We are here visiting from across country and I can honestly say this is one of the best McDonald's we've stopped at along the way. We've gone through the drive-thru on three separate occasions during our visit here for both breakfast and during the day and our food has been fresher than fresh! Our orders have been correct every time. They have more McCafe drinks than the menu displays so be sure to ask if you're into those. This place is consistent and I love and appreciate that. The worst location I've ever been to. Incredibly slow, they make you pull up to wait even if you're the only one there. You're waiting for 10-15 minutes for your food AFTER you've waited 10 minutes to place your order. Order is usually messed up somehow, missing items, cold fries, food rarely fresh even though they've made you wait to order and made you wait for your food. At this point the probably are still selling drugs from here because this is ridiculous. read more

We stopped here for breakfast, and it's such a disappointment the egg McMuffins the bread itself was burnt. The hash browns were super crispy to the point where they were almost an edible service was very slow and their prices. Wow, it's really expensive now. read more

The absolute worst customer service (mean drive through woman) and the burger made me sick.

Horrible service!!! Rushed down from Lovell wyoming after the football playoff game got there 40 minutes before they closed. Got informed how long it would take to make a Chicken big Mac... 5 minutes then another 15 minutes to make another one. Our football play ordered one we changed our other order to something else. Waited the five minutes got our order headed to the hotel only to discover we were charged for the chicken big mac, a fish filet and two quater pounders we were charged for and didn't receive. The service is terrible just teenagers with bad attitudes running the show didn't see a single worker wearing a uniform. They have no pride in anything they do. Managers need to learn how to manage. read more

The parking lot is clean, the drive thru is clean inside is clean, and the food is good the staff there know what they're doing. This place is a good stop and go or a go inside stop eat and then go but otherwise my review says a lot this place has definitive menu which helps cause we all get hungry. read more

Hands down the best McDonalds experience I have had in my entire life. Food was delicious and fresh.

Very unkept, trash on tables and food on floor. Restroom had a broken toilet that would not stop flushing causing water to get on floor. Employees were not very friendly to customers or each other. Food was what we expected. There is a taco johns down the street that has better yelp reviews. I wish I would've checked before eating here. read more

Run poorly, have gotten attitude multiple times, constantly missing items from the drive through or getting stuff you didn't order, and if you get asked to pull forward after ordering two burgers you will watch the line behind you get there food while you 15 minutes. Sad because there are nice people there but they give bull shit excuses and could careless if they don't get your order right. read more

Went through drive through and it was very quick. Good was hot and tasted great. They were friendly and not much more to say. Lots of places close early I'm Thermopolis so this is a quick and cheap place e to get a bite to eat. If that's what you want feel free to go here. read more

So I came on a bus full of kids and I understand it will take a while, but they didn't have ice cream, quarter pounders, lids for sodas, frappes, or ketchup. The first people to order were the last to get their food and their sodas were completely flat. The service wasn't great either. The moment we walked in the door they were rude besides the one cashier. The hamburgers were cold. They lost a couple orders. It shouldn't take an hour to make 30 meals. The French fries tasted like cardboard with oil and salt. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the one cashier was nice. Or else I would have given them 1 star. read more

Went for breakfast since it was one of the few options in town on a Sunday morning. Food was fine but service was poor. Employees were indifferent at best and even a little annoyed that they had customers. Food service was slow and dining room was dirty, as in old built up dirt. read more

Worst McDonalds out there.....never are fulled stocked with supplies - always out of milk shake stuff or their shake machine is out of order....food cold and over done most of the time, otherwise fries are soggy and under done. They apparantely need a new manager... read more

Best Coffee I've ever had at a McDonalds. It was hot but not burnt. Didn't leave a nasty bitter after taste.
