there colleague. But the only good thing was the food was ready on time. After I got the food I had to wait 10min to get my money since they were unprepared. This not worth it if you travel and need to stop for food. read more

Love the new updated dining room and kids play area!! Love the entertainment it has for kids. This has become a spot for us. Great place to take kids if your on a budget. We eat and I enjoy a coffee treat while they play. Just wish the bathrooms were a little cleaner and tables and floors cleaned more frequently in the kids dining area. The employees are very nice as well!! read more
