I'm not one to write a review for a fast food restaurant because it's a fast food restaurant but this location is rather rude and will rush you for no reason when they made you wait a long time to get to the box. You're met with an attitude at the window and more times than not, your order will be wrong so you have to make that long line again. At the end of the day it is a McDonald's but I just wish the employees aren't as mean as this location comes off. The onsite manager was twisting his hair, moving very slow and just told me to cancel the order after I had waited for my entire lunch hour. About a month ago, I had just got done shopping at Walmart by this McDonald's and decided to stop and get something to eat. I ordered at the kiosk (there are never any cashiers in this place) and waited. Waited, waited. Finally, I went to the counter and asked if I could have a cup for my drink. I was informed by (someone dressed as) the manager that her job was the drive thru and the other girl (who looked like she was working the drive thru) had the job of working the front counter. Nevermind, that the lady was standing there doing NOTHING! My order sat on the table for another few minutes and finally the lady that was 'working the counter' put it together and brought it to me along with my drink. I have been to this restaurant more than once and said I would never go back, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt at that moment. I have never waited 30 mins for some nuggets and fries. Let me tell you, waiting 30 mins for nuggets will change you. That happened to me in this location. Not during any night, but during the last eclipse. The plan was to get some McDonald's and go to a nearby park to watch the eclipse. We really thought it would be a short trip to the newly renovated McDonald's. It took so long to get our order, we nearly missed the eclipse! The place was understaffed and loaded with people. The staff kept messing up orders and having to re-do already served orders. We had a large order, so we knew it would take a long time. What we didn't see coming is that they literally BURNED our fries. They had to throw away the whole batch and make fresh ones. Everyone working here looked very stressed out. At the end the fries weren't even salted and the nuggets were pretty old and stiff. read more

This has been a long time coming. I tried to keep it to myself but you really did it this time McPoopFart's. The first time I thought, you know what, I'll let it slide. After ordering my food online and waiting in curbside spot #3 for 20 minutes, I decide that I should go inside and ask what is taking so long. I get in line and the wait isn't that bad and I get up to the window fairly quickly. In my mind I'm saying, no way, you have won my heart back. But what do ya know, out of left field comes the heartache that I know all too well. I am at the speaker and no one says anything. A minute goes by, two minutes... I proceed to get out of my car and stretch my legs because you know, I had all the time in the world. After around 4 and a half minutes I get a "Hey what you want". Eventually got my food and what do ya know, barely warm. Fool me twice McDooDoo, shame on me. Why write a review on Yelp about McDonald's? The mission of McDonald's to give the customer the same excellent generic experience, no matter what McDonald's they visit. I've ordered this exact thing at this exact McDonald's with no issues. Today, someone had their panties in a wad because I was told that NO, I could NOT order a 4 piece nugget. What? "We don't sell the 4 piece McNugget". I advised her that I had ordered a 4 piece before with no issues. I was again refused. Ok, whatevs. I pull to the front and ask to speak with a manager. This is when it goes downhill. A sloppily dressed, gold toothed, neck tatted woman sticks her head out the window. I don't say anything, because I'm waiting for the manager. Certainly this can't be the manager. Certainly this franchise owner isn't letting this person represent their brand. She says "YES?" I said, "well I'm waiting for the manager" and she proclaims she is the manager. Wow. Ok. So I ask her if they've stopped selling 4 piece nuggets in the last week. She tells me they've *never* sold 4 piece McNuggets. I started to explain that I was here last week and...then I was cut off with "Do you want this order or not?". Long story short, as I was driving home I found the 800# on the bag. While on the phone with him, I discovered several other issues. 1. They overcharged me for an item I didn't order. 2. My burger had tons of ketchup on it. 3. The drink I ordered was wrong. I didn't eat the food. Perhaps I was being punished for requesting something I shouldn't have, I dunno. I have been here on multiple occasions and between the amount of loitering crackheads and shit tier service I can't say which is worse. The amount of time you have to wait after ordering is absurd. Since they have kiosks set up where you can order yourself there is no one at the register, so if you want to pay with cash you might as well hop over the counter and do it yourself. If you want to get your drink make sure you remind them because you never get it with your order. At the moment of this review a friend of mine received an incorrect order and has been waiting at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to get his correct order.
