This McDonald's seems to have a lot of issues. There are two lanes for the drive through and for some reason they aren't able to take orders in order. Today 4 cars had their orders taken while the lane I was in got passed by. Then, the bag of fries was about half full. I only have a 30 minute lunch so depending 19 minutes waiting for good is irritating. The McDonald's on Cherry at Prosperity does not seem to have all of these problems. I try to go there, if I can but sometimes I just font have enough time. read more

Insanely poor customer service. They deserve zero stars. First of all the person at the register saw me standing RIGHT in front of him (young probably teenage boy) and completely ignored me to go talk to his friends that came as customers. 1. DO YOUR JOB before talking. Then I asked him for water and he said he'd get me water but then walked right past me to go talk to his friends AGAIN. So I got ignored twice. Then when I got the order I simply asked another employee for water. It is 105 degrees outside I should be able to ask. Then they started talking in Spanish. I'm not a fluent Spanish speaker but I can catch on to some words. The same little boy who ignore me called me a Cochina and they all laughed while some of them looking RIGHT AT ME. And yes I'm going to pull the race card because I'm the only black individual there and yet I'm the only one there treated that way! UNACCEPTABLE. Horrible experience ! They got my order wrong twice... I ordered a #6 grilled with a medium sprite, my sprite tasted like carbonated water so I called to let them know their machine wasn't working. I then realized that my Artisan meal was wrong as well. I had ordered a grilled and it was crispy. I then drove back and had to go inside! I let the cashier know that my order was wrong and that I had called prior to that due to my drink not being sprite. She gave me a new order with the same cold fries and the gentleman working the window upgraded my drink to a large. I then arrived back at my job when I noticed my meal was just buns, grilled chicken, and old lettuce, and my large drink was still the carbonated water! No manager stepped in nor was I asked how they can fix my order! Just very disappointed with both of my meals and for the price I payed! read more

I come here for a drink from time to time. If their lobby was open, id go in. it would be faster I'm sure. I don't understand why there are 2 drive thru lanes with seemingly only 1 order taker jumping back and forth taking orders for both lanes. I worker at a 2 lane drive thru for McDonald's when I was younger. It's not hard to have two order takers. That's literally why the drive thru was designed. They are very slow for this reason when the point of this design is to move cars through faster. read more

The chunky one with those clumpy eyelashes and heavy makeup. Absolutely the worst food and service I've ever had at a McDonald's in my life. Pulled up at 11 PM on my way home from a meeting and wanted to order some breakfast. Ordered two sausage McMuffin with egg in the drive-through and the lady tells me that they just took apart the egg machine and that they have no eggs. All it is is a panel of circles that they crack eggs in to on the griddle how hard is that to clean and put right back on the flat top??? And by the way they serve five different types of eggs at McDonald's so there were options but she said none of them were available. So I flip the script and got 20 chicken nuggets got home and first one tasted like they were full of cold grease. Nasty!! So I threw the entire pack away because I wasn't about to drive back to the restaurant at midnight. And they don't offer refunds. read more

I arrived at McDonald drive thru at 10:28 am ... I was told that they weren't serving lunch until 10:30 am.. dumb asses! It's like by the time I finish figuring out what I want it will be 10:30. I'm not sure what the problem is but the last few times we ordered from the drive-through of this restaurant, it's taken nearly half an hour to get our orders! We eat out every day so we visit this restaurant frequently. I understand the wait when it's busy but when you're only the third car in line it shouldn't take 25 minutes to get your food! And it might be tolerable if the wait was for fresh, hot food but........that's never the case. Yesterday we just asked for a refund after someone who placed their order after we did, got their food first! We went to A & W and the food was hot and delicious. Everything was great except for the accuracy of my order. To me accuracy is everything. they were fast but I ordered a hamburger plain with only onions. When I went to eat my Burger on the road it had ketchup instead of onions. This made me upset because it was me meal for the night and it was ruined. At least it fed my dog! read more

Husband & I used the drive thru this morning around 8:20 am. One item we ordered was a large French vanilla iced coffee. When it came it was bitter, very bitter. My husband asked the person at the second drive thru window (the manager) I didn't catch her name, if she could possibly do something to make it less bitter. She very rudely said " So what do you want me to do? He said I don't know ad some vanilla or cream whichever you use for it. She said she had to charge him unless he used their little coffee creamer packets. Wow!! They make your order crappy then when you ask for help fixing it they're rude and want to charge you. I order 3 triple cheeseburgers with 2 medium fries, and get 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 small fries. My childhood of McDonald's is forever lost. Fast food restaurant's are usually hit and miss, but this particular McDonalds has the worst and slowest service. Very few food preparers which leads to long lines inside. Those taking the orders seen to get the simplest orders incorrect and have to have a supervisor fix it. Waited 20 minutes for 2 hot chocolates only to find out they threw the ticket away. The person in charge could have cared less at the mistake and gave me 2 lukewarm 'hot' chocolates and no whip cream. Never apologized for the mistake as she was too busy carrying on a conversation with another employee. Think I might avoid this place in the future. Oh and is always dirty inside the few times ive been there. read more

We went to the drive thru and the truck in front of us was just having a conversation with someone through the speaker for a few minutes. We get right behind him after we order at the pay window and its just us two vehicles there and thats it. He then has a convo with the cashier at the pay window for a few minutes. He pulls up to the pick up window and stays there conversating with the worker for a long time. We finally get to the pick up window a total of 15 minutes or so later. There's a line all the way back to the speaker now and the worker asks us to go back around through the drive thru because they're waiting on the fries! These workers had no regard for their customers held up the whole drive thru just to joke around with their buddies who came through. I will definitely never eat here again. read more
