Ten Sleep is the most surprising little town. This new shop isn't the exception. On the corner of second and Fir street, this shop appears to even have a drive through. Although I don't know everything they serve, burgers and burritos and coffee seem to be the primary menu items. I was told they have been opened less than a month, so I believe as they get settled, it's possible the menu will expand. The breakfast burrito, one size and one kind, is made fresh, although I think they normally may have some pre-made, has beans, eggs, and french fries instead of hash-browns. That was an interesting alternate, but since burgers are the other menu item, using fries is a practical choice. There are sauces available to spice up the burrito because it is served plain. They are heavy and filling and good. The coffee choices are those expected. There's a cooler for cold bottled drinks, although on the day I was there, it was hot outside and that cooler was almost empty. It was also very busy with food orders and I was impressed with how quickly they moved the food out. That's the advantage of a limited menu. It took a little more time for coffee, but the grill had a couple of people working, and there was only one person making the coffee and one on the register. Starting small with a limited menu is not a bad idea. I like this unexpected place. The outdoor seating is also a nice feature -- at least on a not-so-hot day read more

The relish ( which I wasn't sure about) was the perfect compliment to the beef and the bun really held it all together while having a perfect chewy consistency. Add bad fries (very soggy/undercooked) and a salty gal taking our order with no service on top of it all . A super interesting little and new eating establishment. The breakfast burrito was filled with delicious ingredients but could have used a few more...perhaps bacon and more cheeses. The tortilla itself was rather thick and tough. Perhaps that was a consequence of being wrapped in foil and placed in an electric roaster. Quick, easy service should not have trumped a better tortilla. The staff, cashier and cook were very friendly and helpful. The fries LOOKED delicious, but they weren't on MY breakfast menu. The little restaurant/shop is run by a local ranch, so you know their meat is the good stuff. They also fix it up just right, so you don't need to do any work yourself and add ketchup or mustard-trust them, they do it RIGHT. Their fries are fried in beef tallow, and I don't think I'll ever look at another French fry the same way again.
