    Drunken Thai Noodles

Traveling today. Wanted a quick lunch but not fast food. This hit the spot. One order of drunken noodles for two was yummy with some heat. If you are on the fence I would recommend giving this place a try.

DELICIOUS pumpkin curry with steamed rice

Worthy of all five stars! What a comforting, refreshingly tasty lunch following a 2 hr drive from Dubois! With the owners' input, I chose the pumpkin curry and can easily say that it was the best I have ever had! The dish had a good amount of heat but was perfectly balanced with the coconut in the sauce and sweetness of the pumpkin. All ingredients of the curry tasted fresh and were cooked al dente - the nutrients not cooked out. The portion was generous - enough to pack half to share with my partner that evening. I expressed my gratitude to the owner - so thankful for such a wonderful restaurant - busting with character and flavor in such a small town in Wyoming!

Nua ka ting aka killer garlicky beef & vegetable topped with fried basil!

WOW! When my husband suggested Thai food in Wyoming, let alone, Thermopolis, Wyoming... I laughed! Seriously unexpected to find one of the best Thai restaurants this side of Thailand! Lovely owner served us incredibly crispy egg rolls that we quickly devoured. Tom Yum Soup had such an amazing broth and lots of shrimp. Pad Thai was plentiful with lots of chicken and egg, sauce was spot on! Lastly, Nua Ka Ting... a beef in garlic sauce dish served with veggies and topped with fried basil. Simply exploding with flavor!! I will never laugh at my husband again (ok, who am I kidding?!) You really should give this place a try! It was fantastic!

I've eaten Thai all over the country and this equals the best places I've had even in places like SanFran and LA. This is the best of flavors; Even for Vegetarian food. Would highly recommend.

Super nice people with flair. Random really good Thai food for a small town in the middle of Wyoming.

Now for the service and food!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were hustling! The food was amazing. We ordered the chicken drunken noodles and the pork Manama (sp?) Curry both medium heat. The vegetables were fresh and crisp tender, just the way we like them. Very flavorful sauces! Plenty of meat. Dishes were substantial and we took home leftovers for lunch for the 2 of us. Wish we were able to come back and try a few more things! I did not see alcohol on the menu.

After looking at the menu I decided to get the beef pho. Its been my experience with other places that the bowls are large. My wife said she would split it if there was a lot. She ordered the vegetable rolls. The pho came in a very large bowl, so we shared it. The broth had a very nice flavor and there were plenty of noodles and meat. The meal came with lime, beans sprouts, jalapeño slices, basil, and hoisen sauce. I finished my half of it and I was done. It's a good thing my wife had the other half or I would have been taking a to go container.

We got there about 3ish, and it was busy but they had the food out quickly. Some of the chicken was a bit dry, so I just chose bits that were thicker and they were perfect. It came with edamame, a tempura shrimp, California roll, steamed or fried rice, a jalapeño popper(I don't eat them so I asked them not to prepare it). They do not have low sodium soy sauce, which is something I prefer, so I barely used any with the wasabi and ginger. Our waitress was attentive and had the food to us in a blink. The host seemed to be rehearsing for a part in The Walking Dead, both in mannerisms and voice. He grunted: "You", and then led us to our table, after an 8 min wait. Once seated, it took 9 mins for someone to greet us. He took our drink order and left. As our drinks arrived, our server arrived and finally took our order. My wife ordered the Singapore Noodles with curry sauce and a glass of wine while I got the Sweet and Sour Combination and an iced tea. The prices went up recently, so it all came to $44.24 plus tip. My soup arrived in one minute. I got Hot and Sour soup and it was hot, sour and spicy. I believe it was the best S&S soup I'd ever had! Rich, with meat shreds, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, decadent broth. If it wasn't our last day in Riverton, I would've ordered a couple more to keep in our AirBnB. After soup, our entrees took 7 mins to arrive. The Singapore Noodles were exceptional. There was plenty of food and the curry had just the right bite to make it all work in harmony. It had chicken, shrimp and beef. My Sweet and Sour Combo was also outstanding. It came with battered and fried pork, chicken and prawns. The sweet sauce was just so, setting off the oil of the Lo Mein noodles that accompanied the dish. Neither of us crossed the halfway point before pushing our plates forward. The dishes were very large. Obviously we caught them at a bad time, with the restaurant right on the car show route. The service lacked but the food was stellar. I highly recommend Chopstix.
