Just about every McDonalds is the same except for price and service. I walked over here to only get a couple of unsweetened iced teas but instead I got nuggets and apple pies as well. Sadly it isn't the beat diet ever but sometimes it's exactly what you need. The iced teas were only a buck each. 20 nuggets for $5 and apple pies only 2/$1 so why not. I got enough for 3 or 4 people and it was just under $11. Haha what an awesome meal. The lady taking my order was very nice and friendly. As soon as as go to pay they said they just learned that they don't have any more southern style chicken (after they already charged my card for the two sandwiches we ordered). Decided to cancel the chicken and just keep the Big Mac. The woman had to call over the manager to refund the card and they sat there and argued while they did it. First of all went the thru the drive got attitude when ordering my food and asked for my food fresh and a quarter pounder no onions, then I got up the window to pay I asked the cashier "will my food be fresh?" Her response was that she does not know she's not the one who's making it. I did speak to the manager at the next window said all food is fresh. Which I believed only because it was the manger. When I got home with my food my burger had onions and it was pink in the middle. I did call back and speak to a manger. They offered for me to come back and switch it out or come in a different day. This is the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. The soda fountain area was very dirty. The ketchup dispenser looked very unappetizing. Behind the counter wasn't much better. The floor looked glazed with grease and all the equipment looked nasty. A manager was bagging food by whipping it into the bags and the other manager was on her cell phone. One employee was laying his head on the ice cream machine while he was making an ice cream cone. I waited 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. When I finally got the food it looked like the cheeseburgers took a beaten because the bread was ripped and it looked more like a pancake. The order kiosk showed a price of 1.79, but when I got to the pay window and handed the young man 2.00, he actually yelled at me stating I owed 2.99! WTH I just gave him another dollar, no questions asked, but think he charged me for someone else's order. How rude!
