Stopped by this location while on a road trip. Really large location both in the amount of seating and the size of the parking lot. You'd have no issues here if you're towing a boat or large RV. They also have the kids indoor play area if little ones need a place to blow off some steam. Food was quick to arrive and tasty. Bathrooms were super clean. read more

We live super close and so my son always seems to want another meal after he eats his normal meal. We call it his second supper and it's been going on for years. Anyway so the staff never gets the orders right. You ask for no onions or no tomato you can forget it. You might as well be asking a poodle. And the issue with the ice cream machine is sooo bad it's comical! If it is dark outside the ice cream machine NEVER WORKS! Tonight I called them to see if it was working before my son bothered going and they said it wasn't working. I responded with the fact that it never works at night. And then he said they were waiting on the repair man. But somehow magically it will working tomorrow. Guaranteed! It's hilarious! They're open 24 hours, but if you get off work really late or early like I do, good luck getting service. I sat at the drive through for 20 minutes waiting and no one took my order. I get having a skeleton crew but that's ridiculous, especially since there isnt but one other 24 hour food option. Went through the drive through 3 nights ago and saw that the manager and most staff were NOT wearing masks. even the drive through person had hers around her chin. I wrote a complaint to McDonald's and got a copy-and-pasted response about their Covid protocols, including the line that "due to the national mask shortage we can not enforce mask wearing". BS! there is NO national mask shortage. Shame on McDonald's for tolerating this. We are in a national health crisis and McDonald's can't even be bothered enforcing a mask mandate? read more

Only McDonalds within fifty miles of my home. Rarely get in and out efficiently. Most often they are out of at least one item in my order. Help is sloppy and poorly trained. I seldom have a happy experience at this location, yet this store is open 24/7 for dive-in and drive-thru. I can not stress enough how much I am disappointed in this place. As with every McD's, don't order a shake. The machines always broken. I've given up on EVERY McDs. Without fail either my order is messed up somehow, the service ends up being poor, or as in this instance...."sorry or shake machine is broken". I find it funny that every McDs I go to, if it's after 9pm, their machine is broken....yet go to Sonic any time of day they NEVER have an issue. read more

Went to McDonald's tonight with some of my friends. The second we walked in horrible service. The man taking our orders (which seemed like the manager) took me and one other girls order and walked away before he took our other 2 friends. Told people inside was closed, but keep in mind that they didn't close for another 30 minutes. On top of that we sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our food and just watched employees standing around. I worked in a restaurant and there are things that can be done to prevent this. Awful service, and probably won't ever give this location my time or money again. Don't waste your time here. read more

I'm not a fan of McDonald's. However, I think they're convenience is unmatched. And I like their frozen beverages. Long story short, I wanted to try the new Minute Maid slushies. I ordered the orange and ordered fries for myself and my girlfriend. As I was waiting (with my window down), I overheard the woman I figure to be a manager, tell a customer there wasn't anymore orange. I dismissed it as she could've been speaking on anything. Our food was brought to us and everything looked nice. I sipped the orange, and it immediately made the empty noise lol. My girlfriend reminded me that it's only because it's frozen. If I weren't on the way to Tuscaloosa, I would've turned around because it angered me hearing her tell a customer there's no orange before giving me mine. I feel like that small act was inconsiderate. I paid like everyone else. The fries were great however. read more

This McDonalds has been hilarious. They are super super fast but not accurate at all. I don't think they listen to anything you say when you order, so don't try to order anything specific like "no pickles" or "extra mayo". It will not happen. Also the shake machine is always "broken". French fries are cold most of the time. They close the inside an hour earlier than what is posted on the doors and online. They also close the double drive through early which cause the line to back up around the building. I have had to wait 45 minutes in the drive through due to the closed double lane. My husband and I go here all the time, but it never gets any better. The morning is a better time to go then any other time of the day. They have pretty good iced coffees. I don't suggest trying to get a frappe because I went 3 days in a row and they told me it was broken. We actually went here 2 days ago and they left my grandmother's fries out of the bag. She took her receipt back up there and they told her that she had the right amount of fries in the bag. So she came back to the table and counted them, and then went back to order her one because the cashier didn't ring her up for the fry she asked for. Worlds worst McDonald's ever. I went through the drive thru && waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order! At a drive thru! When my order was finally taken,, I pulled around to pay at the first window,, which I did. When I pulled up to the second window they recited an order as through to make sure it was mine,, which it wasn't. So I corrected him. He then handed me my Blue Poweraid which was filled no more than 2/3 full. At this point I had been there for 40 minutes && I was taking no prisoners. So I asked for the actual drink I paid for. When I handed it back to him, he sat it on the counter,, waited a few moments && handed me the same cup! Then he finally handed me my food && I sped off without so much as a goodbye. Before I could get out of the parking lot I started smelling apples. So I looked in the bag && realized that nothing I ordered was in the bag. So I went inside && asked to speak with a manager.
