This McDonald's is very clean, and has friendly employees. I did the mobile app and got the food from inside. I ordered a steak and bagel sandwich. I don't like their eggs, so I took that off. My husband ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. We both had a hash brown. The food was fresh and delicious. I had lemonade and tea and my husband had coffee. I was disappointed because now, McDonald's doesn't have cream cheese with their bagel. That's crazy! A bagel with no cream cheese! SMH So, I used strawberry jelly. First off the person receiving the order could not manage the mobile code correctly and proceeded to ask me to "fix the app," like what? Once I got to the window she still didn't manage the order correctly, ignored me and then told me to pull up to the 2nd window and that the manager would help me. 10 min goes by and no one comes to the window. Pretty cool McDonald's it's like five blocks away from my hotel Econolodge hotel in Tucker during the Caribbean carnival festival in May 2022 , had a soda drink. the staff members are pretty cool as well. if I'm in the tucker area I'll definitely would come back here . Basically I went to this location September 10, 2021 Mobile ordered about 10:10 PM waited waited 10:50 PM no one came to deliver food to my car spot (these 40 minutes people drive-through orders over 20 cars past and got their foods) and still no one came out to deliver my food so I have to pull out and drive around onto drive-through lane to see about my foods, and they responded me that my foods were sitting in the restaurant all these time. I ordered the still prominently advertised Classic Meal Deal for $6, and was told it was no longer available. When I asked why it was still being advertised, I got a rude response along the lines of "because my manager hasn't bothered to change it." I left without ordering. Buttermilk chicken sandwich combo. I did bite into a golden crispy chicken with fresh condiments and a lightly toasted bun. it was good and I've had it many times. Fries are good, so are their dual freestyle coke machines. 110 Flavors each, including Dr Pepper, so no waiting in line. Had the worst experience at this place. Just wanted to stop by and pick up 2 McDoubles and 2 Apple pies. Went inside to order. I guess it was the manager that served me. I waited patiently and he passed me my bag and walked away. After exiting I check my bag and I see only 1 McDoubles and 1 apple pie. So I go back inside and approach yhe service counter, and the manager is no were to be seen. The employees are having a big conversation amongst themselves without ever acknowledging my presence or asking me if there is an issue. After 5 mins the line cooks, I guess look over in my direction to signal that I'm at the counter. The girl servicing the drive thru responds and ask if she can help me. I explain to here that I was not given my full order and that I needed an additional McDouble and an Apple pie. Annnnnddddd she acts like they can never make mistakes and refuses to give me another Apple pie.. nor does she give me the additional McDouble. I see the manager heading my way and he completely ignores me and walks away from the counter. I reminded him that he was the one that served me and that the order was served incorrectly. He then goes to the burger drop off area and happens to grab a McDouble and toss it into my bag saying "Oh here, I forgot to put it in." And then walks away. So I'm shocked at this point. I'm like "W.T.F!!?" He then decides that I actually exist and ask what the problem is. I ask for the manager, and to my astonishment, this weirdo was the manager. I respond rashly, implying that I was served incorrectly and that his service was inexcusable. That's not the way you serve customers. He responds saying there's a way you talk to ppl. I'm like give me what I asked for and do it right and you won't get my kind of reaction. He reluctantly hands me the apple pie like I didn't pay for it. This McDonald's has some real issues. A change of management is required or more and more ppl will be disrespected by the level of service this place offers. They have been gradually declining in every aspect of there restaurant. I did not respond to her but her ass ran before I got to the window because the employee was switched out. A older lady was there when I got to the window. I gave this one 5 stars because, as stated a review ago. I spoke with John Tamasi, owner of a local McD's & he assured me that he would look into a complaint I had concerning a huge dilemma that I encountered in one of his establishments. He said, in the meantime, he would send me out 2 gift certificates for a free meal of my choice due to inconvenience. He made good on his word as far as that was concerned. I received them via mail yesterday! Now managerial training should be in the works for any management they shall hire in the future! This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to!!! Do not go here unless you want bad food and bad service at night! The service during the day is fantastic! It is a MUCH different story at night! They close incredibly early - sometimes at 7:30, and they never have enough staff to operate this location for the dinner rush. The franchisee is terrible and must not oversee this location at all as the employees curse and talk loud and have personal conversations all the while waiting on customers! Not a great location!
